Very nice house, very clean and tidy. The beach was about 50 meters away. Private and very quiet area. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful and private area, one of the best beaches in San Felipe, just steps from the beach. The kitchen has enough cooking utensils. Wi-Fi doesn't work on the ground floor, only on the second floor.

Really nice house, enjoy it a lot just a couple of things, wi-fi not that good on the patio and lower rooms, also the pool is not heated but one will think with the sun hit in it should warm up in the afternoon, but is in the shade most of the day. So if you planning going during cool season think about it.

Very nice and spacious accommodation, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms, the pool although it is small, although it is small, it is a suuuper plus to spend a few days, it is in the barbecue area that is very good, from the terrace and the 2nd floor the view is very nice towards the sea, to which you reach in under 5 minutes, the beach is very close.

This house is amazing! It’s beautifully decorated, has plenty of space, a pool (which the kids thoroughly enjoyed), lots of restrooms, a bbq area where we were able to cook and enjoy time together, excellent A/C, an outdoor shower & restroom by the pool. The beach is just a few steps away and the malecón just a few minutes from the house. The house and the beach are both very private. Everything was very clean when we arrived and both Cristina and Lupe were very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

The house has all the amenities, it is spacious and has a pool, it is located in a private and very safe section, you have the beach practically leaving the house, the host is always attentive to any questions, oxxo 5 minutes from the place. I definitely highly recommend it

This House is truly amazing! The sun room has 2 futons to sleep in... waking up to literally the sound of the ocean. The house is super clean, nicely decorated and gated which was a plus for my family since we were traveling with kids. Parking is great, you have a private garage for two cars and room for another car to park in front of the garage. The outdoor patio and pool, amazing! The bbq is charcoal (you must bring your own charcoal) and there is a shower and bathroom outside making it easy to rinse off when coming from the beach which is steps away from the house! The kitchen is very spacious making it easy to cook as well. Location is great, from The Malecon it’s about 10 min drive! We will definitely be back.

This house was amazing and more than we expected. It was very spacious and clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked great and the shower water stayed warm. Our favorite part was the private outside common area where we spent the whole weekend swimming, bbqing, and enjoying family time. The house was just steps from the beautiful beach and the main town was just a few minutes drive. We loved the house so much and hope we have an opportunity to stay here again. Christina was easy to communicate with and Lupe was very helpful with our check in and out. We recommend this house 100%! Thanks again!

This place was amazing! Very close to the beach. It's great for families as most rooms have twin beds or futons. The place was very clean and functional.

This house lives up to its name. It has to be the most charming house I’ve ever seen. We took our first family vacation to San Felipe and the house exceeded our expectations. Conveniently located a few minutes from the pier, in a gated community, and literally steps away from a private beach. The house is strategically built there’s a shower and bathroom outside by the pool, which made it easy coming from the beach to shower off all the sand before getting into the house. There’s a bbq and bar outside that had a sink that made bbqing outside easy. The kids loved that there was a pool. Each room had a bathroom, the living room is located upstairs with its own restroom. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to cook throughout our stay. The bridge leads out to another room and into the sun deck which had an amazing view of the beach. The house was nicely decorated which made the house feel like a home and felt very inviting. The owner is very attentive and responds quickly. Overall our stay was perfect, it was well priced, and we would love to come back next summer.
