I really enjoyed our stay at this location. Beach front property with very nice furniture. One thing I would say is that some of the kitchen cabinets need maintenance and that the kayaks need to be renovated (they are missing a few parts). Other than that, it's a beautiful property at a reasonable price. Staff is super friendly!

Fantastic place facing the ocean!

The best of the Costabaja beach villas. Villa #1 is tucked in the corner at the end of the beautiful beach with a stunning view of the water and coastline. We loved sitting in the hot tub out front and watching the pristine water. The villa has everything you might need and José was such a kind and attentive, checking in with us throughout our stay and offering tons of tips on how best to enjoy La Paz. The bedrooms were quiet and had huge, luxurious bathrooms. We also enjoyed the inner courtyard, especially during the heat of the day. The a/c functioned well throughout the house. Everything is well maintained. The golf cart is very handy for getting around the resort. The villa also includes access to the beach club, which just gets nicer every time we visit. We love Costabaja because it's so convenient, with excellent restaurants and fishing charters right in the resort. La Paz is just ten minutes away by car and you're already en route to Balandra and other attractions. A++++!!

This villa was wonderful...safe, clean, fantastic view. Kind and responsive hosts. Plenty of room for a family. Right on the beach and even more beautiful than the photos. I highly recommend this villa and hope to stay again some time in the future.

Stunning first floor condo located on a private sandy beach. Water was warm and condo has a jacuzzi, hammock, outside shaded area on the beach, air conditioning, full kitchen and laundry. Internet is fast, was able to work and take zoom calls. Some logistics: the apartment is actually three separate areas the open onto an outdoor courtyard. Bedroom 2 and 3 are entered from this courtyard. Both bedrooms have baths but 3’s bath is entered from the courtyard. 3 does not have an ocean view. The main house has bedroom 1, bathroom including an indoor and outdoor shower, main area with lounge and dining and kitchen. Lots of light with the sliding glass doors. Two person golf cart is available to drive. Kitchen is full stocked. We were able to get more from the convenience store (note store is more akin to a 7/11 than a supermarket). There is both a beach club and pool club within walking distance and also on the beach. Each has their own nice restaurants. Beach club opens late, 12 pm. Pool 8

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa, the home it's beautiful with an amazing view and access to a bay-like beach. We upgraded to this home and cut down on the day activities so the kids could enjoy the beach. The home it's nicely decorated and very well kept; the kitchen it's fully stocked, beds are comfortable and all the windows and doors open for an open-house concept, if weather permits (for us it was too hot to use during this time of the year). The stay includes cleaning service every day. It includes access to the beach club which is nice if you want to have a resort experience. The malecon is about 15-minute drive where you can find restaurants and other activities. Claudia and Jose were very welcoming. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing place! Your steps away from the sand and also the amenities of the Puerto Cortez resort. The Villa is complete with everything you need for a wonderful stay and more. We didn’t get a chance to use everything that is included, but they have a paddleboard, kayak and sand toys for the kids. The rooms are nicely situated for multiple small families, or couples with each of them having a bathroom and a private entrance. For one family with young children it probably would not be a good location due to the two bedrooms being located with outdoor entrances through the hacienda. This was the only downside because I had my two kids in one of those bedrooms and I didn’t like that. I had to go outside to the Hacienda area to check on them although it is fully enclosed and locked, which made me feel better, but I think it’s good to note. The house is comfortable, clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Overall would highly recommend this villa

We had a Great Time and Enjoyed the Villa. The lady's that did the Breakfast every morning were Awesome and the cleaning lady did a Great job every day too! I would recommend this Villa to my Friends and will look forward to coming back in the near Future. Richard

Beautiful house in a prime location. The host is super flexible, plus the property has the advantage of having daily cleaning service. They were very friendly and helpful at all times, a pleasure to have been there

Carlos's place is beautiful. We arrived at night so we were a little confused about the layout, but once the sun came up the next morning it all made sense. The view to the bay is spectacular and the villa had everything we needed including beach towels that we took with us on a boat tour. We had plans to visit a different beach, but we were loving our stay so much that we wound up spending the entire last day of our vacation at Costa Baja.

it was so much more than the pictures show there are 3 seperate bedrokms with each having private shower and toilet. also the place has large patio areas and sliding glass doors thet open completely for a open house atmosphere. And the air conditioning works great!

It's a beautiful place and the house is very nice and very enjoyable. We are invited to come back.

The house is spectacular, I would definitely rent this place again, the whole group was delighted! We didn't have any problems and Carlos helped us with everything, the place is in front of the beach and has everything you need to have the best vacation in La Paz!

We stayed here in March after four days in Cabo. It was the perfect location to relax and enjoy the ocean. The condo is situated right on the beach and we had access to all of the Costa Baja Resort amenities. I highly recommend this condo.

Our stay at the Villa was absolutely wonderful. The villa is even nicer than we anticipated. Everything is upgraded and it's absolutely beautiful. If you are going to La Paz I highly recommend renting Carlos' villa. You will have one of the best vacations you've ever had.

My brothers and I took a quick weekend trip down to La Paz and decided to try the villa out. Carlos was awesome, and his property is unbelievable -- right on the beach with all the amenities you'd ever need. The resort itself is quite nice and very safe. Access to the beach club is a definite plus. Can't wait to get back down there for another stay.
