Stayed here for a bachelor party trip and it was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space, the pool was perfect, and the AC worked great in every room. The property managers are very helpful and responsive

We had a great stay! The house is very comfortable and perfectly located just a short drive from downtown and the beach. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with road construction, which caused noise and blocked our main door. However, the host was really helpful and quickly provided a key for an alternative entrance. Despite the unexpected situation, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at the house. The pool was perfect for my 5 and 8 year old, and the house was amazing. We rented a golf cart, which I'd recommend if you have kids with you. But the walk to town isn't too bad. We'd definitely stay at this house again.

Great home for our large family. Enough kitchenware for cooking. AC was in every room. Pool was great for the kids. Walkable to the town center. Owner organized golf carts to be delivered and picked up during our stay at a reasonable price. Would recommend this place to other large groups or families.

Our stay at Casa Bonita was amazing! It's a beautiful house with an amazing pool and an awesome outdoor chill spot. The house itself is very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. There is a big hill to walk up and down from the town center, but that was ok with us. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. Overall, a perfect stay!

First off i want to say if you’re thinking of booking this place, DO IT! Wow so beautiful and perfect for my bridal party for our wedding. Perfect for pictures and to accommodate us getting ready with hair and makeup. Also the perfect cozy place for me and my husband to stay the night of our wedding away from everyone else and was so nice! Couldn’t recommend casa Bonita enough and hope to be able to stay here in the future!

We had such a great time at Kimberly & Makyla's home. It is such a beautiful home, spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Diane set up uber for us to and from the airport and Beto was so great! Diane showed us around and helped out with whatever we needed. I can't say enough on how much we enjoyed the home! We had the most relaxing, great time! The pool is great, towels and items needed for the beach are there for use. The kitchen is stocked with things needed for cooking, etc. The landscaping is so, very beautiful! Saw a couple iguanas on the trees, which was so cool. My only complaint is the pool, cleaning guy comes at different times every day, one day it was 12, next day 1:30 and it makes it feel less private. (They should be going early every day) Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful, immaculate home! Hope to return one day soon =) (if you need tv to unwind, make sure you bring a tablet!)

Kimberly and Makyla's home is stunning! The landscaping and pool were beautiful, the home itself is incredibly spacious and well decorated, and the location is incredible. Would highly recommend.

The house is BEAUTIFUL, everything matches as shown in the photos, on this occasion I was touched by Pedro and he was very kind and helpful at all times, it is really worth the stay very comfortable and he does not need anything. The only thing we didn't really like that it was 8 pm and we had music and a person from abroad commented that the Mexican music was noisy so we had to go down almost entirely out of respect for others even when it was early, from there in addition there is no complaint I would definitely have another stay there again. Thank you very much for every attention.

Casa Bonita was absolutely perfect for our family get away! The home is located very close (but not too close!) to downtown Sayulita, and is absolutely gorgeous. It was even nicer than the photos led me to believe. The hosts were extremely communicative throughout our stay and assisted us several times. We'd absolutely recommend Casa Bonita to our friends and would love to visit again.

We would definitely come back! Everything is close to the accommodation, the house is in a super safe area, we loved the layout and decoration of the house. We went in December and the pool was warm, we loved that.

Great place! Looks just like the pictures and the pool is a very big plus. Kimberly was very very responsive when communicating and always provided the best recommendations. Place is close to the top of gringo hill so recommend renting a golf cart to move up and down the hill easier

Casa Bonita is a gem! Kimberly and Makyla's home was a great place to relax while exploring the beautiful city of Sayulita. Everything we needed for an effortless vacation was provided: responsive communication, organizing the delivery of a golf cart (so super fun, highly recommend), beautifully maintained garden and pool, well stocked kitchen for cooking meals, comfy beds, private/secluded home to relax in....perfect in every way!

The property is beautiful and was very inviting. From the moment I started talking to Kimberly the communication was easy and informative. We were able to check in early and Pedro the property manager was very pleasant. Great location to town and beach!

We truly enjoyed our 4 nights in Casa Bonita. I have a very young infant and a 4 year old, and this place was perfect for them. We felt hidden and away from all the noise of the plaza but also so easy and close should we need to get food. Kimberly and the property managers helped sort transportation and golf cart rentals, as well as recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The pool is AMAZING and the entire home feels like a paradise. Truly better in person than the photos. Everything worked as intended and we had a lovely stay!

Mike and Kim were very responsive and helped whenever possible. They worked quickly to fix a few random things leftover from the previous guests stay. Very helpful with golf cart rental and transportation from PVR. Great place and amazing pool!!! Thank you!

Our family had the best time at this property. The pool was perfect for our children and there were plenty of towels to go around. We’d love to stay at Kimberly and Makyla’s again.

We love this casa! Clean, beautiful landscaping, great location to town, great pool, and comfortable beds! Hosts were all wonderful, helpful and friendly. My only complaints would be no dishwasher and no dryer; but that’s a preference for sure with 3 young kids in tow. I could do without these if it was just adults! We will be back!

The house was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. It was very well stocked with water, kitchen item, towels and other things we would need during our trip. The hosts provided tons of great suggestions on spots to eat/visit along with a map. They were very helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport and assistance with groceries. The location was great and a perfect walking distance from the main parts of town. I would definitely come back to stay!

We loved our stay! The pool was definitely a highlight - so clean and refreshing. Our hosts were very helpful throughout our stay, setting up transportation from the airport and arranging golf cart rental. All the recommendations for restaurants were great too. This house was perfect for our family's stay in Sayulita. We loved the pool and the tranquility of being up and away from the town, although it was only a couple minutes walk down the hill to get there. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook and have a relaxing time.

Wonderful house. Stunning pool. Truly a special and authentic stay. Welcomed with tequila and Carlos, who takes care of the house has some local Tips. Great communication if any needs. Good location close to town, with a short uphill walk. Highly recommend and will plan to stay here again!! Always recommend renting a golf cart in Sayulita. Sometimes that uphill walk at the end of a hot day is daunting. But the beautiful pool and air conditioning at the end, takes the edge off the heat.

Great place for a few couples or family/friends - outside pool area is great for lounging when you get tired of the ocean or great for night swims!! Definitely rent the golf cart for transporting your crew up and down that hill! We had one small water pressure issue - but they had someone out there in like 1 hour to fix it! Very secure property and safe neighborhood. Thanks :)

Casa Bonita is a wonderful place to stay! My friends and I had a great time here - the place is clean and spacious, the outdoor area is great to swim and hang out, and the house is very close to the main square. Definitely get a golf cart just because it’s a little hilly, but with one we were able to get around easily! We will definitely come back here if we’re in Sayulita again

Incredible hillside house in Sayulita, about 240 m from the town square. Carlos the property manager was so kind and helpful, and the communication was excellent. Away from the hustle of town but close enough to access with a short walk. Amazing home!

This was our third trip to Sayulita and my favorite. The house is gorgeous and the pool and yard are beautiful! It’s a very quick walk to town and the beach, but walking back requires you to go up a couple pretty steep hills. Golf cart recommended! Carlos and the homeowners were great and communicative, and were able to arrange Covid tests for us at the house the evening before our flight. It was a perfect trip and I would 100000% recommend Casa Bonita. We will be back for sure!

This is a beautiful home in a lively and vibrant town. The house and amenities were exactly as advertised and our party of 6 felt right at home. We would certainly stay here again while in Sayulita.

Fantastic place! Comfy beds. Awesome showers with plenty f hot water. Privacy. Amazing pool that is heated for the older months. Pool was kept super clean by the lovely landscapers. Easy walk to and from town. Maybe need a golf cart only if you have severe mobility issues. Easy check in and out. Kitchen had all we needed. Plenty of drinking water. Really lovely and tasteful decor/vibe. Tons of tropical plants. Nice peekaboo ocean/mtn view upstairs deck. Did even know the owners were there, they are so respectful. Great beach stuff and plenty of towels. Just an all around lovely spot. Note: Roosters and Chachcalacas in the morning, but hey it’s Mexico😄 That was the only noise for us. 💚💚💚

You are going to be comfortable, well taken care of and feel safe. Not to mention that Kimberly and her husband are very nice, welcoming, punctual and helpful. Small tip: route your map to take you through town bc the back-way takes you up an almost impossible steep street (not for the faint of heart, or an under powered car). Loved the welcome gift!!! The house is great. We enjoyed our stay so much! Comfortable beds, safes in each room big enough for a laptop, very decent wifi/plug in available. Things to know... you're only three blocks from the beach but it's all steep uphill on the way home on cobble stones, those with mobility issues will struggle. Not a house for little kids (stairs situation and no way to keep away from pool). Being so close to town and uphill of it you do hear any music shows that are going on downhill until the wee hours, so bring earplugs or use those the host provides if that will bother you. But you'll also see/hear the ocean, and catch the breeze on the second floor deck. The walled garden patio is super private and the heated pool is to die for. The place is spotless and being able to communicate with staff about anything we needed was awesome. We look forward to staying here again! A++

Our stay in Sayulita was wonderful and Kimberly’s home was perfect.

Casa Bonita was everything we had hoped for and more. The photos are very accurate and the house was even nicer than I expected. The pool and garden were so lovely and with the sliding glass doors on the main floor we felt like we were outside all the time. The pool was clean and perfectly heated, the house was well equipped with everything we needed, the communication and responsiveness of the hosts was exceptional, and we felt very safe with all the security measures to keep the house locked. Location was perfect for us just a 5 minute walk up a hill from the very center of town and just set back and up enough that it was very peaceful and quiet at the casa despite the bustling nightlife below. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved staying at casa Bonita- gracias to Kimberly and Carlos for excellent hospitality!

Absolutely loved this place. Location was great. The house was perfect for our trip with 4 additional friends. Bloyd the property manager was awesome! Super friendly and helpful after we had caused some damage to the house that needed to be fixed. They also helped arrange for transportation to/from the airport and with golf cart rentals while we were there. We highly recommend this place when you are staying in Sayulita! Bloyd is the man!

My group had a great time staying in this house! The location is a very short walk from town and the beaches. Kimberly was also nice enough to help us set up transportation from the airport both ways.

We had an amazing time at Casa Bonita! Great pool and outdoor lounge area with comfortable seating as well as plenty of space for cooking and eating. The beds are very comfortable and large so sharing is no problem. Wifi worked great and was reliable, definitely a plus if you are planning to work remotely. Overall, great experience and would 10/10 book again.

This is a very special place! We just returned from a lovely week at Casa Bonita and we were so impressed with everything. The owners were very kind, check-in was smooth and easy, and the home is absolutely gorgeous (the pictures don't do it justice). There are very thoughtful touches throughout; fresh water supply, very nice beach towels and beach chairs, a mid-week housekeeping touchup, pool toys for our littles and such comfortable beds. We loved the location - so close to everything - yet private and quiet in the evenings. We would definitely say again and would recommend without hesitation.

Casa Bonita is such a great place to stay! It’s a little walk up the hill but once you know where you’re going you’re all good! Kimberley and our host were so friendly and helpful too! Will definitely be back 😊

The pictures do not do the home justice—it’s gorgeous! Perfect amount of space for the number of guests it holds. Comfortable beds, and lots of water provided. Would recommend anyone stay here in the future. It is close to the town center, but still an uphill walk so keep that in mind if that’s something difficult for you—you can always rent a golf cart if so! We left a pair of shorts and our host was nice enough to drop them off at an Airbnb in town where are friends were to get back to us.

We had a lovely stay in Sayulita! Highly recommend Casa Bonita for all group sizes. The house is filled with the necessary amenities and only a 5min walk to the center of Sayulita. The pool is the center piece of the backyard and we quite enjoyed waking up each morning for a swim. Communication was excellent and Kimberly and her management team were more than accommodating for our first trip to Sayulita.

The house was great! It was such a beautiful oasis. The interior of the house was beautifully decorated with the right combination of traditional and modern. Most of our time was spent outside in or by the pool and it was very comfortable and private. The pool was welcoming after being in the sun all day. The restaurant suggestions were great, particularly Don Juan's. The house manager was very responsive and helpful. We took an all-day excursion to the Marietas Islands that was great for adults and kids. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent stay. The house is beautiful and its pool is the best! Close to the beach, the main square and many restaurants, although the hike to get there is a bit heavy down the sloping streets, it's totally worth it. We would definitely go back to Casa Bonita!

The place is very nice. The pictures are accurate, but doesn’t capture the privacy both in the house and in the pool. There are trees everywhere and no one can see in from neighboring homes. If you are trying to decide whether to rent a car or rent a golf cart, it will depend on a few things. First, if you’re are never leaving the city and love to walk up and down hills for exercise to town, don’t rent anything. If you are going to be leaving Sayulita daily to visit neighboring cities, rent a car but don’t expect to take your car down the hill to Sayulita as you won’t find a place to park. We rented a golf cart because we wanted to easily go anywhere in the city and not have to worry about the hill. It is not always easy to find a parking place, even for the cart. It only takes a few minutes to get to town by foot however. Overall, we would recommend this location if it looks like it will suit your needs.

Casa Bonita is absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend it. Beautifully designed, built and decorated. We came here with our two college-aged kids and everyone loved it. The very private pool and outdoor space are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The beds are very comfortable. The air conditioning feels so good after a day playing on the beach, exploring town, or laying by the pool. Carlos and Ale and the owner were always just a quick text away and ready to help or answer questions. I highly recommend Casa Bonita!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Bonita. The indoor/outdoor living was fantastic. Doors and windows open during the day and cool down at night with the A/C was quick. The pool was extremely refreshing after a day in town. Kimberly and Mike are great hosts even had a bottle of tequila waiting for us upon arrival. Will be back for sure!

Tons of great indoor/outdoor seating in this house, just far enough out of town that the bustle of sayulita is out of earshot. Highly recommended.

The place is very secure and the house has a gate and it is just feels so luxurious. Very open floor plan to enjoy all the guests that come with you.

Casa Bonita is a beautiful vacation house. The swimming pool and outside area are fantastic. Kimberly and Mike are great host, really quick to answer and available any time. Sayulita is a cute little surfer paradise with lots of shops and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was beyond our expectations. The location is ideal, as it is close enough to town for getting around on foot (or in a golf cart) yet perfectly distanced to allow for quiet nights. The home itself is gorgeous, inside and out, but our favorite feature was the heated pool. Definitely a place we plan to return to!

Casa Bonita was the perfect home for our family! Great communication with the host and Ramon the manager was always available for our questions and request. The house was clean and had everything we needed to cook our family meals. The barbecue area had charcoal to make our carne asada lunch. The rooms the beds where nice and confortable to sleep in. Highly recommend casa bonita.

The property is very nice, everything works properly, the pool is at a good temperature, without a doubt a highly recommended place. Although the house is relatively close to the beach, its high location makes it not feasible to walk since the climb is steep and it is not easy to get to taking things or for an older adult, it is most advisable to rent a golf cart to move around the village or go to the beach. Without a doubt, it is a highly recommended place to go with the family and that both children and adults have a good time.

Comfortable house with very good service for hanging out with the family

This was the best first trip to Mexico! The house was amazing and the location was perfect! The plaza was just 3 minutes away and the locals were so friendly. Our host, Edgar, was very sweet and easy to get a hold of when we needed things or had questions! All in all I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Sayulita!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Bonita. The whole place is much larger then the photos. Its like having your own compound. We we had lots of room. The layout is well appointed to a vacation. Lots of spacious levels with sun and shade. The pool is nice and cold. The Casa is located close to the city square so you are right by the action in Sayulita, which is a quirky, fun town. It's beaches are eppppppppppic !! Great food music and beaches just a short walk away.

Kimberly’s place looks exactly like the pictures. The house was very spacious for our party of six adults. We loved the outdoor space and the house is a short walk to the charming town and the beach. The staff running the property were great and very responsive to our requests. A special shoutout to Tino Avalos who was hired to drive us from and to the airport, and exceeded our expectations by searching multiple pharmacies for an important medication we needed during our trip.

We really loved our stay at Casa Bonita. The house was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 1 & 3). The pool was a real highlight - the shallow portion was great for the little one and it was so nice and warm. We enjoyed all the nearby restaurants and the walk to the beach (about 10mins). The house is a little hard to find at night but once we arrived it was in a perfect location. There is a hill to climb to get to the house but it wasn’t an issue for us at all.
