Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire villa, including all bedrooms and bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, dining area, private pool, terrace, BBQ area, and garden. The property also features a washer and dryer for guest use.

Access to Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club facilities is available, which includes pools, a restaurant, and the beach. There is a daily entry fee of $10 per person (ages 12 and up), which can be credited toward purchases at the bar and restaurant.

Additional services such as private chef hire, special dinner arrangements, transportation, and activity planning are available upon request to enhance your experience.

Please note that daily housekeeping is not included in the rental price but can be arranged for $45 plus VAT per day. For stays of seven nights or more, one complimentary cleaning is provided per week (e.g., one cleaning for 7 nights, two cleanings for 14 nights).
