We liked the stay very much. From the very beginning, they treated us with kindness, left clear instructions to get to the house, open the house, and have everything in order. It's a very clean, quiet area with access to the beach. The amenities are as described, and the place is so beautiful that it makes you feel at home. We would definitely go back. We recommend it for enjoying Acapulco. 💯

It is a perfect villa for several people. The rooms are comfortable and identical to the photos. It is clean and pleasant to spend several days there. The only thing I would improve is that the pool was cloudy for a whole day, although when I contacted the host, it was resolved and everything else was very good. Very good communication and area. The Oxxo on the corner is very helpful. I give it a 9.99/10.

Excellent place to stay. Besides being exactly as shown in the photos, the host was very helpful and very accessible, and the house was always very clean.

Everything was excellent! From the location, the accommodation, the communication with the host, the cleanliness, everything was fantastic. We stayed with my family, and they were always attentive to us and to whatever we needed. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms cool down very quickly with the air conditioning, and the kids spent most of the day in the pool. We made food for the days we would stay, and everything was sufficient. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

The place is nice. The pool is a good size, but it needs a lot of maintenance, since the entire edge is full of fungus and many tiles are missing, which can cause accidents. The place is quite spacious. There are many ants both outside and inside the house. There were even ants on the bed in one of the rooms. The cleaning staff is very friendly, and the host responds very quickly in case of any questions or unexpected events.

Thank you for your comments. We are going to schedule fumigation. Regarding the pool, maintenance was done after your departure, which means that it no longer needs any tiles!🙌🏼

Very nice place to spend time as a family. They clean daily, except for washing dishes. The area is nice. There is an Oxxo on the corner. The pool is a good size and clean.

A great stay! Just as it appears in the photos, and the pool is super clean. It looked like it would be cold, but the water was actually warm. We'll definitely be back!

Very good service from the host, the house is very nice, excellent for relaxing, for going with the family, excellent for large families... very clean facilities, bedding, towels.... The cleaning staff is very respectful and friendly!! I would definitely choose this place again.

We just stayed 3 nights, 2 of my cousins ended up with flea/bedbug bites on their legs and arms, which speaks to the lack of cleanliness in the beds and fumigation in the rooms. The towels were in deplorable condition (Venus pink soap). The day we left, we noticed that the cleaning staff did not have clean sheets for the next guests. We didn't have water for the bathrooms for 4 days and we had to ask security every morning to turn on the pump and even then it took a long time for the water to come up, there was never hot water and they said they would fix it the next day, but it didn't happen. The villas are spacious and comfortable and they will do daily cleaning, the basics. The pool is acceptable and they maintain it daily. Very good security.

We take each guest's reviews very seriously, as our intention is always to ensure they have the best possible stay. We have already taken action on the matter of fumigation of the villas; we must say that we are surprised by your evaluation, as it is the first one to comment on "bedbugs" and you never mentioned anything to us during your stay. This accommodation is cleaned daily; two cleaners are even sent after each guest's departure. Affirming something that you do not know is a fairly serious accusation. Your check-out was at 12:00 and then we received guests at 3:00; we don't know at what point you could have observed that dirty sheets were being taken for the next stay (which did not happen). Our cleaning is of high quality and all our previous reviews support us, so your comment to us is not substantiated or credible. On the subject of water, unfortunately it arrived at the port after a 6.5 earthquake that caused a pipe to break. Concrete had to be broken to find it and it has been fixed until now.
