Ursula behaved very well and was always attentive. The place is perfect for a family. Miguel, the assistant, is very friendly, and you can ask him to buy things for you. He is always available. Obviously, you leave him a tip, and he does it gladly. But honestly, my family and I had a great time. I really don't have anything bad to say.

super comfortable, spacious, nice and clean. Jose was very attentive to anything inside the premises. Maybe the only thing that was missing were more padded blankets, since it only had sheets on the beds, but otherwise everything was amazing.

MIGUEL'S SERVICE (THE HOUSE ASSISTANT) WAS EXCELLENT, HE WAS ATTENTIVE TO US THROUGHOUT THE STAY. FOR PET FRIENDLY, THE HOUSE HAS A NOBLE AND OBEDIENT CARETAKER NAMED ALMENDRA, A VERY BEAUTIFUL DOG. I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AT CASA SUNSET AGAIN.

Ursula's place was beautiful, very clean and roomy. The location up against the beach was perfect. The place is roomy both inside and out, with enough room for working areas, lounging, dining. Miguel was extremely helpful with arranging food delivery for us, making recommendations and keeping the pool clean and making sure everything was ok. He was amazing. I went with a work group for a planning session and the place was the perfect spot. The sunsets and sunrises on the beach are stunning. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent house, very nice, super comfortable

This is a wonderful place and really worth the stay, the pool is so clean and so is the place which is most lovely and large enough for an entire family or friends. The only little thing is that there has been music (sometimes quite loud) from the neighbors all week long we were there. Many people don't mind this at all, but if one seeks the quiet, so they know, it may not always be so.

Absolutely great accommodation. Large and clean house, beautiful garden and behind the fence the sea with big waves. Also within 2 min after the beach a restaurant with the possibility to pay by card. The host took great care of us and helped us with our grocery shopping. I also appreciated the fast internet and WiFi even covering the whole garden.

Our stay in Puerto Arista was exactly what we had wished for. A tranquil and beautiful beach with not many tourists in a great comfortable house. The house was perfect for a large family, clean, AMAZING pool, wonderful dogs, all the amenities we needed, and the best of all was the warm and impeccable support that José Miguel, the house keeper, offered us throughout our stay. He helped us find amazing fresh fish and seafood, as well as amazing local fruits and cheese. The outside table and the hammocks under the palapa allowed for some amazing moments during meals, reading and rest. The ocean was a little rough to enjoy swimming in it, but walking along Puerto Arista beach was a true treat.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay in PuertoArista. The house is absolutely beautiful! It has all the finishes for an exceedingly comfortable stay and had plenty of space to accommodate our large family -everyone had a bed. The pool was clean and at night has lights so that gave it a special feel and mood for our vacation. The home is beachfront so it was super nice to hear the sea. We even saw dolphins!! We will definitely stay here on our next visit. Ursula was very communicative and gracious as we had to cancel last year because thats when the world closed for COVID. Glad we made it this time and got to enjoy the restaurants and local food.
