Sadly, we stayed for a very short time. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and we would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!!

Salvador is what makes this place so great. He is with you in real time with any needs. The gated community is easy to access and the gate staff is very friendly. There are 3 floors so if you have heavy luggage, you may want to unload at first floor but it wasn’t an issue for us. Kitchen is fully stocked but no ice maker. Also being oiled or butter if you want to make eggs for breakfast. Overall excellent place to start. There is a corner outdoor restaurant about 3 blocks away and a Centro Maya shopping center with a great market and small boutique shops. It’s literally around the corner er. Recommend it 100%

The best part of renting Sal’s place, was Sal. He is a top notch host, was responsive and exceptionally helpful with every question and request - food and driver recommendations, helpful tips etc. Well worth it and would definitely visit again. Gracias!!

This was our first time staying at an Airbnb in Mexico and it did not disappoint. Sal’s place is not only spacious but we felt super safe with the 24/7 security at the gate. We traveled as a group of 7 and the space felt very comfortable for everyone.The location is so close to the main strip in town, so getting a taxi to pick us up to take us in town was not an issue. Sal was an excellent host and was very quick to respond with any concerns we had. He was very helpful in recommending transportation to and from the airport as well as activities to do in the area. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic stay for Christmas! The house was not only clean but also spacious enough to comfortably fit our large family. One highlight was the property grounds, & we especially enjoyed the pool & somehow always had it to ourselves. We also felt incredibly safe throughout our stay. Our host, Sal, was exceptional—friendly, communicative, & more than willing to share recommendations for local eateries, shops, & must-visit activities. The house has everything you need. We also frequented Ahumado, the taco truck on the corner (5 min walk). Please give Jorge a visit! Him & his family are wonderful and the food is incredible. Renting a car through Sal's contact was easy & the van was delivered within an hour upon our arrival. The shuttle arranged by him was perfect as well. Other recommendations - drive to Chichén Itzá, go to Xplor Fuego, Xcaret, and swim in underground rivers at Cenote Chaak Tun (must buy tickets online). Overall a perfect holiday & will definitely be back! Thank you Sal!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Sal's Airbnb in Mexico! The place was not only beautiful and spacious but also felt incredibly safe. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. Sal is an amazing host and will make sure your stay is a memorable one. Everything was easy from checking in to checking out. The pool is almost directly across from the condo as is the workout room. It’s close to a big grocery store and street taco trucks that were both extremely helpful during our stay. I really enjoyed this property and will definitely come back. Our group of 8 were comfortable and had plenty of room to hang out. The beds are comfy and the water pressure is fantastic! I can’t wait to come back. Thanks Sal!

Absolutely recommend Sal as a host. Sal was very helpful with not only the booking but helping us get a car rental as well as recommending things to do and local places to eat. Check in was super easy, the place was very clean and modern and Sal always promptly replied to any questions we had. The location was private and the pool was pristine. Nice gym on premise for morning workouts as well as a BBQ area. Will be booking with Sal again!

Sal was an excellent host. He was helpful and communicative. His home is very modern, beautiful and clean. It’s conveniently located near the XCARET parks and Playa Car. His beds are also very comfortable, it felt as if we were staying at a high end hotel. I would definitely recommend this to any family or group of travelers who are looking for a safe and private stay away from all the hustle and bustle of the town. We hope to be back very soon.

Sal was the perfect host. We had many exchange about restaurant recommendations, transportation, check in, check out and he always had the right answer for everything. Very flexible, friendly and attentive to our needs. I strongly recommend his place. Clean, comfortable like home.

Sal literally saved us from being on the street! We needed an emergency accommodation before out departure the next day and Sal came through with speed of a light and within minutes we had a place to stay. What a fantastic, spacious, clean place it was! The beds are so comfy and the shower is hot and wonderful! Everything was amazing and we were able to get the rest we needed before heading back to States.

Very good place, the house is very well distributed and above all Sal's service is more than excellent, attentive all the time.

Sal was super helpful, the space was just as pictured and the birds in the morning create a peaceful vibe.

Nice cozy place on the outskirts of town. Being away from the crowds and the noise of downtown was a nice respite. Easy walking to grocery store, convenience stores, great food stands.(El Gran Taco is a must). 5 minute walk to an awesome espresso cart and roadside empanadas. Gated community with really friendly staff, well maintained and private. Plenty of parking if you need more than one car. A quick taxi ride to the downtown core (5th ave) if needed was 100 pesos ($5 US) Totally worth it over the 45 minute walk in the tropical humidity. Sal the host was friendly and helpful, the home was comfy and clean. All around great stay, wish we had more time there.

We had amazing time in Sal’s house! Sal’s hospitality has no limits! He helped to arrange our transportation, tours, shopping, making our stay easy and very comfortable. We’re group of eight, the house is very comfortable and well equipped. The residential very quite, great swimming pool and gym, all staff very helpful. Definitely recommend the place to stay! The house is so accommodating and clean. The house is near everything with the convenience of going to town and party and then come back to a relaxation pool. The place is immaculate and so warning. I will definitely be back in my next vacation in April.
