She was always attentive to us and answered everything very quickly. The pool is wonderful and super deep, which allowed us to swim all together and have a lot of fun!! The house is beautiful, very comfortable. The A/C in the social area is a bit limited, as the area is very large. Militza was always available and responded very quickly when I asked her something. We also had a great experience with the personal chef. I asked Militza for recommendations, and the person she recommended worked out wonderfully for us.

The house is very comfortable and very nice. The view is spectacular. It has everything you need to spend a few days in the house without having to go out. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable; it feels like a great hotel, which makes it even more enjoyable. The pool is large, and the near-private beach area is something you don't find very easily. I recommend it 100%. I hope to be back soon!

Casa Agave is a very good option for visiting the Yucatan beaches as a family. The house is very spacious and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. My family and I had a very nice time; the pool is large and deep, and my children had a lot of fun. Although the beach is small, it's beautiful and very safe. Militza is super attentive and a very good host; she was always available to answer our questions, and we felt very at ease knowing that she was looking out for us. I would definitely highly recommend Casa Agave, and we look forward to coming back soon.

The whole stay was excellent. The house is much larger and more spacious than what is shown in the photos, with many spaces to live and enjoy. Super clean and well maintained, with a very large pool and direct beach access from the patio. The location is also very good as it has an Oxxo 2 blocks away and many restaurants and services nearby. Militza was always attentive with the check-in instructions, baby items and also attentive to anything we might need. 100% recommended, we will definitely return.

The house is super comfortable and the beach is beautiful, the beds are delicious, you sleep very comfortably, the pool with warm water is perfect for children, it is in an excellent location with a lot of shops around, communication with Militza was always cordial and prompt.

The stay was perfect, the house is spacious, comfortable, very aesthetic. The kitchen is spacious for breakfast and cooking. The beach is private, Chelem has the best beach in my opinion. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities make it very cozy. Every spot in the house has details that make it divine. Well ventilated, the house is always cool. The house exceeded our expectations, from the beginning Militza was very helpful and friendly. The house is much more beautiful than what can be seen in photos, we enjoyed being in the pool and in the jacuzzi, for the children it left us inflatable and lifeguards with which they had a lot of fun, we enjoyed the sunsets on the beach which is very quiet and the nights, we could not say, we could spend long hours chatting since it has reflectors and that allowed us to contemplate the sea. All the excellent services as well as you gave us a few courtesies that we thank you infinitely, we would definitely like to return soon.

First time a place looked better in person than the pictures and the pictures looked great. The host being good was just a bonus. Words cant describe what this place is but I'll try. Spacious, Modern, the pool was outstanding with the depends end! and the that hot tub was another cherry on top. The best thing though is the view. From the moment you wake up til the moment you go to bed, you are on vacation. wherever you are in the house you are on vacation. So good we didn't want to leave a review so that we can keep our secret to ourselves. If its available, you must book it or else I will. My family had a wonderful time! The views, and direct beach access are top notch. The home has a fully enclosed front and backyard, perfect if you brought the family dog. The kitchen and bathrooms were CLEAN and the beds were very comfortable. Militza is an exceptional host and prepared a very thorough handbook with all the info for the house and surrounding community. Most importantly, the house was perfect for rest and relaxation. We spent the entire day hanging out on the patio and alternating between the ocean and the pool. We would definitely return!

The property is beautiful, with all the amenities, very spacious, beautiful and spacious pool, the beach area is very nice and private. We will definitely return.

We loved our stay in Chelem, except there are very few restaurants open past 6pm. So, if you want dinners out or cocktails out, not the place you will get that. Go to Costco before you come to pick up your favorite necessities. We loved the covered porch for night. The rocks around the pool were a challenge as you couldn’t put chairs out next to the pool. You had to be on the beach, so you naturally won’t use the pool as much. House was fully equipped. We appreciated the gym upstairs a lot. Nothing beats a gym with a beautiful view. We lost power one day and they were on top of it immediately, which was appreciated. We used the firepit on the beach every day. One of our favorite times of day. Host also recommended a chef, who worked to accommodate us for everything, which was fantastic. Overall, a great spot to rest, relax and connect with loved ones.

Militza and her family's assistance is first-class, always attentive, kind and very polite. The house is amazing, the place is very clean, with all the promised amenities and more. The instructions are very clear, rest assured that they will support you with any questions. Everything was very functional and excellent. Totally recommended and we'll obviously be back, my family was very happy. For future guests, consider that if you take children the pool is deep, but they even have vests. 👌🏽

Me had an amazing time , the house was perfect for our family group . The location was breathtaking and perfect to relax at the end of our days exploring . Lots of places within walking distance - you can walk down to the Chelem pier from the beach access at the house and it only took 5 minutes . Weather was beautiful every day - last day was a bit windy but still lovely . Super friendly locals ! Militza was amazing and very responsive anytime I had a question or concern . We can’t wait to come back . A beautiful experience, thank you Militza ❤️

Militza has to be the best host we’ve ever had the pleasure to meet she really is the best at communication replying almost instantly while we were staying at her Villa..nothing was too much trouble for Militza she was always available if you had any queries. My husband and I stayed at the villa for 15 nights and when I first walked into the villa it took my breathe away it looked even better than the photographs and much larger than I first thought with stunning views of the pool and sea - it’s very private never saw anyone on our section of the beach. The master bedroom is fabulous, really big with a lovely balcony facing the sea it has a dressing room and an en suite bathroom. And having mosquito nets on all the windows including the lounge area saved me from getting bitten which is a first for me ..

Great house on the beach! We loved it! The views were amazing! You can order delivery from the local pizzeria if you have little ones! The kids played all day in the pool! Grocery store about 10-15 min away but according to the fb groups in the area, you can get everything you need locally though. Militiza was very communicative and always had an answer. We will definitely be back!

A very comfortable and super nice house. The photos show as the house is. The area is accessible with shops nearby that allows you to find what you need quickly. Our stay at Casa Agave was amazing. The house is just what you would expect from the photos and Militza was very friendly and an incredible host. She had a lot of very helpful information and was always quick to respond if we needed anything. We felt very safe during our stay both in the house and in Chelem and surrounding areas (This was our first time in an Airbnb in Mexico). The location was great as we could just walk to restaurants or easily take transportation to Merida or Progresso. Our stay was very relaxing and peaceful. We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the private beach area, pool and hot tub. I would not hesitate to return. It was incredible!

The stay was amazing. The house is much better than in the photos, everything is very well cared for and Militza's attention was always the best, helps you in everything and gives you recommendations of food and the place. Wonderful access to the beach and the pool is always very clean and very safe, it leaves you life jackets and beach utensils. The delicious hot tub. He also left us charcoal, grill, firewood and cooler. All that the house offers is real. Definitely the best option.

If you are considering coming here, don’t delay— click and book. You will not regret it. This house is more beautiful and clean than you can see in the pictures. Everything is beautifully appointed and it has everything you need. The views are beyond spectacular and the pool is amazing. Chelem is a sleepy local beach town about 10 min by car to progresso- we only left the house once- because it is so comfortable and beautiful. This place is about 40 minutes from the center of Merida which makes it a great place to park and enjoy everything the city offers. Milli and her family are lovely, she is incredibly responsive and helpful. She and her family built this home recently and you can tell because of all of its comforts. She was accommodating with a late arrival the day of— and a later in the day check out. It is clear she is very attentive and wanting to be sure you enjoy your stay. You have your own private gated beach front area behind the pool. It felt very safe and the sunsets were spectacular. Note that if you are traveling with more than one family there are three gorgeous bedrooms with their own private bathroom however only one of those bedrooms is the true master which has a gorgeous balcony and view of the ocean — while the other two have a view of the street. The gym which is on the third floor has the most spectacular view and even if you don’t want to exercise, it will make you want spend time in there— and was a real added bonus if you are on extended stay and looking to neutral out all the late night tacos from La Parilla, which just opened a block away. You will not regret staying here, you will only regret you didn’t stay for longer.

If you are looking to rest, be isolated to avoid covid and enjoy the beach, stop looking, in this house you have everything you need, you do not need to leave the house at all, you have your pool, jacuzzi and private pool. You have everything to rest without anyone bothering you.

This Airbnb was the best experience we have ever had. I have done a lot of airbnbs all over the world. This home and host is the best I have ever dealt with. Anytime I had a question Militza was there to answer very quickly. The home is in Chelem, and we would walk every night to go get some drinks, and food down the street. If you are American there are a number of expat owned bars in the Chelem area for you to meet other expats, and if you are in search of English speaking restaurants. We also cooked some meals in the house as well with it being such a great kitchen. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The pool was a bit chilly with it being mid January (and the fact there was a cold front), and the hot tub was really great for some late night relaxation. The home is very clean, and very secure. We stayed 11 day, and we really wish we would have stayed longer. To sum this up I would 100% recommend this house to my family, and friends knowing how beautiful the home was, and how well the home is managed. If I could give this Airbnb 5 more stars I would. Militza, you are awesome!

The most beautiful house in Chelem! Casa Agave is one of the most beautiful homes I've stayed in. The house has it all, it is super equipped and has beautiful details such as instructions on all sides, board games and they even left us an amenity of wine and fresh fruit. We couldn't have picked a better place. We had 3 dogs that had a great time in the space. The fire pit area gives the idea of having a piece of private beach, the jacuzzi was great, we used the barbecue, we cooked every day, and in short we had a great time. There is an oxxo 5 minutes walk and the house is also a good distance to drive to downtown Chelem or even Progreso, in case you need anything else. This won't be the only time I visit this house because we fell in love. And the best thing was the attention of Militza, her brother and her mom. They are great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay at the property: it is clean and well maintained and of a superior construction for the neighbourhood. Militza and her family were responsive to issues and went out of their way to ensure a successful 2 weeks. I’d definitely pursue a repeat booking

The best accommodation to go to the beach as a family, the spacious and beautiful house and the very large pool, perfect for swimming. The Jacuzzi is definitely a plus because if the weather is not very good for the beach or pool, the Jacuzzi is a good option. I loved everything!
