We loved the stay! Views were great, beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Both pools were great and we never felt crowded. Fun walk on the beach or a quick uber ride to anything we wanted to do. Highly recommended!

What an amazing time! This is our fourth time in Puerto Vallarta and our first time wanting to return to the same Airbnb, since we usually like to mix up that just had everything we wanted and more.. we will be back. Easy check-in and easy checkout. Bonus that the private beach access brought you to a path that got you right into the town after 10 min walk on the beach. The food and drink drinks at the condo. We’re also super great. staff extremely friendly and fun!

We have stayed many times in beautiful places in PV. But nothing came close to the beauty, location and comfort of Michael’s home. And that’s how it feels, like a home not a unit. Beautifully decorated and just as comfortable. The location can’t be beat. If you love pools, you have two that are stunning, if like a beach and ocean, down some steps and it is there. If you want restaurants and the main beach, use the stairs over the rocks or take a 5 minute, $2-3 uber. We enjoyed a three generation vacation and every generation was beyond thrilled. Michael, I would try to buy this off you if the funds were available. Thank you

The Condo was absolutely beautiful. Looks exactly like the pictures. The five of us had a great Thanksgiving weekend there. When I booked the condo I mistakenly thought it was near the zona romantica, but in reality it is a little past Mantamar so we had to UBER quite alot into areas with all the shopping, bars, etc. But it was a nice, quiet, well cleaned condo.

The rooftop bar and restaurant were not only top-notch but also offered wonderful value. Every member of your team—from Mauricio to the restaurant staff, security, and our in-room masseuse, manicurist, and pedicurist—provided service that was both outstanding and genuinely warm and personalized. However, Mauricio was the star. Our family made unforgettable memories during our week in your beautiful home. This was my fourth visit to Puerto Vallarta with my family, and originally, I thought it might be our last, simply because there are so many other amazing places to explore. Our previous trips were all at large resorts, but I have to say, this experience was so extraordinary that we found ourselves already planning our return before we even left! Christian greeted us, he is a super friendly and very nice person, he explained absolutely everything to us... The apartment is spectacular, very spacious and with everything you need, the location is perfect, the amenities are luxurious, and the sea views are the best, it has access to the beach, my young children were the ones who enjoyed it the most, we will definitely return, Thank you.

Stayed here with family 6 adults and 3 babies The property was gorgeous and well decorated with beautiful art pieces. The co host gave us a lot of good info about the surrounding areas and things to do, the security and staff made us feel right at home. Views from the terrace to the roof top pool as well as downstairs pool were all stunning. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for ourselves though we did use the restaurant a few times and the food was all great. Air conditioning worked great. Zero complaints about this stay and would definitely come back here again beach access was a plus and super walkable to all the cute areas in town.

The apartment is beautiful, I came for my bachelorette party with 4 friends and we were very comfortable. Very equipped kitchen with everything you would require, amazing decor, everything worked perfectly and there was communication throughout. It is a place to relax and enjoy the pools, the staff was also very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Great space to kick back and relax.

I stayed at Michael’s place for an extended weekend trip to PV! We had 8 people in our group stay- and it was the perfect set up. Very comfortable, plenty of space, 3 bathrooms! The view was amazing, and their outdoor space is unmatched! The building amenities are phenomenal as well- I will definitely be back to the area and I would adore staying at Michael’s space again if I have the opportunity!

The location is relaxing and quiet but close enough to walk to Malacon and downtown. The pools are gorgeous as are the views. Staff is friendly and fun. The food prepared on site was first class - delicious! Can’t say enough about how much our family enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

We travel alot and this is likely the most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. The interior was very functional and the decor was something out of this world. The owner, Michael, clearly has impeccable tasted. The living areas open up to join the large terrace or can be closed if you prefer the a/c to the fresh ocean breeze. The common area amenities made for convenient drinks and/or meals. Especially convenient on the day of arrival when our party was exhausted from travel and did not want to go into town for dinner. After the first night, dinners were easy to get to with a 5 to 10 minute walk on the beach to the many great restaurants. Our group was family with 3 parents in their 70s, my wife and I in our 40s, and our son who is 22. The pools were easy to get to and were just as amazing as the condo itself. Thank you for an amazing stay Michael!

I've stayed in many AirBnb places around the world, but this was by far the best. What an incredible condo. Every amenity we could think of was already there. The unit is huge, with a giant balcony overlooking the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. The check-in and out could not have been easier, and the two bars and restaurants with multiple pools was really over the top with good food and excellent service. It's not just a condo, but also a 4 star resort with very helpful and friendly staff. We could not have been more happy. Thank you Michael for sharing you beautiful home with us.

I had the most incredible stay at Michael’s home. The view was absolutely breathtaking and went far beyond my expectations. The moment I stepped onto the balcony and saw the ocean, I was in awe. The on-site crew were outstanding, and the property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I can't recommend this place enough – it was a true paradise, and I can't wait to come back for another visit! Pro tip: Check out the rooftop pool and Oceanside pool. They both have spectacular views.

Michael and Axel took great care of us! It was such an incredible spot with the view and amenities that came with it. We will be coming back to Puerto Vallarta again because of how amazing the stay was. They had flexible check-in and check-out as well as let us know about the multitude of amenities that the place offered from massages, room service, and more! I very highly recommend their place!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place. Just like the pictures only better. The staff on the property were so helpful and kind. They were ready to help make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The food on site was also well priced and very good. As seen in the pictures, lots of priceless artwork and glass objects so would not be a good option for kids. But otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Also one feature that is not mentioned on the listing but is well worth noting…. The living room has a built in speaker system that is connected to vía wifi. Very cool and useful feature :)

Great place, would stay again. Having the bar and restaurant on top is nice. The bottom pool and restaurant were closed for construction which was the only annoying thing and they were still using loud power tools hours of the day but should be done any day so I think I was the last one to deal with that. House is great, great view. Uber and taxi easy to get, the staff at the building are great for getting anything you need. I would stay again there for sure.

We had a wonderful stay! The roof top pool view of the ocean was amazing! Condo looked just like the pictures. We had a small maintenance issue and it was fixed very fast.

Pictures don't do it justice. We just sat outside for hours enjoying the beautiful views. Check in was great. Axel was very accommodating and responsive. He worked through a few glitches and made everything great for us. Joaquin at the rooftop terrace was amazing providing the best services one could ask for. We really enjoyed the restaurant and having food and drinks so available made things stress free. I will admit since the access to the beach in under construction hiking up and down the hill to the beach was our cardio for the day, lol but the beach itself was worth it. So beautiful ( I would not recommend that walk for anyone with physical imitations.) Access to town via Uber or a walk during the day was super easy. Again, you made our family vacation extra special. We will be back soon!!!

Stayed here for a girls trip and loved it! It looked exactly like the photos, and there were even basic supplies provided in the kitchen and bathrooms. The host and property manager (Axel) were friendly and responsive. If we had any questions, Axel was always available and there to help us. The security/staff were also very attentive and helpful, even making sure we found safe transportation. Also, the food at the resort was incredible (a little bit pricier than if you ate somewhere outside, but the quality and views were worth the price)! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Michael’s home is gorgeous and exactly as advertised. We were lucky enough to get an early check in which was great. There was one small hiccup, but Michael acted quickly and all was well.

Michael is a great host and his place is absolutely stunning. Lots of space and beatiful personal touches throughout. This is truly a one of a kind home as opposed to a stale cookie-cutter type of rental unit. The wrap around terrace and open air living space are amazing. Building amenities are excellent as well, particularly the pools and rooftop bar/terrace. The building staff are excellent as well; all very courteous and friendly. Concierge can handle just about any request, including cake from a local bakery and champagne on the roof, which was an incredibly surpise for my birthday. Michael's place is also in a great location with direct beach access; close to ZR, Centro, and the boardwalk. I would definitely recommend Michael's place, you will not regret it!

Amazing property - the condo is large, comfortable, well appointed (the art!), and you can’t beat the views and listening to the waves every night (or all day long). while having a cocktail on the huge private balcony. The building has rooftop and ocean level pools, restaurants, gym, spa, and amazing staff to cater to whatever you might need. The place is a short walk to the romantic zone and busy beaches - or a smaller more private beach right out front. Michael was welcoming and good communication throughout. Will stay here again!

A lovely condo with an indoor/outdoor feel. Beautifully decorated. It was a pleasure spending time there. The building had nice amenities as well. We especially enjoyed dining at the corner table on the “garden” (rooftop) level, with a pelican’s eye view of the beach below. A great environment to relax. Not recommended for kids, though. Too much pretty white furniture and art objects!

Really an outstanding condo. Unit was beautiful and just like the photos. Wonderful view from the balcony and the main living areas. Building staff were all polite and professional, and the grounds were well maintained. The rooftop infinity pool and bar area is simply amazing. Great quiet location, but an easy 10 minute walk or so to reach the southern end of the Romantic Zone, with its restaurants and bars. Overall a fantastic rental, and we would highly recommend it!

What can I say about this beautiful property? Well ... amazing, wonderful, relaxing, special, unique, classy, lovable ... the list goes on and on! You will not find a better view to wake up to in Puerto Vallarta. The staff is top notch and nothing goes unnoticed for the guest. You will enjoy the rooftop and also the lower level as both have state of the art infinity pools with direct access to a private beach. You are also a quick 10 minute walk from that beach over into town. Michael is so responsive and nice. He even met us upon arrival himself to welcome us to the building. This will be my GO TO for future visits to Zona Romantica. It should ALSO BE YOURS!!!!

Great condo with fabulous outdoor furnishings, wonderful view of jungle, ocean and downtown yet quiet with the sounds of the ocean that lull you asleep. We brought our 80+ years old mothers who loved the place.

This place will blow your mind! Such a great spot! Spacious, safe, secure, clean. It’s down a bit from all the action but close enough to take a taxi. A dream place, the location is excellent. It's a very spacious apartment with ocean views, and great design in terms of architecture and décor. It features a spacious kitchen and a living room where you can open the sliding windows in the morning to enjoy the ocean breeze and keep the air conditioning cool at night. It has a restaurant and a pool on the rooftop garden, which offers a panoramic view of Vallarta, ideal for enjoying in the evenings, as well as another restaurant with pools and a Jacuzzi on the lower level. It also has access to the beach. Definitely a place to have a great time.

Everything was perfect! The condominium is beautiful and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. The food and drinks delicious and at very reasonable price. This place has the most stunning view of the ocean from a huge outdoor terrace or from several rooms via the floor to ceiling window sliding glass doors. Walk to Los Muertos beach just steps away via private beach access. The pools were great and the well-appointed gym was a nice bonus. The guest policy is very strict, as it is with many buildings that house private residences. You will need to have your guest’s name cleared by the hosts or your guest will not be granted entry. This was never a problem for us but just something to be mindful of. We had the best time and feel so fortunate we got to spend a week in paradise. We hope to have the chance to return in the future!

Michael and Edoardo were great hosts. Michael met us personally and oriented us to the property. Commutation was good and they were responsive to any of our inquiries. The views from the unit and 2 pool decks is amazing. We saw whales every day. The in-house restaurant is good and exceptionally well priced (they do room service too!). The building staff are attentive and helpful. There is good security and it feels very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come again myself.

Amazing views and pools!

Edoardo's place is truly outstanding. His thoughtful appointments and beautiful decor are amazing! The view is unparalleled. Any traveler will enjoy his lovely condo! Additionally, the staff at the Sayan are professional, courteous and friendly. They make sure the pools and jacuzzis are sparkling clean and the restaurant and bar are ready for your pleasure! Close to the beach (you will have to walk over a bit of a rocky area to get to it) and about a ten minute walk into town.

All I can say is absolutely amazing. From the moment you arrive Carlos and Jonathon make it as if you have just arrived at your best friends house for a weekend get away. If you get the opportunity to rent unit 4E do it, on the spot, no doubts one of the most amazing places I’ve stayed in/seen in my life. Make sure you get and americano with Bailey’s in the morning from Ricardo to start the day, and from there head upstairs to the huge infinity pool overlooking the city and let Christian, Oscar, and Christina let you enjoy paradise. Only downside have family friends in town and they felt a little hassled when trying to visit, I should have planned better and understood for an extremely safe building. Being an owner units building restaurants on site are best in the area and all food and beverage is very responsibly priced. Last thing bring max cash limit for spending, both cards got cloned while in town, along with daily limits and hidden fees everywhere.

This was the best and most beautiful Air BnB I’ve ever stayed in! The complex was clean, with beautiful views, it was safe, and most of all relaxing! I highly recommend it.

The place was amazing. The view is jaw-dropping sunset and sunrise. The host mentioned fiber will be installed soon so that would make it even better! The art and decor are appreciated. One con: A little strict (front desk gives you a hard time when you want to bring people over).
