3BR Condo in Sayulita

Julia’s place was magical! The condo was clean, spacious, on the beach and walking distance to restaurants & shopping. Definitely a great choice✨

Use AirBnb f Somewhat frequently and this was a unique experience, Violeta met us at the door, showed us all we needed to know and was available if needed. The location is near local restaurants and loved la casa del pintor basically across the street, will definitely return to this place anytime. Great place, awesome views and surrounded by old mexico culture, can’t go wrong with this one. Thanks Julia and Violeta you guys are awesome!!

It's hard to add to these great reviews--they are all correct! Julia's place is amazing, every bit as described and as shown. It certainly ranks as one of the best airbnb's I've ever stayed in. Large, beautiful, well appointed, *very* comfortable and high quality beds & pillows, a bathroom in every bedroom (!), kitchen is large and has everything you need, and the very large patio (both wide and deep--again with high quality outdoor furniture--with a 180 degree ocean view is just stunning. Her on-site helper Violetta was extremely helpful and responsive. Simply no room for improvement, it's got it all.

We enjoyed the views, pool and hot tub. The house has filtered water and you can buy more for 45 pesos from the security guard. The owner doesn't give you house instructions and you'll actually work with Violeta who lives in Punta Mita. I was a little nervous about that, but Violeta was great. It was easiest to communicate with her through Whats App. You get one free cleaning during the week and day except Tuesday. The kitchen isn't the best for cooking, but has all the basic equipment. The house does get a little stinky from the plumbing but goes away with flushing the lines. The beds weren't horrible. We walked to many restaurants nearby and in the downtown area. All were good, but NAEF was my favorite due to the ambulance and service. Make sure to make reservations! The neighborhood is a little run down and at night feels a little sketchy, but we were fine walking back at night, though we never stayed out past 9:30ish. There is a restaurant that's good right next door.

I stayed in Julia’s condo over Thanksgiving weekend. We had a great time and would definitely return. We had an issue during our stay but Julia was very quick to resolve it. The location was great and the condo was well equipped and clean. A suggestion if you will be traveling to Punta de Mita. If you are going to go out for dinner at one of the local restaurants and they ask you where you are staying while making the reservation, tell them that you are staying at the St. Regis. The local restaurants (De Mita and their sister restaurants) give priority to people staying in the Four Seasons Resort area. They will actually bump your reservation and give it to one of the resort guests. I would definitely recommend staying in Julia’s condo. We can’t wait to go back.
