At Miriam's house, the common areas are spacious, but you do need to keep in mind that the bathrooms in two of the bedrooms are very small; there's not enough space to sit on the toilet because it's too close to the wall. We enjoyed our stay, but we recommend that several aspects of the house be maintained to make it function better.

Miriam was great! Very responsive and kind. The home was bigger than expected and accommodated our group with a lot of room to spare! When we come back to Guadalajara we will definitely stay here!

An excellent place to stay with the family with comfort, tranquility and privacy, with a privileged location that allows you to reach any tourist area in minutes. Miriam is a very accessible and friendly person, which makes this place ideal to spend a few pleasant days

The Americana neighborhood is a great place to stay, and the house was what we needed, the kitchen was well equipped, the meeting areas are comfortable and spacious, the rooms are clean and the mattress is comfortable, the jacuzzi was very clean and the instructions are clear to use it, the girl who helps with the cleaning is friendly and keeps the house super clean. The only issue is the bathroom in the secondary bedrooms, they are small and it is uncomfortable to use the toilet because the legs hit the wall.

The house was very clean! Good amount of space. Bathrooms a little tight but all in all very nice home and would highly recommend!

Miriam was an incredibly helpful host who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The house felt very safe and comfortable, and the location was ideal — with plenty of cafés and restaurants just a short walk away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The accommodation in the house was excellent, there were 8 of us and the house was perfect for us! Very quiet, lots of space, super safe and food nearby too. Miriam also helped us with some recommendations and is an excellent host, always attentive to us! We'll be back soon!!

11 girls stayed here for my bachelorette and it was everything I could’ve wanted! Only 3 rooms have a split system which was perfect for us.

Miriam's accommodation is spectacular, very close to restaurants, a very quiet area for walking, and super safe. Miriam is an excellent host, she helped us with very good recommendations. I'm definitely coming back to this home

The space was nice, the only feedback was the cleanliness since on arrival there was a lot of dirty floors and stains on the armchair and bed covers,the house is nice but it definitely needs maintenance. Despite everything Miriam was always aware. Another recommendation would be good to leave or ask for the keys to the back door of the house as it stays open at night as well as the back rooms to feel more secure. The place is pleasant and we have a quiet time, thank you Miriam

Miriam was an excellent host, she was always available and kind to give recommendations. The place is located in an amazing area, close to many restaurants, bars and with security. We will return on our next visit to GDL.

The host's attention is unbeatable, she was always attentive and tried to resolve issues that arose, such as hot water, Internet service, or cleanliness issues. If you're looking for a place with comfortable common spaces and a safe area, Casa Calderon is a good option. However, people of tall or overweight will not feel comfortable in the toilets on the property as the spaces are small. I do not recommend the property for groups larger than 10 people, because the access staircase to the beds in the service room is complicated. We appreciate all the attention of Miriam, she is an excellent host.

An excellent place to spend your stay in Guadalajara. The house is 5-star quality. Highly recommended for adults and even children. The hot tub is amazing. And Miriam has a very good attitude and is attentive. We had a great time!
