Excellent apartment, very spacious and in good condition, the condominium is very nice with good security and spaces. The place has everything you need, an equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, comfortable beds and a sofa bed. Also a TV room and two balconies. The pool is nice, perfect for going with children, there are also green areas and a playground. The host answered all our questions quickly and was very friendly.

Villareal is a great location for families looking to move around and visit different beaches. Complex has all amenities and the advantage of having the supermarket at a walking distance. Great host.
Everything is excellent.. location nearby with shops and super markets etc .. the beach 14 minutes away .. very quiet and beautiful place to be with family

There were many cockroaches, the aires made a lot of water, (charcos) otherwise good.

Great property with an excellent location. Liris was an excellent host and I hope to continue staying at coastal property’s apartments in future vacations.

The house is very nice, the bad thing is communication with the host, they take a long time to respond to messages via the Airbnb chat and by other means they do not respond either, if they go with their friends with expectations of fun it is not the place since it is a condominium and they have many rules, the host says one thing and the security of the condominium another.

Hola Jacquelin, agradecemos tu comentario. Es muy importante que cada vez que visitemos un condominio saber cual es el fin de nuestra visita. Los condominios le ofrecen una estancia de descanso y relajacion, y asi mismo cada area comun ofrece un listado de reglas condominales a fin de mantener un convivio comun. Lamentablemente ese dia hubo un problema electrico en el area de Tamarindo lo cual limitó la conección inmediata, sin embargo nuestro staff le intentó localizar y tampoco obtuvimos respuesta inmediata. Nuevamente gracias por hospedarte con nosotros y que nuestra unidad les haya gustado. Saludos!
