Everything is very good !

From the moment I arrived with my group, there was always communication. Everything was great, the views were beautiful, the pool was at our disposal, and the A/C in each room worked without any problems. 1000/10

Excellent accommodation. It exceeded our expectations. For large groups, it has all the amenities to make the stay luxurious. The number of bathrooms and bedrooms made it the best choice. So we highly recommend it, and we would definitely come back. The only thing I would ask is that they put a fan in the kitchen, because the heat builds up tremendously when we cook. It looks like they already had one, but it must have broken. Thanks to the host, it was a great experience.

Everything was super nice. I traveled with my pets and I had no problems. Communication with Alicia was always very friendly and easy.

We are a large family and the house was perfect for us. It is spacious and has room to be comfortable. There are some areas that are already a bit worn out, but nothing that affects it. The play area was a plus. We really felt at home. Alicia was always attentive and responded quickly to everything. We needed the pool cleaning staff to come, and they were always friendly and helpful. An excellent place to rest as a family. We will definitely be back!

We loved it! The Villa is super spacious and very comfortable for a large group. The kids loved it and so did the teens. It was just what we needed!

Everything is excellent in the accommodation. The house is in good condition, and the view is very nice. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are adequate. All the rooms are air conditioned. Everything in the house works properly, and the internet is broadband (100 megabytes). The hosts were always helpful, responded relatively quickly, and are friendly. They handled a couple of requests efficiently. We would definitely go back. We liked it. Thank you.

The stay was very comfortable, and the view of the place was even better. It's a very nice house for families. Highly recommended

The house was perfect for my family, it was enough space for 16 people. There is parking within the grounds, can fit 3 cars (we fit 2 vans and a sedan). Pool is a good size, can fit 8-10 people comfortably. Grill was good, it uses charcoal. On the first floor there is a half bathroom (only toilet) and a bedroom with a king size bed. Second floor has 3 rooms with queen size beds with full size bathrooms and 1 queen bedroom without. In the basement it has 2 bedrooms, both have bunk beds with an additional pull out bed. They both also have queen size beds. Each room has a total of 4 beds. Their is one bathroom downstairs along with a pool table. All bedrooms have AC, basement has AC in both rooms and in the game area. Private beach is 5-7 min walk from house (playa Langosta) .

She was very nice and responded fast every time I asked her any question, it was great time.

GOOD PLACE

Alicia's house is simply magnificent, with a beautiful view at sunrise. We arrived very late, but luckily in a very safe place that has a security guard at the entrance, who was very friendly by the way. We could use the pool at any time. There were too many rooms, and they were very clean and all had AC, which is fabulous given how hot Acapulco is. The house is huge with lots of beds, and if I ever go back to Acapulco with my family, I would definitely stay at his place again. I fix it with absolute confidence.

The house matches the photos. It's nice, clean and very cozy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay with Alicia Michelle. You can see a beautiful sunset from the pool, and it's just minutes from the beach.

Excellent. Good place, location, view, and cleanliness. The only bad thing is the air conditioning, which doesn't work very well. Everything else is excellent.

My stay was very pleasant. The place is really nice and just as shown in the photos. The only thing is that it's difficult for senior citizens since everything is accessed via stairs. But overall, a very nice place

I really loved the view! The house setting gives you such a beautiful view of the sunset! The beach was literally 6 minutes from the house! And they made the house was clean before we got there making it really easy to just arrive and relax after a long drive! I highly recommend anyone to rent this house as it’s in a safe gated neighborhood and very family friendly with plenty of rooms. Had so much fun and I’m extremely grateful for staying at such a beautiful house

The place is large and cozy; all the areas seem excellent to me for spending a pleasant day. The pool is clean, and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen had enough utensils. It's a quiet area if you want to rest. We didn't want to leave; check-out should be at 2:00 p.m. 😥

Excellent service from Michelle. We would definitely rent the house again, as it is very large and has all the amenities. The only thing I didn't like was that some of the tiles in the pool are loose, and my daughter suffered a minor cut. It would be a matter of either maintaining the pool or wearing swim shoes when entering. But everything else was truly excellent. Don't hesitate to rent the house, and Michelle provided excellent service. It is absolutely worth every cent of the rent. Thanks, and we hope to be fortunate enough to be able to rent it again.

I would definitely come back to your place, Alicia. It's very comfortable and spacious. The only issue was the cloudy pool, but overall, it was very good, with a beautiful view.

The house is very nice, large, very spacious, and very clean, but the only thing I didn't like was that there was a rat and fleas. We tried to kill it, but we couldn't find it anymore.

Casa Alicia is an excellent option to stay if you want to spend a relaxing vacation in Acapulco. My family and I stayed last weekend. A very comfortable and spacious house for several guests near the beach, complete privacy as if you were in your own home.
