The cook and house staff were all amazing! Views were great from the patio, saw many whales from our patio chairs! Ceasar cooked great meals for all 16 of us! We had fresh linens and towels everyday! Couldn’t have asked for a better staff, they were all very attentive!

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Castillo! We were there celebrating a 40th birthday with 12 ladies, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The Villa was beautiful, spacious, and spotless. The food was beyond amazing — Chef Cesar created incredible meals every day that truly made the experience unforgettable. Erica, the housekeeper, was so kind and attentive; both she and Cesar provided genuine 5-star service and made us feel completely taken care of. We can’t wait to come back — highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

This airbnb was the perfect location for our group trip! Cesar and the other staff are amazing, so accommodating to our friends with food allergies, and made phenomenal meals. Carla our concierge also gave wonderful recommendations for private catamaran tours and helping us with booking other services like spa services and giving recommendations for local gems. The views were breathtaking. One of the few times I feel like I’ve been surprised by the actual property being better than the photos. I hope I’m lucky to stay in this airbnb again in the future!

I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Puerto Vallarta, and I can't recommend it enough! The views are breathtaking, making every morning feel like a dream. The service was exceptional; the host was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The villa was spotless, which added to our comfort The pool deck and patio were highlights, providing a fantastic space to relax and soak up the sun. A special mention goes to Cesar—his cooking was outstanding and truly elevated our experience The villa felt safe and secure, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Plus, it was very easy to get to and from the Zona Romantica with a quick taxi ride. Overall, this villa exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a luxurious getaway in Puerto Vallarta, this is the place to be!

Carla, Erika, Cesar and Jessica were all amazing. The food was outstanding, house was always kept clean. View was terrific, pool was large & clean. It was essentially like staying in a 5 star hotel but with the privacy of an airbnb.

The house was perfect for a family of 9. Everything was great but especially the chef!!! The breakfasts were outstanding and so were the other meals he prepared for us. One of the bedrooms needs a little TLC, the tile in the tub fell off and the drawers on the furniture were broken. Other than that it was perfect and we are planning on booking it again.

Loved staying at villa Castillo our host Kim was great. Our chef cesar cooks the best. The housekeeping Erica did a great job super nice ppl. Can’t wait to be back next year 😀

Our stay was fantastic! Cesar’s cooking is great, Sebastian was so kind and helpful and Maria is so sweet. The home is spectacular and it’s a great location! There was mention in a prior review about there only being 4 lounge chairs but there are now 10.

Villa Castillo was AMAZING. The house was beautiful, even better than the photos. The staff were amazing and so accommodating. Minor issues we ran into with the home were solved immediately. The chef was amazing, like previous guests we had to add on additional lunches and dinners because the food was just so good. The home was very accessible to town, about a 5 minute uber or taxi ride. I would highly recommend this home for your stay in Puerto Vallarta!

Our family had a wonderful 9 night stay at Villa Castillo over Christmas. The villa provides an amazing setting. We spent a great deal of time lounging around the pool, and had all of our meals at the outdoor dining table. The 5 bedrooms are spacious, and all have an en-suite bathroom. There is an additional full bathroom outside. The villa is kept spotlessly clean by Maria. Our chef was Cesar, and he spoiled us with one amazing meal after another. We loved his cooking so much, we ended up having him cook 6 of our dinners in addition to the daily breakfasts included with the rental fees. The location of the villa is great--easy to walk into town, and easy to catch an uber or taxi back. There were only four lounge chairs at the pool--for such a large property, we had hoped for more. We asked if additional lounge chairs could be procured before we arrived, but that was not possible. We could never figure out how to turn off outside lights, so rooms did not darken completely at night. The management/concierge service came out to take a look, but they could not seem to turn them off either. The only other minor point was that there were no hair dryers in the bathrooms. The concierge service was very responsive. They arranged a physician to come to the villa to perform the COVID tests needed for travel back to the US. They also gave us name of company to take us to and from the airport. This was an expensive vacation, but unique and memorable. The staff of Cesar, Sebastian and Maria were top-notch, and really made this trip special.

It has a prime location; the spaces are very spacious and functional. In general, it is an old house, with old furniture; something like when you go to a ranch and everything there is old. Would I rent it again? Yes. Because the service of Cesar and his team is extraordinary, outstanding. The fact that it is an old house fades into the background thanks to Cesar's excellent service.

Second time staying here. This Villa and host never fails. Will be staying here again.

We had 5 star service from ceaser he was very attentive and accommodating to us. The food was amazing!!!! the house had an authentic feel and the viewof the ocean and sunsets were breath taking.

Amazing place with plenty of rooms and lots of space. Easy to get to/from the airport or town and less than 10 minute walk to a great beach. The staff were able to help coordinate riding ATVs for a group of 11 on a day's notice and cooked excellent meals.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The views from the pool area overlooking the ocean are stunning and the staff (Judy, Israel and Cesar) were amazing as well. Location is about a $50-60 Mx Uber / 100 Mx cab - super close to town. We would highly recommend it!

The villa is beautiful! Me and my 14 friends spent a luxury vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The rooms are spacious and with all the necessary amenities, some more modern and spacious than others, but even the simplest has a special touch. The spacious and equipped common areas, nothing surpasses the convenience of having a private pool with a spectacular view. The staff's attention since our arrival was spotless, delicious meals, just what we requested, they bought all the ingredients and made sure we had everything we needed and on time. I definitely stay at this place again, thank you for everything!

The house is everything that the pictures show and more. It is a well spread-out house with large rooms and bathrooms, all extremely clean and with comfortable beds. The two largest rooms by the pool are stunning. There are two bedrooms that are more secluded from the rest (including the one with two beds), but easy to access via the kitchen. The living area and kitchen were set up well for spending meals and sitting around on the couches, enjoying each other's company. It rained almost every day of our trip (very rare for Vallarta as I understand) so it was nice to have a good indoor space for hanging out on one of the rainier days. There is a large TV with Netflix set up. The pool was great, exactly as advertised, although we got somewhat limited use of it because of the rain. The estimate for the grocery bill that Manuel gave me before the trip was almost exact, so there were no surprises. Juan and his team were wonderful the whole time and made excellent margaritas and meals! It made handling logistics for a large group that much easier. On Sunday, when we were on our own for food, we had everything we needed to make a full spread. Also, Uber was our primary way of getting to town, cars arrived within 5 minutes and it was less expensive than a taxi. I would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious stay in PV! Thank you Manuel!

Our stay at Villa Castillo was amazing. The house itself is huge and some of the rooms were extremely large and made for a great stay. There is plenty of room for all guest to socialize or be alone. The best thing about our stay was the staff. They were attentive, courteous, helpful and extremely personable. The food was amazing and very timely as to our needs. It was my birthday and for breakfast one morning the dining room was decorated and the staff and my friends sang in English and Spanish. Juan made great margaritas and brought them to the pool and kept us laughing. Again the food was amazing, I asked for arrechera for one of the dinners and it was awesome not to mention everything the chef and Judith prepared. Judith was extremely helpful with answering the questions we had and the kitchen was stocked with everything we asked for. I would totally stay there again and want to extend my sincere thanks to the staff they were amazing!!!

We had an amazing time at the villa and would recommend it to others. From the moment of booking, Manuel was extremely responsive and patiently answered our group's many questions. When we arrived, we were blown away by the house. While we expected that the house would be beautiful, pictures did not do it justice. The house is stylishly decorated and is expansive. The view of the ocean was spectacular, and we enjoyed several evenings watching the sun set while sipping on a refreshing margarita. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and we cannot thank them enough for the excellent level of hospitality that they provided. It was a wonderful way to spend our trip to Puerto Vallarta, and we would be happy to return.

We went for my birthday and the staff was very accommodating. I had an awesome birthday here. The house is located in a great area. It is super easy to get into town via uber, which is only about $4-$6. There are also some great places to check out walking distance from the house as well. We will be back!

The Villa was just what we were looking for. Great views and I cannot say enough about how great the staff was. The host was very communicative and answered a lot of questions throughout the process! The accommodations met our needs. Some of the rooms were palatial and new, while a few others were a bit on the older side. The only complaint we had was the pool chairs were a bit worn/uncomfortable--all things considered though we would go back in a heartbeat!

This place is amazing and the staff is above and beyond! Delicious meals, fantastic hospitality, whale watching from the pool deck and fantastic suggestions for things to do. You can't go wrong here!

We unequivocally recommend Manuel’s villa. We are a group of finance, tech, medical, and legal professionals that stayed here over NYE 2019 and absolutely will be back again. Pros: 1. Great value for money spent 2. Huge house with very large common spaces and bedrooms (7), each with en-suite bathroom and private locks. The bedrooms are separated from common areas so they are super quiet. 3 The staff was incredible and made best food we had in Mexico. They were super flexible with catering options. The convenience of having chefs for a group was something we didn’t realize until we had them this trip. They made an incredible seated dinner for 20 one night. They also helped us host a small cocktail party. 4. Insane views of ocean and sunsets. The pictures don’t do it justice. 5. Super convenient location just 4-5 min Uber from Zona Romántica. 6. Incredibly responsive host with any requests prior to and during stay. 7. Good wifi. Cons: 1. If you are looking for super modern, this probably isn’t your place. However, we enjoyed the traditional Mexican decor and felt there was no better value we’ve ever found in Mexico. Without question, we will stay here again. The service and the property far exceeded any expectations. We actually felt the pictures weren’t as nice as the property was in person.

We had a fantastic stay where while attending a wedding in Conchas Chinas. Would highly recommend for any large group. The staff is terrific.

Manuel's accommodation is highly recommended. It is very large and comfortable with a view of the beach, a garage for more than 6 cars, and the house staff makes you feel as if it were your own.

This Home and the staff exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of space for all with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and the food and margaritas were yummy. This is definitely a must-stay home.

Manuel and his staff took care of our 10 party group with easy and elegance. They were extra friendly and overly accommodating which was the “cherry on top” when it comes to this beautiful villa which is way more stunning in person. It boasts a full, elevate 180 degree view of the ocean with a private swimming pool and the house even has a margarita bell whenever you need those drinks replenished. I recommend to any group of people traveling to PV❗️
