🏖️ Excellent!! We loved it. It was like something out of a movie, and it was a dream to be in that house.

This villa is a little paradise. After exploring Quintana Roo, we wanted a peaceful place to rest, and it was really the ideal place! Being able to swim in the morning in clear water, then enjoy the pool, and finish with the sunset on the beach with the flocks of pink flamingos. It was heavenly!

This stay exceeded every expectation we had! The property was absolutely stunning, and the views were simply breathtaking. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true luxury getaway from the moment we arrived. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and we honestly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The home was beautiful, comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for an unforgettable stay. This has easily become our favorite vacation house we’ve ever stayed in, and I’m not sure we’ll ever find another one that can top it. If you’re considering booking this property, don’t hesitate—you won’t be disappointed. Every beach spot to lounge in was my new favorite! Amazing views! We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Spectacular doesn’t begin to describe this beach Yucatan Gem. Incredible vision to create an unbelievable experience. The views are as stunning as is the property. I wanted a private presence. How about a beautiful pool and great beach access. PRIVATE. Book it while you have the chance. The host travels but is exceptionally responsive. Time to have a slice of coastal heaven. Culture rich Mérida is about an hour away. Progreso a little less than an hour for public bay life. It is just as it is advertised and fully equipped. Enjoy we certainly did!

The house feels totally connected to the environment. The curves of the doors, windows, and walls create a feeling of tranquility that cannot be explained. Dovile had meditation and yoga equipment, which we loved because the place is perfect for it. The viewpoint is great! They have kayaks and they are really cool to use. The house has many kitchen items, so we were able to cook pizza without any problem. It has a French press and a coffee grinder, so making coffee was one of my favorite amenities!! haha. The place has everything you need to have a great time, isolate yourself from the world, and recharge your batteries. The place is for you if you like to practice yoga, meditate and are looking for introspection. There is nowhere to shop nearby, so you have to bring everything you are going to eat to enjoy your stay without having to travel to Telchac Puerto.

Truly enjoyed the house, highly recommend and we book again in the near future. The host was very helpful with recommendations.

Dovile's place, Casa Kyma, is a delight! Easy access to the beach, wonderful, clean space, and great outdoor amenities. If you like off the beaten path -- this is your paradise! Dovile is communicative and kind, and having the ability to book a chef on our first night made things easy on the family.

The house is charming, very spacious and bright, it has a beautiful pool although we could not use it because it was cold, the terrace is a beauty, delicious to sit and talk and have a coffee or a glass of wine, we loved it!!

Dovile's Casa Kyma was truly one of the most extraordinary Airbnbs I've stayed in—a unique, charming, beautiful and spacious design that spills generously out to a long stretch of sandy yard and a quiet beach on the gulf of Mexico. In the mornings we would bring our coffee to the seashore and watch flying vees of pelicans and flamingoes overhead. The breeze coming off the ocean kept things cool and fresh (and kept the bugs away). The interior design is simple and elegant, spare yet cozy. A super comfortable bed. We loved cooking in the open kitchen or over a wood fire on the grill outside. We dined happily outside on the sand, up on the deck, or inside in front of the big picture windows. Dovile was instantly and generously responsive to our many questions, and when we had a travel snafu at the end of our trip he was very accommodating. Weeks later, we are still living in the dream of our stay at Casa Kyma—and we're already planning our next visit! I could not recommend it more highly.

Incredible stay at Casa Kyma! A truly stunning home and property. Host was super responsive and gave terrific restaurant and excursion recommendations that guided us for our week long stay, even though it’s tempting to never leave this gorgeous property. Perfect place for those that love nature and want a quiet escape.

Dovile's place is beautiful. The photos are very true to life. The beach is about 20 meters away and is a private beach. It's very quiet and safe. The perfect place to disconnect from everything and rest. There's almost nothing else to do around here, but it's so nice that you don't need anything else. Casa Kyma was everything we were looking for! It was peaceful, beautiful, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Dovile was an amazing host with great tips and recommendations. We enjoy lowkey environment and this was definitely it! We felt very safe and the near by towns were adorable and very welcoming! We would stay again for sure!

Spent our honeymoon at this gorgeous villa and I can confidently say it was the right choice. The villa is incredibly gorgeous and very private, with tons of things to keep you busy. The host is very communicative and helpful no matter the time of day. He has cleaners and property managers stop by regularly to keep it clean and orderly, which we didn’t mind at all. Access to the washer and dryer was a big bonus, we were able to return from our trip with all clean laundry! Would absolutely stay again

Villa Kyma was really fantastic and left nothing to be desired. The house is just as appealing as shown in the pictures – modern, stylish and extremely well maintained. We would like to emphasize the quiet location of the accommodation. There were hardly any other tourists on the nearby beach, so we could enjoy nature in peace and feel safe at all times. Just right for those who want to relax off the classic tourist routes. The hosts were always helpful, gave us great restaurant tips and recommendations for excursions in the area. In addition, a cleaning lady and a caretaker on site ensure that you feel well looked after. All in all, everything worked perfectly for us. The villa is ideal for vacationers who want to experience the quiet and original Mexico.

Beautiful house, quiet and impeccable location

Lovely stay

Casa Kyla is an incredible and special house - the pictures truly don’t do it justice. So many thoughtful details, gorgeous design, so beautifully built. Many places to relax with a gorgeous view. We were very comfortable and Dovile was an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The only things to be aware of are that while the beach was clear and beautiful in the mornings, seaweed piled up in the afternoons. And if you’re looking for privacy be aware there are close neighbors here.

Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

Amazing place with your own beach access and pool. You cannot find a more beautiful or relaxing place to stay. We do greatly recommend to stock up on groceries in either Progreso or Merida as the Super Willy in Telchac Puerto is very limited. Also, one of the bedrooms is in a separate, but immediately next door building to the main house. This was not a problem for us, but something to think about if you are traveling with small children that you want in the same space as you. In total, though, we would easily come back and would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Yucatan!

This was a beautiful property. Very quiet, very peaceful, gorgeous surroundings ~ a real tropical paradise. Would highly recommend it. Dovile was very easy and flexible, communicative and had good recommendations.

Amazing spot, beautiful house and beach.

A wonderful retreat! Would definitely recommend. We loved the easy walk to the beach and saw sea turtles while using the kayaks! The pool was awesome and the home itself is stunning.

The house is absolutely fantastic and even better than the pictures. We traveled with our 6 year old who loved the pool and kayaking in the shallow waters. The host recommended a local woman, Rubie, to cook a few of our meals which helped alleviate some of the stress of getting groceries or searching for restaurants. Highly recommend! We will be back.

It's better than the pictures, amazing place

We had an amazing time at Casa Kyma! The location is so beautiful and you have your own private beach. The villa is very spacious, has incredible views and everything you could think of. We were traveling with our kids and Dovile had lots of toys to keep the little ones happy. One thing that was already pointed out in previous reviews is that you should buy most of your groceries before coming to San Crisanto. Also, when we stayed at Casa Kyma, the ocean had a lot of sea weed, so we didn’t really enjoy swimming in it. Thankfully the private pool more than made up for it. We would definitely visit again.

The accommodation is a wonder of tranquility and peace in a paradise. The hostess is always attentive to every need, granting local solutions and recommendations.

Unique, holistic, with all the modern lavish trimmings, yet also with thoughtfulness and special touches in every room... this place is a WINNER!! It has something to offer for everyone... wood fired pizza oven, private beach, hot water in every bathroom and even a soaking tub!! Hummingbirds, pristine grounds, and yet decorated with things like a chess board and musical instruments, plus a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer (that actually works).. some of these items are rarities in Mexico, so this place really delivers! Dovile and her staff answer in lightening speed and have thought of everything for your comfort. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!!

Casa Kyma is just as beautiful as the pictures. The house is clean and beds are comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool and kayaking in the ocean looking at wildlife. Dovile is a great host and quick to respond. Wonderful place to stay!

The place is pristine, the house is a work of art, the views are amazing, seeing flamingos flying by is priceless. It is exactly as shown and more. The host is very responsive, provides ample recommendations. Local caretaker is a delight to deal with, very conscientious and helpful. Mangroves around the place are definitely worth exploring and there are local operators that do that, very reasonably priced. The place has all the nature of Cancun only without the crowds of tourists. We will definitely wish to come back.

Beautiful and comfortable house

Dovile’s place is a true gem. It is hard to find anything quite like it—unique architecture and decor coupled with a private beach and pool makes it much more of a ‘quiet luxury’ kind of vacation than we were expecting. Stock up on groceries, because you may not want to leave this listing. We spent a week and would happily come back for another.

The views of the sea from the house are beautiful, the house has everything you need, 3 minutes away you will find places where they sell typical sweets and fresh coconuts. It is a beautiful experience if you like quiet places, surrounded by nature and tranquility. I hope to soon have the opportunity to return to casa Kyma. I felt a very beautiful energy in the house... we liked everything about it. Dovile is also an excellent host. 💯 recommend 💯

We had the most incredible stay here; Dovile is an excellent host, friendly, responsive, super helpful. The villa itself is just STUNNING; not just in the architecture and the view, but the attention to detail everywhere. The pool and outdoor areas were kept immaculate, and literally everything we needed was there. Thank you so much, Dovile - this was a beautiful holiday!

This house is just amazing. Not only by design but also in terms of decoration and services. We immediately felt good there and at home there. It's so good to live there that we hardly came out of it! There's nothing missing: everything for the kitchen and what for us is a real plus, a washing machine and a dryer. A max 15-minute drive around, you'll find restaurants, shopping, and even flamingos! In short, a little corner of heaven where the whole family has had an unforgettable time. San Crisanto is definitely a place in the making…

The house is stunning, with a great pool and nice beach, though the beach had a fair bit of seaweed, due to storms. We had some issues with the power cutting out, but the hosts and maintenance guy were responsive and able to help us through the issues as well as they could. The house is remote but it was a great spot to unwind in a quiet area.

The house is simply spectacular. It's better than how it looks in the photos. It's beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable, there is always hot water, the beds are perfect, everything is really great to spend a few very pleasant days and rest. The pool is amazing, the water is very nice and clean and very nice. We used the grill for cooking and it had everything we needed. The same kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Where there's a separate case. From the beginning he was attentive to all needs, communication with him was excellent, we had a super good suggestions, we made them all and we appreciated it very much. Honestly, he was an exceptional host. My family and I are in love with the place and want to come back as soon as possible. We'll probably do it as soon as we can.
