Very clean and comfortable

It worked out perfectly for us, as there were several of us, and we all had our own room. We didn't get to spend much time at the house to enjoy it, but even so, it was great for the short time we were there. I'm sure I'll rent it again.

We stayed a couple of days, we were a group of 12 people. Overall, the stay was good. The house is full of antique details, which creates a very nice atmosphere. The rooms and bathrooms are very well equipped, very comfortable beds and it is a great advantage that each room has a full bathroom. On the other hand, in this cold season, in the common areas of the house, such as the dining room, living room, etc., it feels very cold since it has a central corridor which is uncovered. Another disadvantage is that the house only has one parking space, which we already knew from the description of the ad, but it is still a disadvantage since we were a large group and we brought 4 vehicles, so we had to pay for three cars. It would be great if you could make an agreement with one of the nearby parking lots, which are many, but with limited opening hours, they open very late, some until 1 PM.

The downstairs apartment is very well equipped. It has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Only the lighting was a bit dim, and on one side of the kitchen was the laundry room but we did not have a key to open the door. Other than that, the rooms and bathrooms are excellent. It is an ideal area to spend vacations since it is 2 minutes from the triumphal arch and restaurants.

Ursula, thank you so much for everything. The stay was excellent: the house is in very good condition, very clean and with enough towels (two per room). I just wanted to tell you an important detail: in the showers it was necessary to let the water run for about 8 minutes to get hot, which implies a great waste of water, and even then it only stayed hot for a few minutes. Being a house with 8 bedrooms, it would be ideal to improve that part of the hot water system, since some people in my family had to bathe with cold water, even in winter and having older adults with us. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you very much again

Highly recommended, the house is in perfect condition, very close to important and accessible places, the only bad thing is the garage, it only fits 1 vehicle, but 15 meters away there is a boarding house, there you can store more vehicles, and not leave them on the front sidewalk (the traffic police will take your license plate if you are a foreigner) *THIS WAS MY MISTAKE* but regarding the house, it is very complete, the rooms are very tidy, the bathrooms are clean and complete, the Host is very friendly, she let us in before the scheduled time, and she is very considerate, I would return.

The place is as if it were a mini hotel available for you, super located steps from the triumphal arch of the road, a few streets from the temple attic, the photos do not do the place justice, the 15 people we stay charming the layout, the decor, the terrace, the complimentary cafe, in the end super recommended, beds, pillows, bathrooms, towels, hot water, cleaning, all a 10 out of 10, if they go in several cars they can leave them in a pension that is 10 meters from the place and also next to the place you can dine or walk some streets to find a lot of variety to eat. I hope my review is useful. I have stayed in Leon several times, but I would definitely come back here

In the parking space there is only one garage, it is not enough for the house, which has many guests, but 15 meters away there is a guest house where you can leave your car without any problem. As an option, I would put a screen at least in the living room and a washer and dryer
