The place is very nice and extremely cozy, you feel at home, everything works perfectly, it has many facilities to go to the center of San Miguel without having to take your car, I would certainly repeat it thousands of times. We loved it!!!! The pool is delicious, the recreation areas are very well adapted. Everything was impeccable and the host was super attentive all the time and with very clear instructions.

We had to rent the space in an emergency, the logistics were very fast, everything was ready, very clean, the whole place was in excellent taste! The space is so comfortable that you don't even want to leave the place. It's a great place to stay with several people and have a great time in SMA. It's definitely a place I'd come back to. And Gisela was very attentive, honest and flexible, very clear with the directions, so there was no need to be constantly in communication, but if we needed something she was very attentive.

The house is simply BEAUTIFUL, the rooms are super spacious, each with its full bathroom, the beds are very comfortable and so are the pillows. The different rooms of the house are very comfortable and well planned. The kitchen is very nice and practical. The downstairs terrace and pool are beautiful and the upstairs terrace is SPECTACULAR!!! I have stayed in many houses in SMA and by far this is the best!!! We'll be back in the future!!! Excellent!!!

Gisella's house is a solid 5 out of 5 stars, a house that takes care of every detail and has something for everyone. Whatever your plans for visiting San Miguel, this should be your accommodation. We had a great time. We were 3 families with 6 children and we all really enjoyed it. It has a shuttle service to the center that is very useful. I highly recommend this place.

A Gisella is an excellent host, she was always attentive to everything from the moment we started the reservation, her instructions to both get to the house, the description of every detail of the accommodation, the ease of contacts to do the super before arrival, the recommended restaurants. Although we do not use the transport offered to take you downtown and return home, if we saw the vehicles and Lucía very well. The house is beautiful I think you fall even more in love with the place when you are there, every detail is designed to make you feel at home, our group was 12 people and in each space of the house we fit perfectly, in addition to each couple with their own room and private bathroom. I hope to come back very soon and this place to make me fall in love with San Miguel de Allende, I would come back again and again

Even before our arrival, Gisella was attentive to us, sharing relevant information and giving us the details of the place. The house is perfect, not very big, but all the spaces are very well used. We really enjoyed our stay and all its amenities.

It's a very clean, cozy and very complete house. It's 10 minutes to the center. And it's very close to the Comer and City Market. Gisella is very organized and kind in answering questions I would definitely come back!!!

The house is very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen. Transportation from there to the center is super easy and it doesn't feel far. The cleaning person, Tere, is very helpful and friendly. And we hired Angelica as an extra to help us in the kitchen and she cooked very delicious food for us and was always very attentive to take care of us. We felt very comfortable and at home. I would definitely recommend it.

The house is just as shown in the photos, lots of free spaces to spend time together, very spacious rooms and the house is located within a subdivision which provides a lot of security in San Miguel.

Beautiful property. Perfect for big families.

We were a big family going to a wedding. We had never been to San Miguel. The house keeper Angelica and Gisella were very helpful in finding Ubers, pressing clothes, and where to get food for a family of 14. There is enough space and accommodations for everyone. We all got to sit at the table at the same time We did not have to take shifts to eat either. The pool was a nice place to gather and relax. Thank you Gisella for the use of you home.

The house exceeds what was described, it is very well located, it is very cozy, spacious and the decoration is spectacular. You don't want to get out of there. It has many details in each of the spaces that make one feel very comfortable. Gisella is a lady in every sense of the word: kind, clear in her communication, willing to help and recommend. She recommended us staff who went to cook for us all weekend and was taken care of with us top notch. The cleaner is very friendly and willing to help. We were very happy. We would definitely stay here again when we return to SMA.

Casa Acacia has been one of the best places we've stayed at. We really enjoyed the destination, but also the accommodation. All the areas are very spacious and well-equipped. We stayed for 4 nights and never quite finished enjoying all the amenities the house offers. Gisella was attentive before our arrival and throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

A BEAUTIFUL AND COMFORTABLE HOME! Even after seeing the photos and knowing more or less what the house would look like, our group was still in disbelief with it! Every part of the home is LUXURIOUS and more importantly, CLEAN and SAFE. Gisella guided me (the group organizer) through the entire process of renting her home. She was so attentive and courteous at all times. Anything and everything you can think of, Gisella has thought of to make your stay INCREDIBLE. The housekeeper, Laura was punctual in arriving every day and was kind enough to keep the restrooms clean and the beds made up. She was MARVELOUS. San Miguel is such a spectacular place to vacation, but the home is what made our vacation. Nothing is missed in this home! Our group of 14 fit comfortably and we still had plenty of room to escape from each other. Half of our stay we wanted to spend in the house b/c there was so much to be entertained with. The 10-15 min. shuttle service was so easy to use all the time. We enjoyed being away from the town where it can get noisy and busy at night. The feel of the countryside from Gisella’s home was just another LUXURY we appreciated. Thank you x 100 Gisella! I will definitely be returning to San Miguel. We hope you’ll allow us to experience your STUNNING home again soon! A MUST: Visit the outstanding high end grocery store “El Comer”.

This house is amazing! We loved everything about it, especially the outdoor pool area and the upstairs game room. The rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable. Laura (housekeeper) was friendly and kept the house clean and organized. We didn’t lack any of the necessities. Gisella is very attentive and responds very quickly. The place was wonderful and was able to accommodate our large group very well! Clean, fine modern design, full of great appliances, amazing view upstairs, spacious, and more. Huge plus to have the place cleaned daily and have access to a shuttle service for free that would take you and pick you up from town. Our host, Gisella, was more than accommodating and was extremely responsive to any questions we had at any time of day! She made us feel like royalty. Would definitely stay again!

This is such a lovely home. The view in the 3rd floor game room is to die for. The house makes it to where you don’t need to or want to leave. Gisella is super attentive and available at a moments notice for any questions you may have. Did I mention the house is perfect! She was able to recommend someone to cook for us (they were incredible and super attentive as well). Everything was so smooth, from pick up from the airport to everything in between! Definitely one of my favorite trips 🥰

Gisella was attentive to what we needed for our stay. The condo is in a great location. The house is impeccable. Everything is new. The rooms are super comfortable, especially the top floor room, which is a playroom and is where the most natural light comes in, since the rest of the house is very dark during the day. Excellent house…. Highly recommended, not centrally located but the shuttle provides service and leaves you steps from the cathedral. Laura's service, the cleaning lady is amazing, the communication with Giselle immediately and effectively. For an extra fee, we booked the breakfast service, and it was excellent. An excellent place and exceptional service. The most pleasant place to stay in San Miguel de Allende; everything is very private and well thought out.

Thinking about going to San Miguel but still debating on choosing this one because this house is not in downtown? Well, there is nothing to think! This house is AMAZING!!! It is beautiful, with lots of fine details, and it is only 5-7 mins away from downtown! The best part is that the condominium where this house is located has a shuttle service to downtown all day long! It was very convenient for us, you don't have to worry about anything! House is really well located, has local stores and two big grocery stores near by. And the best part is that Gisella shares with you a list of delivery services that will drop everything at your door. We order freshly baked bread everyday! The house has a great distribution of space. It is really good for family gatherings or traveling with friends. And the bed linens...you have to go to understand! I've been to many Airbnbs and this house has by far the best bed linens!!! Communication with Gisella was outstanding! She was always very fast in responding to my messages. For my family and me we will definitely go back to San Miguel and without a doubt will stay here in "Casa Acacia" as it is known. If you think this is too big for you Gisella has another option in the same condominium that is not as big. San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful town with its own magic. Gisella's Casa Acacia is part of the magic, you are going to love it!

The house is HERMOSISIMA! We had an amazing time, it has all the details perfectly thought out. We had the benefit of having a shuttle that takes you downtown, which makes it very comfortable. Likewise, the ladies who helped us with the cleaning were always very friendly. The beds are delicious and the kitchen is so great. The house has a very parent roof for playing board games, living together or playing foosball and ping pong. I recommend it 100% is perfect for trips with friends or family
