Great stay. It met all expectations. The house is surrounded by a lot of vegetation, so it's normal to encounter some insects, even inside the house.

Such a fabulous weekend in Valle de Bravo! As soon as Valente opened the gates we were overwhelmed by a stunning garden and view of the house! Pool was so warm at all times- a great size for swimming with fantastic views over Valle de Bravo and the lake! Garden was immaculate- lots of areas to sit on the terrace to take in the wonderful views. The house has character with plenty of space for the family - very comfortable beds and a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Again - great views from the house due to large windows. Valle de Bravo is a true Pueblo Magico but due to hills, cobbled streets, difficult to walk with a buggy- also busy traffic at weekends. However, there is so much to do in the town and a great choice of eating places Sylviane, the owner , was incredibly helpful, answering my many questions Valente, caretaker, also quick to respond to a couple of maintenance issues. We would return

A great option for a family weekend!

This was our family’s second stay at Sylviane’s beautiful home and we absolutely love the beautiful peaceful garden setting, large heated pool, ping pong for our kids out the back of the house and most importantly quick and easy walk into town! Nothing beats walking into Valle and avoiding the traffic and parking especially on the weekends! Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

I definitely recommend Sylviane's house, it is a very nice, spacious house, the pool is really nice, it has a lot of space to enjoy, everything was really good, it is very central and everything is close by walking, we enjoyed ourselves to the fullest in this accommodation. Sylviane's service was superb, she was always attentive and has all the instructions to make your stay enjoyable. We loved this place!

An excellent place to spend with your family and rest

This was our second time staying at Sylviane's home and we loved it even more the second time around. I have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years and this takes the cake as my favorite; it has a truly special energy. Our days were filled with sun and play. Valente, who lives on the property with his family, was extremely attentive and even bought us extra ping pong balls and birdies without us asking. The house's architecture and interior design feels thoughtful and fluid—you can tell it was designed with love in mind. Of the 3 nights we spent here, we hardly left because of how much we were enjoying ourselves. I can't recommend Sylviane's home enough.

The house is beautiful, everything is impeccable and you can truly breathe peace. We had a very nice time with the family and it's highly recommended for children, it's very safe.

EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT during our stay, the beautiful house, exceeds any expectations, it has everything you mention and more, it has unique details. Sylviane's attention is excellent and the support people ( Valente and Paty ) are super helpful, definitely recommended 1000.

This is probably the best place I have stayed at in Valle de Bravo. The jardín is made for kids to play. The pool is perfect size, with a shallow part foe the little ones and is heated!! The beds and matrasses are super comfortable and the place is so peaceful even though you are walking distance from the center. We loved the bbq area and the terrace, looking at the lake. Paty is so friendly and helped us incredibly, preparing food and keeping the house tidy. We hope to return soon!

Excellent option, it is a very nice and very comfortable house. We were afraid to find some animal by nature (very beautiful by the way) that is heard around but it was not like that, they have very well controlled that look !! The service was excellent and the location is perfect, we arrived by walking to the lake. The pool is always warm. The beds are extremely comfortable. Comfortable house in gorgeous garden setting easy walk into main center of valle del bravo! Amazing location to have both privacy and lake views with warm pool but also be walkable into town where parking and traffic can be an issue. Beds super comfortable. House had everything to make us feel at home traveling with our family. Our kids LOVED the heated pool with water slide, lawn games and table tennis! Would definitely stay again- absolutely loved our visit!

The house is perfect, the views are spectacular 360, the pool measures 10 meters and has heating always at 30 degrees Celsius, the option of hiring Patricia for cleaning and (delicious) kitchen is a GIANT benefit. We want to come back much more often. Thank you for all Sylviane!

Sylviane's house is very beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was at an ideal temperature. It has a beautiful garden with its fruit trees. Patricia was very welcoming of us and her delicious food. We will definitely return to Sylviane's house.

The house is excellent! With a very spacious green area, swimming pool with excellent temperature and spaces in the very good rooms. The space is super quiet. It also has a very beautiful "hidido" forest space where you hear running the river. Everything is nearby for a good hike in the day or going for a run🏃. I would definitely come back 👏

Sylviane’s home was perfect place to spend my birthday. We were a group of 8 and fit perfectly—we loved all the gathering spaces, where we could sit and talk for hours. The lawn is so big and spacious, we spent almost of our time outside either playing badminton or relaxing in the pool (which was the perfect temperature the entire length of our stay). I would absolutely come back here in a heartbeat!

Casa Annette is an oasis within and oasis. Perfectly located at the edge of Valle de Bravo, and easily walkable into town. It is located at the end of a quiet alleyway, surrounded by flowers. The view from the porch is ideal, and relaxing on the outdoor couch with my family was a highlight of our Mexican vacation. The pool is wonderful, and kept an effortless 85 degrees via solar heaters. The caretakers family is charming, and was at no point obtrusive, we felt at home from the moment we arrived. This is an amazing place and we would count ourselves lucky to be able to return one day.

Sylviane's Casa Annette is absolutely perfect--the house, the grounds, the pool, and the view all are all beautiful. It's close to everything one needs in Valle--a short walk to a great tortilla shop, a small grocery, and lots of cafes and shops, an easy 15 minute walk to the zocalo and the main market, and 10 minute walk to the shore. Yet, even with everything so convenient and close, once you are through the gate and on the grounds of the house, it's so peaceful and quiet. It's the best of both worlds, and a wonderful place to stay in Valle. We hope to return!

We spent a week at Sylviane's house to celebrate my son's 18th birthday. It was a beautiful and private setting. We swam, played badminton, ping pong, cooked meals, and warmed up in front of the cozy fireplace. Although you feel like you are in the countryside, you are within a short walk of the main square and several restaurants and cafes. We scheduled a horseback ride and paragliding while we were in town and really enjoyed both. We'll be back and recommend to others!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is as nice as in the photos and has an excellent location for walking and strolling through Valle. It is a cozy, warm house suitable for small children. We would definitely come back! PS: Although of course this depends on availability and dates, the possibility of having checked in early in the morning on the day of arrival and vacating the house until the afternoon on the day of departure was a great plus that we also loved and made the logistics much easier.

We loved the house, the park, the plants! We only stayed for a weekend this time, but we had a great time. The house is perfectly equipped and the location is close to downtown but without feeling the hustle and bustle of the village. We will definitely be back!

Excellent stay, the Annete house is very spacious and has green spaces, ideal for relaxing, I highly recommend it. It's about a 20-minute walk to downtown and you can enjoy the streets, which I thought was a good time. Thanks to Valente for his attention.

Very good option to stay in Valle, it has very good location but away from any noise; the house is super well distributed, with a lot of space in the rooms and everything you need for your stay, the pool and green areas were definitely the best. The only one against is a little bit the issue of hot water, but Valente is always willing to help about it

This is our second stay here. We love the house, the location and the views. We stayed this time with friends, there were 4 adults and 3 children, the house was perfect for our needs and accommodated us with ease. We will certainly look to return in the future.

Very quiet area and location

It was a fantastic weekend at Sylviane's home! Beautiful home!! My family and I came from Sweden and stayed for the weekend in this wonderful home and we enjoyed the pool and the garden so much! I hope we can came back and stay longer at her place!!
