Anas place was beautiful, there was literally a bathroom in each room! The gentleman who greeted us was super friendly and showed us around house to get familiar for our stay. We were greeted with wine bottle and fruit and owner of place connected us with private chef JC which was amazing, service and food was delicious. The gal that came daily for cleaning was super sweet and helpful making sure place was clean each day and we had clean dry towels daily. Location is super close to downtown for a walk ! We will definitely be back again .

Decided to extend our stay! This villa was above and beyond our needs. House keeping was very helpful and made our stay great. Ana had everything to a pool, jacuzzi, bbq, washer/dryer, pans/pots/dishes. We did a lot of cooking on the property. The property is very secluded and in the hills. We felt very safe and also is gated! I would recommend this villa to anyone who enjoys views, comfort, and being farther out but still very close to the city! Only 10-15 min uber anywhere you need to go! You won’t regret booking this villa I promise!

Ana's service was terrific. We loved Villa Loma. The house is beyond what I thought it would be. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen was lovely and well-equipped for cooking. The pool was gorgeous and refreshing - the whole back deck was an amazing place to spend time at the marble-like giant outdoor table or the gas fire pit while looking at that famous view of the ocean. The bathrooms were great and the heavenly beds were the perfect place to end the day. I'd 100% return. We used an amazing chef - Private Chef Carmen (search online) - I highly recommend her, too.

We stayed at Villa Loma for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The villa is laid out so that our group had many areas to be together or apart if we wanted. We spent most of our afternoons, swimming and enjoying the warm weather on the lounge chairs. Dinner on the outside deck each night at the huge table. The rooftop for sunset each night and you may also catch the fireworks. Make sure to book with Chef JC and his team! We had Jesus in twice during our stay and the food and presentation was amazing! Ana was very responsive to messages. We used her recommended transport, Jorge, to get to and from the airport. The rest of the time we used Uber to get around, spending mornings and early afternoons exploring Puerto Vallarta and its hustle and bustle then returning to the Airbnb for quiet relaxation. Every day with the except Sunday the housekeeper came, she was pleasant and very thorough. 5 stars all around for Villa Loma.

This was my second time at this home. It was perfect for our family (three couples and a baby). The home is clean and spacious and has wonderful views.

This villa is the very definition of luxury. It was immaculately clean, beautifully equipped, and offered more than enough space for our family to spread out and relax. The views from both the pool area and the rooftop are genuinely priceless—sunsets here feel like something out of a dream. Waking up to the sounds of the jungle and ending each day with those spectacular skies made us feel completely immersed in nature, yet the villa is still just a pleasant 15‑minute walk from town and all the action. The interior design is exceptional: thoughtful décor, stunning details, and architectural touches that made the whole place feel like it belonged in the pages of Architectural Digest. Ana herself was fantastic—responsive, warm, and full of great recommendations. We would return in a heartbeat. We’re truly grateful we had the chance to stay in such a special place.

Pictures do not do this place justice. Unbeatable views. First night did not fell like venturing out, so found a restaurant within walking distance, with amazing views. And the welcome package was greatly appreciated. I fell like this is one of the best places to stay, if visiting Peurto Vallarta.

Absolutely fabulous! We were 9 and the accommodations were great! Kitchen was well stocked which was important because we cooked daily and hired a private chef (Chef Issac), as well. Walking to town is doable, we did it, once! It was definitely a trek! The younger adults would have liked to be closer to town for the action, but us more mature adults liked the peacefulness of La Villa Loma! Ubers are quick to respond and reasonable. We also took some great excursions. I highly recommend to Zip line with Los Veranos!!! Couldn’t have been better!Many great restaurants in and around town, as well. Ojala qué puedo regresar algun dia! 🩷

Beautifully designed house with gorgeous views to the bay and the mountains.

This house was amazing in every single way possible. The drive up there for the first time is insane going to the highest house in the city. The views from the rooftop is unmatched , you get the best sunset views in all the city. The jacuzzi is perfect late at night to relax an unwind. The master bedroom was gorgeous and showering felt amazing as it had a balcony on the side where you get a nice view of the ocean. Everyone in my party had no complaints about any of their rooms. We liked the pool area a lot as well and spent much of our time there. We did get the chef for one day which was really worth it getting a restaurant experience at the comfort of being home. We also got a massage on the rooftop of the house which was amazing as well . I highly recommend this place if you want to have an amazing experience of PV

Ana is a fantastic host. She was so responsive before and during our trip, which I truly appreciate and which helped make our stay special. We celebrated a big milestone birthday with family and Ana's recommendations and support were excellent. She also has fantastic staff available which meant we were well taken care of and had nothing to worry about. Beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was well-equipped, and the place is beautiful. Ana and her staff provided exceptional service from start to finish. The villa is architecturally stunning set atop a hill with sweeping ocean and jungle views. Daily cleaning maintained the immaculate setting and Ana provided several local recommendations which each turned out to be memorable, most especially our private chef Jorge. Ana addressed minor issues promptly and professionally. This listing is truly a unique experience perfect and comfortable for 4-8 to people. I would 100% come back.

Absolutely breathtaking. It was everything we anticipated and more.

The house is amazing, perfect setting for our girls trip. We arrived to a fridge stocked with drinks and a bowl of fresh fruit. Ana was extremely responsive, provided recommendations for our every need, and even arranged the delivery of crutches to the villa when one of our group sustained an injury while on an excursion. The chef JC was fantastic as well, very easy to work with and reasonably priced for dinner, somewhat pricey for breakfast. (Note: American breakfast items like waffles will be frozen.) The location is great and just a short ride to Zona Romantica and Downtown PV. We used the Didi rideshare app, which was very inexpensive, but allow 10-13 minutes for a car to get to the Villa. If I make it back to PV for whale season, I'd love to stay at Villa Loma again!

(there is a maid that comes every single day except for Sunday which is an inconveniece for naked mornings in the kitchen cooking breakfast or out by the pool at least until mid afternoon.) but this house is very unique and beautiful and I loved every second of being there It was very peaceful.

Wow, what an incredible property! The views from all over the villa are worth the trip to PV alone. Ana was super easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We had an incredible stay at this property! From the start, Ana was extremely accommodating and responsive, making the entire booking and check-in process seamless. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous—the layout worked perfectly for our group, offering both comfort and privacy. The view was truly something special, with stunning sights of both the jungle and ocean from the house. We loved how peaceful and quiet the location was—away from the hustle of downtown, but still easy to access when we wanted to explore. One of the highlights was definitely the pool. It was the perfect temperature for the hot days, and we found ourselves spending a lot of time there relaxing and soaking in the scenery. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely love to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely Stunning! More beautiful in person. Ana was super helpful and quick with responses. The chef services were an extra special add-on. Fantastic service and food. Ana even made us reservations at The El Dorado Beach club which was the perfect way to spend a day. She also helped us find a professional photographer ('josecarrillophotography') who captured some beautiful moments for us. My husband is a mountain vacation person and I'm a beach person, this location was the best of both worlds. The view was breath-taking.

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

Ana was great from the moment we reserved the villa. Always great recommendations and was very responsive with questions. The pictures do not do this place justice. Once you arrive the views and peacefulness are amazing. The villa slept seven very comfortably. The housekeeper Maria was amazing and if you have a chance to book Jorge for a meal or two, it is well worth it. A quick Uber ride will have you downtown in minutes, well we also did walk to downtown several times. Could not have asked for a better week in Puerto Vallarta.

Villa Loma was a perfect getaway. The house is very well maintained and everything was well laid out. We loved having a nice retreat to return to at the end of a busy day. I highly recommended using Jorge Camacho (Ana will put you in touch) for cooking a few meals in house. He is an incredible chef and his prices are very reasonable. Also, we didn't expect to have cleaning daily so it was a nice surprise and the cleaning ladies were very friendly. This place is phenomenal and just like the pictures. It is very private and the views are spectacular. It’s a short uber into town… but why would you ever leave? We hired a chef for 2 days and wish we had done more. It was phenomenal. It’s quick and easy to uber into town or order food delivery with Uber eats. What a luxurious place to be!

We loved our time at Villa Loma! Having spent time in Puerto Vallarta many times, I can confidently say this place was a top contender. From the incredible views, the multiple rooms/en-suites, the beautiful pool & terrace-- there wasn't really anything we'd change. You absolutely also need to have JC come in for some of your meals. We did few breakfasts and a lunch and the food was unbelievable-- definitely a highlight! One thing to note is that the trade off for being in a beautiful, mountain/jungle surrounding, you'll need to rely on Uber's to get up and down from town-- but with how reasonable the pricing was, we had no problem with that. 10/10 -- you should book this place ASAP!

Ana had such a beautiful space for my friends and I to stay. It was very spacious and comfy. The views are to die for, overlooking the mountains and beach, you’ll never get over it. Ana was very responsive when we reached out with any questions, and there was cleaning service every morning which we really appreciated. The location is perfect and close to everything we had planned to do. Ubering from the house was very inexpensive. The only critique I would give is the ceiling fans weren’t working properly but Ana was quick to communicate that it was something being fixed. Other than that, I would highly recommend this Airbnb to any group looking to have a great and comfy stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We spent a week at Ana’s place and it was great! Incredibly clean and comfortable bedding, felt like home away from home. Didn’t expect to get housecleaning services everyday so that was an added plus. I come to PV every year and if I was traveling with a big group again I would definitely rebook. Felt incredibly private and super spacious. Views to the ocean are a little obstructed from the properties right in front but it’s still stunning nonetheless.

Our stay at Ana’s beautiful home was nothing short of incredible. The check-in process was seamless, and Ana and her team went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flight was unexpectedly delayed by a few hours. Their flexibility and positive attitude made us feel truly welcomed. While the photos of the home are stunning, they simply don’t do it justice. You can’t capture the feeling of waking up to a breathtaking ocean view, feeling the fresh sea breeze on your face, and listening to the calming roar of the waves. It’s an experience that words can’t fully describe. Safety was another highlight of our trip. Coming from Tijuana, we’re used to always keeping our guard up, but Puerto Vallarta, especially the Conchas Chinas neighborhood, gave us a true sense of peace. We walked around after dinner, even late at night, and felt completely safe the entire time. Finally, the rooftop deck deserves its own mention. Watching the sunset from up there was a moment we’ll never forget.

This villa was amazing! Very quiet and private. The house was pure luxury and I felt very safe there. It’s about 8 minutes from RZ and Ubers would come within 4-10 min which wasn’t bad at all. The house was very clean but a few bugs did get in but that’s expected with all of the trees and bushes around. When we came the fridge had wine, sodas and fresh fruit for us. The maids made coffee each morning which was a nice touch. We had a great time and would for sure recommend her place! Thank you Ana!!

Stunning place to vacation. In the Hills but place was beautiful and you would wake up to a gorgeous view every morning. Only tough issue is it a bit hilly but close to many areas and stunning views for sunsets/sunrise

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ana's place. The home is well furnished and beautiful. The location was convenient to ZR but felt quiet and isolated. Ana was very responsive and the cleaners were very thorough. During rainy season definitely make sure to turn off all exterior lights before sunset or the rooms will fill with bugs.

Wow, this place is epic. Very, very nice, fantastic views. Lots of nice big common areas to gather as a group, large private bedrooms with beautiful en suite bathrooms and private balconies to enjoy a little down time alone. Ana the host was very responsive and helpful. Gabby the house keeper was fantastic, stealthy and did a great job. Ana scheduled messages which were a real treat. We hired a private chef, Luis Zavala to come in and make dinner twice for our group of 6, fantastico! If you are considering Villa Loma, look no more. Just book it!

We stayed at Anas place for a week with our family. The house was clean and with all the amenities we needed. The views were breathtaking. It was also easy to commute to downtown with a short Uber ride. Gabby (the cleaning lady) was kind and meticulous. She came everyday to clean the house, made beds and did laundry for us. Overall everyone in our family loved the place and felt comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

This home is truly a spectacular, unique and beautiful place to stay. The pictures online are beautiful but still do not do justice to the beauty and uniqueness of the home you actually experience upon arriving. It was large, yet each bedroom had privacy and amazing views. Waking up to those views in the primary bedroom was perfection. Our family of all adults especially appreciated being right next to mountains, so there were spectacular mountain and water views. The attention to detail was obvious and appreciated. We genuinely had an incredibly great stay in this home.

Ana's house is beyond STUNNING! We were a group of 8 including an infant and we had so much space to spread out. We spent 10 nights at Ana's house and had the chef's come 7 times while we were there, it was an incredible touch. The masages on the sky deck were amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were perfect. The house has everything you could possibly want/need for a relaxing vacation. The pool heated up nicely in the sun and we hardly had to use the AC at night because the breeze throughout the house was wonderful. You can hear the waves and roosters from the house. Gaby, the housekeeper, was such a beautiful soul. The house is far up on the hill so walking up and down can be tricky for older people or those with mobility issues. We had one person in our group with mobility issues but he had no issues navigating within the house. I recommend heading up the stairs just past the Grand Miramar and taking the hiking trail to the lookout point!

Ana’s house was absolutely perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. We were 6 people and it was perfect. Ana provided great recommendations for transportation to and from the airport. We are all going to miss the view from the house, especially the top terrace where the hot tub is. Gaby, who came to clean everyday but Sundays, was so nice and went out of her way to clean up after us. I would love to stay again in the future!

Staying at Ana's place was a dream. Everything was well-maintained, thoughtfully curated, and looked just like the photos (if not better!). There was an issue with wifi connectivity in the area during our stay, but Ana had reached out proactively and kept us updated. If I could give Ana’s place 10 stars, I would. We LOVED the house. Gorgeous views, beautiful home, comfortable rooms. The maid (so sad we didn’t catch her name) was so so sweet. She cooked us breakfast (upon request) two mornings of our stay. It was delicious. The host, Ana, was SO helpful. I was probably so annoying I feel like I talked with her so much. Always quick to respond. She booked us in house massages that were wonderful and recommended so many great places to eat. None of the restaurants disappointed. Overall, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Thanks, Ana!!

Ana was an amazing host!! The property is just so beautiful and we were so happy with your stay. We had a couple hick ups throughout the week (bugs, wifi, etc) which Ana was very helpful and responsive with! We all felt right at home and loved staying here. I would definitely recommend this property.

Ana’s Villa in Conchas Chinas was phenomenal. Even better than the pictures, it was a perfect stay for my 30th birthday trip! 5 of us ended up going and we each had our own bedroom and private bathroom! Only a short 8 minute Uber ride to Zona Romántica, it was a perfect private hideaway on top of a mountain with views of the bay and jungle. Definitely recommend and would love to come back soon!
