We had an amazing time at Villa Perla Blanca! It was such an incredible place and made celebrating my bachelorette so much better than I could’ve imagined! It has everything you could need or want! Leo and Sergio were amazing hosts, quick to respond and made our trip seamless from beginning to end! Thanks so much! And hope to visit again in the future!

WOW! Such an amazing family vacation in Villa la Perla Blanca in the Playacar area of Playa del Carmen. Our family of five (2 adult parents and our three sons-27,26,and 24) stayed at this beautiful villa over Christmas 2024 and had the best time exploring the neighborhood and enjoying the pool area and beach. Sergio arranged transportation for all of our family members from the Cancun airport s all were arriving from different locations from the US. He met us at the villa at check-in and reviewed everything for operations from the lighting, laundry, cooking, etc. All details were covered. Paola came every other day to clean and the entire home was spotless. The villa is so well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms/bedrooms. All areas are very well lit and the outdoor spaces are on timers for convenience. We were able to enjoy the barbecue and the beautifu outdoor dining on Christmas Day. Sergio'' mother cooked for us one evening, all said it was the best!

Perla Blanca exceeded our expectations in every way. The newly remodeled villa is absolutely gorgeous and the outside pool area is beautiful. The villa is equipped with anything you may need. We noticed so many thoughtful details inside the villa which made it even more special. The location is excellent, close to Playa and beach, beds are comfortable, and there are so many amazing outdoor areas to hang out. Leonardo was kind enough to call me when I had questions before arriving and Sergio the house manager is great and available to answer questions or make transportation arrangements. You can hire his mother to cook an authentic delicious Mexican dinner. Don’t miss out on this amazing experience! I can’t say enough good things about Perla Blanca and we hope to return in the future!

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. We were very well taken care of. Host and concierge were extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

It was an amazing place to spend a week w friends n family. The only downside was the construction project going on next door. Hammers n leering eyes got old. Other than that Fantastic!!!!

Giorgio has a fantastic villa that anyone would love to spend a holiday in. He was super responsive and was very accommodating with our needs. Spotlessly clean and everything you want in a holiday home. Highly recommend!

Giorgio was great, communicative and was ready to support us. The manager Sergio was amazing, he literally helped us plan all our transportation while we were on our stay! I would definitely come back. Also, the pictures posted do not do the house justice! It’s 10 times better in person!

Our group of eight stayed in Giorgio's house over Christmas time. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was great - good distance from the gated entrance, not too far and not too close. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. However you will not overpay for the beach front homes. There are four bedrooms, all have on-suites and large queen beds. ACs work perfect. Our cleaning lady did a really good job.
