My family and I loved it! Everything would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the issue we had with the pool, but it was possible to fix it, and Alberto was always available. In some areas of the house, there was a lot of dust, and it wasn't clean, but nothing serious. Overall, the house is very nice, and you have an amazing time! We would come back without thinking.

It's a very nice and pleasant house. Alberto gave us clear instructions on how to get there and how to use the pool and Jacuzzi heater, and he was always attentive to ensuring we had a pleasant stay. This Airbnb is perfect if you want to spend quality time with family or friends and relax. The hot tub and pool will be where you'll want to be 95% of the time, while you grill barbecue by the pool. Or relax in one of its many hammocks. The garden is quite spacious, so if you bring your pet, it will have plenty of space to play. Even the flowers around the house create a relaxing, positive vibe. The only thing we would recommend to the host for improvement is to check the latches on the house's windows, as no one was able to open or close them (some were open), and the rooms that don't have a fan were like a free sauna at night, as there was no air circulation. But apart from that, which can be resolved, we will definitely be back on our next visit. Oh, and Alberto is very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which is a HUGE PLUS!!!! We loved your place! Thank you so much for this 5-star experience!!

I had a great experience in this home. Everything matched the description perfectly: each space is very nice and exactly as shown in the photos. The place is clean, comfortable, and very nice for resting and relaxing. You can tell that care has been taken over the details and that attention has been paid to making guests feel at ease, and Alberto was always available to help. I definitely recommend it and I would stay here again.

The house is just like the photos, the kitchen had everything you need, comfortable beds, hot water in the showers, Alberto was very available for check-in and check-out, attentive to our arrival and departure! We paid for the pool heater, but it took a long time to warm up; we couldn't get it hot! Quite the opposite of the Jacuzzi, which heated up super fast. Getting into the residential development was very easy.

The space is cozy, quiet and very nice. The kitchen is well equipped and everything works perfectly. In addition, communication with the host was quick and friendly at all times, always willing to help with recommendations and any questions. I would definitely stay here again and totally recommend it =)

Our experience was completely satisfactory from start to finish. Communication was clear, cordial and very efficient at all times, showing an excellent willingness to attend to each of our requests and additional requirements. He was always attentive to our needs, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The property is in excellent condition and corresponds exactly to the photographs and description published on the platform. Everything was perfectly organized, clean and ready for our arrival. It is definitely a highly recommended place to stay, and we would gladly stay here again in the future.

The house is amazing, it has all the amenities as described and shown in the photos. Alberto was always attentive to our needs. The city's climate is ideal for the end of the year, as you can enjoy the pool and all the outdoor areas. Access to the development is very easy and it is 10 minutes from Six Flags Oaxtepec, the area is very quiet and feels very safe.

Excellent, I would rent it again!!

It was truly an amazing experience! The house is beautiful and has everything, plus Alberto is a really great host! Perhaps the only issue, and it's not the house, is that it's expensive to pay for the gas to heat the pool and it doesn't really heat up, but that always happens with all of them. Other than that, I recommend it to those who are going to rent, everything is wonderful 👏🏻🥳

The pool/jacuzzi/garden/living room/dining room area is excellent, everyone can live in the different spaces, very nice, very comfortable and very safe. In general, the house is very nice, and the option of the girls who help you prepare food is excellent, they are very attentive and cook delicious food. Very good experience, highly recommended for going with friends and family.

A great place to relax. The house is very nice and has all the amenities in the description. The terrace area is very nice for having fun with the family. It's worth hiring the boiler to enjoy the jacuzzi in the late afternoon. Alberto is always available on the phone.

The house is just like the pictures. The bedrooms had everything and were very clean. The room has a TV and internet connection to watch movies, and an accessible kitchen and dining room. When going out to the pool, the garden is very spacious, the living area has a TV ideal for children to watch a movie or put on a sporting event. The pool was always warm thanks to the heater (extra cost indicated by our host) but it was worth it. The Jacuzzi is a very nice plus.

Alberto was very helpful at all times. The house is just like the photos, and the house had cooking utensils There is no air conditioning or fan in all the rooms. The advantage was that it was not as hot as in the past few days, but this should be considered if someone goes in the summer.

They are markets nearby, oxxos and mini bodegas to buy whatever you need. We did not occupy a caldera as the weather was perfect for the pool. Recommended!

Amazing accommodation, perfect spaces, swimming pool and jacuzzi working perfectly, you can spend all day in the garden and palapa area, the area is quiet and is what I was looking for, get away from the noise and hustle and bustle. I will definitely return on more occasions.
