Amazing all arround! Very nice home and there was so much to do nearby!

We were 3 generations 6 adults and 4 kids 19 months to 8 years old. 4 bedrooms spread over two floors allowed for great privacy. The plunge pool as exactly what little kids need after hot sweaty walks! My family appreciated the location as we were a quick walk to the beach and Malecon attractions. Rooftop deck afforded us great views of the fireworks put off by the Pirate ship each evening. The maintenance team and house cleaner were fantastic. Don't miss having Yadira cook for you, she is great and even the fussiest eaters loved her family recipes! We felt so at home. Thank you Guy for sharing this lovely space! I would say we were fortunate to be there when downtown was rather quiet, but clubs are close by and one night the music was very audible. But tucker everyone out and you will be fine.

An amazing space. My friends and I ended up spending more time in the house than out and about. It felt like home. Beautiful neighborhood, a lots of space and accurate. Definitely going to try to stay again.

Great spot in Puerto Vallarta! We came for my bachelorette and comfortably fit 8 women. We used the chef which cooked amazing food and would highly recommend for future guests. Good location to get everywhere.

Beautiful home and centrally located. Easy to walk to many restaurants and the malecón. Fidel was responsive and helped answer all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Guy and Patricia’s place was outstanding. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. The house was spacious and gave privacy for every member of our group. The home was clean and well maintained. The neighborhood people were very kind and hospitable. We always felt safe. Guy and Patricia checked in on us and had their Property manager Fidel meet us at the home to show us all the amenities. Fidel was awesome and easily accessible to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

It was as advertised on Airbnb. Guy and his staff were very helpful. Beds are comfortable and AC works great. It is hard to describe how many places there are to eat and drink around the house. We ate breakfast at Melissa’s every morning and it was outstanding. Everything functioned well except the pool, where not all the jets worked, and 3rd floor bedroom WiFi, where signal was to weak to do any work. They need signal boosters for 3rd floor. All of my fellow travelers said they would look forward to staying there again.

Guy, Patricia, Fidel & Yadira were all fabulous hosts, very helpful and responsive. The place is beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed. Fabulous location as well. They kindly allowed us a late checkout which we so appreciated. We would absolutely love to stay here again. The rooftop also has a great view!

Cannot recommend staying here enough! The house is beautiful, the location is central but not too busy, and the hosts/manager were very welcoming and responsive. They helped us arrange tours and had great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place! We had a group of six ( though it could easily accommodate more) that were visiting for our son’s wedding. Can’t wait to go back!!

We loved this place! Main reasons: Everything was VERY clean; the beds were extremely comfortable; every bedroom (4) had its own bathroom; kitchen was well-equipped; it looked just like the photos; all the fun things to do and great places to eat were in walking distance; Fidel, the manager, was able to find us a great boat and boatman to take us on an excursion; Guy and Patricia were easy to communicate with, as was Fidel; it was decorated and maintained beautifully and with a lot of love. Hope we can come back some day!!

Guy and Patricia are wonderful hosts with a beautiful house right in the middle of PV next to two incredible restaurants and steps from Malecon. We couldn’t have made it better. The ocean views and sunsets were spectacular! Thank you for sharing your home!

Our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we picked the perfect casita to stay in. It is near the center and two blocks away from the Malecón. There is a cute café on the corner and tons of great food places nearby. This place is three levels with two bedrooms on the second level and two more on the third. The first floor has the living room, kitchen, outdoor area with pool (for lounging but our kiddies loved it) and a bathroom and laundry room. Second floor has another common area and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The rooms on the third floor each have their own bathrooms and the two rooms exit onto an outdoor oasis overlooking the ocean. Picture perfect. The owner contacted us before our stay to see if we needed anything. He had some adult beverages for us when we arrived (perfect touch) and the house manager, Fidel, helped us book great adventures for our family. We will definitely be going back!!

Great place, fit our family's needs perfectly. Every room had a private bath and room for our group to gather for meals. There were a couple of good restaurants close by and only 3-4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

Guy and Patricia’s home in central PVR is spectacular and was perfect to celebrate graduation for me and 9 friends. It was clean, beautiful, and stocked with everything you would ever need. I cannot wait to go back. Fidel the house manager was awesome.

Guy and Patricia’s house was better in person! The top patio has amazing views and the house was perfect size for 8 of us. We loved that every room has it’s own bathrooms. We definitely recommend it to anyone that want to be in a central location and wants to walk to pretty much everything in old town.

The house was larger than expected. The location was walking distance to everything we needed. Guy and Fidel checked in with us daily to make sure our stay was everything we wanted. The entire experience was a 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be back!

Guy & Patricia were wonderful hosts with the amazing Yadi caring for this beautiful home and even the experience of having a meal or two cooked for you right there. Fidel, manager, of the home was very attentive. This home is located almost in the heart of the Art Walk, within a short walk to the Malecon and beach. Puerto Vallarta is the only location we return to with regularity . Once you stay here with either family or friends, you will understand why. We really can't think of anything it didn't have. Thank you so much Guy and Patricia.

This place was so incredible, we missed it within hours of leaving. It exceeded all of our expectations and honestly made us feel like royalty. The beds were very comfortable and each room had its own special feel. Not a single detail has been overlooked. Stay here if you get the chance, you will not regret it! Also special mention to the maid Jedida who cooked us such a wonderful meal and Fidel who was so friendly and helpful.

This was my second week-long trip at Casa Romance and I will continue to come back. The house is BETTER than in the photos. It’s magical! There are 7 beds (3 of those beds are king size and the other 4 are twin size) perfect for big groups. You can walk to the beach or watch the sunset over the beach from your balcony. Literally, the perfect home. Everything you need. Oh and location location location! Thank you for the amazing care, Guy and Patricia. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

Amazing house, great location, and fabulous local staff!

I loved this house so much that I’ve already booked it again for February! I came on a girls trip with 7 girls and we had the time of our lives! The pool is the perfect spot to sit with margaritas and chill. We had movie nights. Cooked popcorn. Walked to restaurants and bars. Watched the sunset and fireworks from the rooftop…it was magical! This house has amazing energy and so much natural light. The beds were comfy, the rooms were spacious, and the kitchen was fullly equipped. Each of us had so much space to be independent but also had places to have girl time! We felt so safe. Best of all, the host and the house manager were so easy to get a hold of and helped us with every detail possible. Thank you for such a special trip. And ps. The house is even bigger and better in person!!!

Loved it. Such a nice and warm house with a beautiful roof terrace and lovely rooms and patio. Felt like home. Nice restaurants and the beach at walking distance.

We had a great time staying at Guy and Patricia’s house. They were very communicative and helpful connecting us with the house manager Fidel who set us up with activities. The rooms were spacious and comfortable beds. It was great having several community spots to hang out when it was raining, and the sunset views off the top balcony are unmatched. You can’t go wrong staying at this location!

A group of friends and I stayed for a week at Guy and Patricia's and had a great time! The house is in a great location and every restaurant we tried within walking distance was amazing. The house is far bigger than the pictures let on and was exceptionally clean. Check in was a breeze and even though Guy and Patricia weren't in town, their house manager, Fidel, took great care of us. Someone came to clean the house every other day of our stay and that was much appreciated.

This is truly a great place. Close to everything and still on a quiet street. I can’t set a finger on anything that needs improvement. So I will highly recommended booking this place no matter what kind of vacation your are on.

Guy's house absolutely exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, the house was extremely spacious, Fidel was on top of any needs we had, the check in process was smooth, and the AC was ice cold. If I ever return to PV, I'll definiltey stay here again!

I loved the house, it feels very homey, beautifully decorated and close to everything, Fidel, the person that checks on the house was very very kind and helped us with the canopy river tours reservation, he even gave us a ride, overall everything was more than we expected and we hope to stay there again

Beautiful home right in the middle of Central Puerto Vallarta! The home is close to great restaurants, great night life, and had an amazing view from the top balcony. Check in was simple with Guy and Patricia's staff helping us out. They were amazing. Highly recommend their home if you are coming to Puerto Vallarta.

All of us thought the place was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

Casa Romance was so perfect. We spent a week there with two kids and grandparents, and it could not have been better. Plenty of room for everyone. A beautiful courtyard, and the view of the ocean and town from the third floor is spectacular. Guy was a very responsive and kind owner, and our point of contact PV, Fidel, was incredibly helpful in showing us how everything in the house works, or booking any tours or taxis we might need. We are counting the minutes until we can come back and stay again!

Guy and Patricia were fantastic. They called us when we got in, and the staff at their property was extremely accessible and friendly.

This villa was perfect for our group of 10. We were greeted our first day by Guy and Patricia, and they gave us the grand tour and the rules of the house. Both were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was better than can be described by the pictures and descriptions on airbnb. It is in the center of downtown, with some of the best restaurants in PV steps away (Si Señor and Melissa's). The nightlife was incredible in the area. I am extremely glad we decided to stay at their villa during out weeklong stay in Puerto Vallarta. I have been recommending it to friend and family since we left two days ago.
