My family and I had a GREAT experience in this BEAUTIFUL house. The service of all the staff still makes it much more special.

An Unforgettable Luxury Escape!  Our stay at Villa Marea Baja was nothing short of spectacular. The home itself is stunning, offering ample space to relax with breathtaking views of the ocean and pool from nearly every room.  What truly sets this Villa apart is the incredible team.  Tony and Manuel were remarkably attentive and professional, ensuring we were always comfortable.  Anna kept the Villa spotless, making our stay feel effortless.  Chef Beto is a master—every meal was a flavorful work of art.  From the moment we were greeted with cold, scented face cloths and icy margaritas, we knew we were in for something special. The Concierge team was also fantastic, seamlessly organizing everything from yoga and cooking classes to a boat trip and a birthday celebration.  We’ve already decided that Villa Marea Baja is a place we hope to return to year after year!

We had a wonderful stay. We are excited to return. The house is beautiful and Ana always maintains it spotless. Tony was great with the kids and chef Humberto cooked delicious meals. We miss Tony’s Cesar’s salad dressing it was delicious. The beach is peaceful during the week but can get crowded on weekends. We hope to be back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! Chef Beto is truly an exceptional chef — every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. Tony, the houseman and bartender, was so attentive, professional, and made sure everyone felt at ease while keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed. Anna, our housekeeper, kept everything spotless and organized, which made our stay so comfortable. A special thank-you to the Concierge team for coordinating everything seamlessly for my daughter’s birthday celebration. The entire experience was beyond our expectations — warm, professional, and so thoughtfully executed. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to make this celebration so memorable!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were super cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, (although we rarely used it ourselves..lol) That’s because Tony and Humberto were AMAZING and made us feel extra special by always keeping us fed. We were a group of seven adults and were all very well taken care of! The location was perfect with beach access and nearby shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet when we wanted to unwind. We have to say, one of the best parts was the staff—Again Jorge, Tony, Humberto & Ana were so welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. This Airbnb is the perfect home away from home. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an unforgettable week here! The staff was warm and welcoming. Our kids absolutely loved the pool- and thanks to Tony, who thoughtfully created a towel path on the smooth tiles every day, we didn’t have to worry about any falls. Having direct beach access was phenomenal, and falling asleep each night to the sound of the waves drifting through the wooden shutters completely spoiled us. Joe was an outstanding host, always accessible and solutions-focused. A special highlight was when our concierge helped us surprise the kids with a live mariachi band- an unforgettable memory for our family. If there was a “downside,” it’s that the food was so delicious I gained four pounds, and our one trip to Las Caletas ended up being a regret. It was expensive, took us away from this amazing property, and made us feel like we lost a day of our vacation. My advice: skip Las Caletas and enjoy every single moment at the house. This is truly a slice of paradise, and we can’t wait to come back!

It was truly a 5-star stay. It was a family trip with my husband and our parents. The villa was comfortable; we all had our own spaces, and it was enjoyable to wind down in the living room at night, share stories, and hear the waves crash. The staff were exceptional. Attentive, friendly, and always ready to ensure we had everything we needed. Tony was a joy; his fire tricks will leave us with a shared memory. Anna was sweet, kindly did our laundry, and got our rooms cool and comfy for the night. Leaving the villa for meals was tough when we were treated to such delicious dishes (Humberto was a star chef) right at home, enjoying the views of the Humpbacks in the bay from the dining room. We enjoyed wandering into town (Justine hooked us up with transportation) and a trip to the botanical gardens with a stop in Boca. The beach was swimmable, and the pool was perfect for watching others enjoy the surf but still with privacy. Joe&Matt muchas gracias for sharing the space!

Had an AMAZING stay! House was just as the photos/description if not more beautiful! Large yet private home with wonder views & access to the beach. House staff & host are wonderful! 10/10 will be staying here again!

The house is as beautiful as the pictures and more but it is the staff that make your stay just perfect. Lee thought this was a nice alternative to an all inclusive but it was 100x better. We were a large group with teens too. Everyone had a place and was in heaven. The food is fantastic - fish tacos, rice, steak and sausages - to die for. If you’re in the fence say yes! It’s worth it.

Great place and staff!

We could not have designed a better family vacation! The home is spacious, beautiful and well-appointed and a few short steps from the warm blue waters of Conchas Chinas beach. There was ample room for our family of six and we felt tremendously lucky to spend a week in such a comfortable, private home with the sound of waves lulling us to sleep and birdsong waking us each morning. We snorkeled every day - no need for expensive excursions when there is so much to see in your own "front yard." The greatest part was that, despite staying in a private home, we were able to enjoy the luxury of staff and amenities as we would have in a resort - housekeeping, waiter and chef. They were super friendly and the chef was excellent. The food was more expensive then we expected but it was also more delicious than we could have imagined. All in all, we had an incredible time and can't wait to come back to stay once more!

Paradise was what we were hoping for and that is exactly what we received. The location was amazing. Each night the sun set as though it was planned for us and appreciated the beauty of it. Tony was there to help in every aspect, from making us frozen drinks, to setting up beach chairs/umbrellas. Beto's meals were enjoyed and paid attention to any details we asked for. Anna was so sweet, always asking us if we wanted to have our laundry done, cleaning our room and doing turned down service. We debated doing this trip over an all-inclusive resort and we definitely made the right choice. The privacy, the staff and the location was the absolute best. Bonus- the sound system allowed us to listen to our own playlist. Thank you Joe and Matt for renting out your home. It will be a trip we never forget and hope to revisit.

Our stay was amazing. The house staff was excellent. The view is breathtaking. Ten out of ten would definitely recommend.

We’ve traveled to PV many times with varying group sizes. This home was by far my favorite and was perfect for two couples but couple have handled one more just fine. Staff was great, furnished and equipped nicely. Chef was really good and accommodating special needs. Everyone was so nice. We will be coming back. Easy location out of the mix of the “scene” but a fun and easy walk to everything we needed and wanted. Truly loved the place.

Beautiful home and great for a family stay with kids.

It is with mixed emotions we write this. We could not imagine a better spot to relax, vacation, and be taking care of. We almost hate to share this truth with others as we’d like to keep this oasis for ourselves! The staff were incredible and made us feel as family. We hope to return…often.

Fantastic Staff and Home - our group of three couples we so pleased with the home and service. Easy access to town via walking along the coastline, uber or taxi - and super cheap for transport - $3 for uber. We were there during the Hurricane and no issues, staff was very attentive and made sure were were setup if there were problems. Slept with the sound of the ocean, nice protected beach right in front. Couldn't have wanted more cept a meal at Barracuda - which was wiped out in the Hurricane!

Better than expected! The place was stunning but the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We will be back!

Our party of 6 adults LOVED everything about this house. Perfect location. Beautifully refreshed interiors. Every bedroom is equally nice and feels like it's own primary suite - perfect for 3 couples. The staff (Antonio, Humberto and Anita) were all incredibly professional and enjoyable. Joe, the homeowner, was also super responsive and helpful throughout the booking process. The team at Villa Marea Baja made every effort to personalize our vacation and we couldn't be more thankful. We will be back!
