Great unit with probably one of the best views in the area! So wonderful to be able to have quick and easy access to the beach. Comfortable and clean- perfect for families. Would definitely stay here again!

We’ve stayed several times at Matthew’s place this time we actually worked our trip according to the time his place was available. We enjoy the location and that it’s only steps to the beach in a private community. There’s round the clock security which allows us to even leave our belongings at the beach even though they are not “responsible” for them security still looks out for the personal property of guests. However we did notice the condo could use a little more attention to detail on the cleanliness, but we probably noticed it more because we run a home maintenance and janitorial service. Overall we enjoyed it and will continue to use Matthew’s place for future trips to San Carlos.

10/10! Closest location to the beach out of all units. Three bathrooms with showers, lots of stocked towels, had beach chairs, and all cooking appliances needed. Pool here was very clean! Matthew answered question and responded to messages in app. Excellent communication!

The condo has a privileged view, steps from the beach, and although it is on the second floor the views of the balconies are spectacular! It's like being in a story! Just note that the bedroom on the second floor does not have complete privacy, because there is no wall. And there was no shampoo in the bathroom or oil in the kitchen. Everything else was great. There was tolerance with check-out times which was very helpful.

Matthew’s place was great, we had a great family time, views are hard to beat, location is convenient, sufficient amenities available, few little details to be improved, door lock is difficult to open/lock, balcony doors can not be locked, few old items could be replaced but these things did not change the overall great stay… thanks for hosting us!!

This was our 4th stay at this AirBnB and it was another great experience. We had a miscommunication during check in, but the host resolved it quickly and satisfactorily. This is our favorite spot in San Carlos. Beautiful quiet beach is steps away and the pool is also very nice. The condo is outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One thing to note is you do have to carry your stuff about a 3 minute walk from the parking area - well worth it to be RIGHT on the ocean. Thank you Matthew for a great stay, I hope we can return soon.

The apartment is very comfortable and with an unsurpassed location. 100% recommended. Just change the lock on the front door, it costs work to remove the key.

Excellent place to rest

This was our second time booking this AirBnB and second experience was just as good as the first. The unit is adjacent to the sand and has a gorgeous view. The complex is well taken care of and quiet. Unit is nicely fitted out with good mattresses, quality linens, stocked kitchen, and decent TV. AC works well and plenty of hot water. Things to note are the upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door (it’s open to the stairs) and you have to walk a couple minutes from the parking lot to the unit. Will definitely be back - this place is perfect if you want to hang at the beach and cook meals. 5 minute drive in to town to get to restaurants/groceries. Saw tons of dolphins both mornings in the bay!

Thank-you Matthew for letting us use your lovely & comfortable condo! It looks right out on the water & is only steps away from the beach & bay. The only slight little issue for me was unlocking the main door. The trick is to keep turning the key to the right until it stops, then push the door handle down & push on the door at the same time. Ignore the keypad. We did have to go buy dishwasher tablets as there were none in the unit. Also, Matthew told me in advance to bring extra paper towels, garbage bags, & toilet paper for our week long stay as it is only stocked for shorter stays. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Outstanding location. Beautiful beach, nice complex, near estuary, felt safe, plenty of amenities, stunning views. Matthew was very accommodating and accessible. Very good communicator. Highly recommend!

San Carlos is always our families getaway spot. This condo was perfect for us and the kids. Walking distance from the beach and very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my family! Steps away from the beach and pool and close enough to the town. It looked better than in the pictures. My kids were very happy! Lots of space, beds, and amenities. We will definitely book again in the future.

Matthew was always attentive to my questions! The condominium is very comfortable and clean. There are umbrellas and chairs for the beach! There were just no garbage bags and more toilet paper. You have to bring them so that you have enough for the days you're going to stay. It's an excellent place to rest. We saw dolphins right in front of the condo for 3 days in a row. The air conditioning is excellent, and there's also a water jug that you can go fill up. The only thing I didn't like was that the pool was very dirty. But I highly recommend everything related to the condominium, since being right on the sea makes your stay much more comfortable! And thanks to Matthew for always answering my questions and concerns! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We spent a wonderful few days in San Carlos. We were traveling as a family, and the apartment was just what we needed—close to the sea, with a beautiful view, and the house has everything you need for cooking and making coffee. Everything was clean, there were enough towels, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We would definitely come back. The apartment complex is quiet, noiseless, and has security.

Place was just beautiful! The view was right by the beach, just a few steps away. Very beautifully decorated, all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. We all loved it!!

I loved the accommodation. It was very cozy and comfortable. You could see the dolphins in the morning and the starry sky at night. We had problems with the check-in, since when we entered the location it sent us to another place. However, the rest of the trip was without any problems.

Our stay was great, condo was even better than described! It was surrounded by natures beauty while also being very peaceful and private. Matthew was flexible with our checkout.

The condo has everything you need to have a comfortable vacation; it is clean, and it has chairs, towels, and a beach umbrella. And the view right across from the ocean is very nice, and hearing the waves all the time is very relaxing.

The condominium was excellent, everything was very well organized, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was perfect, close to the pool and right on the beach, and the condominium's surroundings were beautiful. The only thing was that the lock on the front door was a bit loose, and I had to struggle a bit to open and close the door with the key; otherwise, everything was excellent!!!

We’ve stayed in other condos at Bahia del Fin but Matthews place is awesome you walk out and your at the beach you can even keep an eye on your things if you need to go back to the condo. Also there’s security around the clock so it’s nice that you can leave your stuff at the beach during your stay. It’s located away from the town but close enough to go enjoy great food a night out and other activities in the area.

Great place to stay! Amazing views, comfortable furnishings and great beds! There were even some of the little things in the kitchen that help for cooking, like spices, oil, and baggies, in addition to a very stocked kitchen of pots, pans, plates and cups. We hope we can come back again!

The apartment is located in a very quiet condominium complex with a very nice beach. It has a beautiful view and is very well furnished and very spacious. Matthew's service is excellent at all times.

We had a great stay at Matthews condo. It literally is one of the best locations in the complex—closest to the beach and also importantly is one of the two story units. These units let in more light and the views of the ocean and surrounding mountains are outstanding. The unit was very clean and the appliances were great and worked as expected. There is reverse osmosis so you don’t need to worry about constantly refilling a five gallon water dispenser which is a huge plus. There were beach chairs in the condo that we utilized extensively. Matthew was always quick to respond to questions or problems which we appreciated.

The place is as shown in the photos, very spacious, clean, safe with all you need to rest on the beach, you feel like you are at home, the rooms with very good space, the kitchen with everything you need, the view to the incredible sea, we spent 5 great days, without a doubt I loved myself again.

Great stay! Amazing views, private beach, clean room, and excellent security. The posting states that infants under 2 do no count towards the maximum allotted occupants. We had 8 adults and 1 infant and were given a hard time about it. Thankfully at check in the gentleman just told us to split up while at the pool and when walking around the complex. Other than that everything was excellent! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo with great location. Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the views from the master bedroom. Located not very far from grocery stores and restaurants. Best thing of the trip was the dolphin sightseeing everyday from our bedroom.

The place is larger than what it looks like in the photos. It has all the amenities. Just as described, you wake up to the sound of the waves. You're right in front of the ocean. Very nice beach and good service from the administration. The pool is large and clean, quite good! In the apartment, you have towels and chairs to go out to the beach. It has A/C and fans. It was an excellent experience. We were a group of 6 people and everything turned out excellent. There were no problems of any kind. The space was perfect for us, the kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and dinner, the refrigerator was an excellent size, and there was good furniture and good beds. With nothing more to add, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back! 5 stars

Great place to stay! Right on the beach! Close enough to the restaurants to make them accessible and far enough away to have the peace and quiet of the beach and waves!! Gary’s dive shop got us on a boat trip for some snorkeling ( they have the best fish tacos!). Charleys rock, La Palapa Griega and sunset beach are still my favorite places to eat! And the lookout has the best views for photos and shopping! Always a pleasure to visit and get some ocean therapy!

Literally the best condo for dates like this in San Carlos. Excellent location and it has everything you need to have an amazing time. You can see the beach from your window, even the dolphins. We will definitely be back soon!

Great space- perfect location! Excellent for 3 couples. Loved the two balconies. Plenty of space. Saw dolphins every day. The kitchen only came with one roll of paper towels and no other garbage bags so we ended up having to buy that. Also there was no extra TP so we had to buy more too. Everything else was stocked. Bring your own beach towels. Matt has 6 beach chairs and 1 umbrella which was great. The unit also comes with a reverse osmosis water filter which was great and also a good size fridge. Matt was great at communicating. We will come back!
