We loved the house and the service from the staff. For an extra cost and they just give you the opportunity to prepare food and wash dishes. They were also looking forward to welcoming guests.

Great place overall

The house and its view are wonderful. Everything was excellent. What they could improve is to put a cleaning kit (soap and shampoo) in the bathrooms in the rooms. I loved the stay and the service from the guy who was there. He was very helpful and attentive to everything.

The house is very nice, spacious and well located. The pool has the perfect temperature and the people who help in the house are very friendly and always aware of keeping the house in excellent condition, they certainly make the stay even better. Recommended. Ms. Magda was always attentive and helpful. We think she was the best part of the trip. Location with a spectacular view of the entire lake. 2 minutes to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Luis was always in touch to give us recommendations.

Highly recommended, my stay was very good, the pool was at a good temperature, the ladies who helped us in the kitchen and the cleanliness of the rooms were good, the cars with their own parking and any detail is taken care of immediately by the concierge.

WOW! A dream! The view is incredible, and the pool for children and adults is unbeatable, warm and super clean. The facilities are incredibly neat.
