The house is a wonderful Mexican style home with a big nice pool and a jacuzzi. Gardens are beautiful and spaces are wide enough to accommodate quite a few guests. In our case 6 families were comfortably accommodated in nice and clean rooms with private bathroom each which made our stay convenient. The staff at home that supports cooking cleaning and taking care of our guests were amazing…delicious food, snacks and drinks. Definitely we will come back!!!

We had a small event and everything was just perfect. From the first moment we felt right at home: the place is beautiful, lovingly cared for and with a very special energy. Alejandra was always attentive, kind and willing to help us with everything, which made our experience even more special. Every detail was designed so that everything went well, and so it was: an unforgettable experience. It was definitely the best stay we've ever had at an Airbnb. Thank you for making it so special!

Excellent house, we had a very nice event thanks to the attentions of Ale and his team who were attentive to every detail, every space in the house is beautiful, the garden is very large, and the rooms are very comfortable, the food service was exceptional, it is definitely 100% recommended both for the place and for the attention provided, we will definitely return

Ale and her team were great hosts. They planned every detail ahead of time to help us enjoy our stay to the maximum. The house is beautiful, very peaceful, lots of space.

The house is very well maintained and very practical for large groups. There were 8 families and it never felt like we lacked space. The pool and hot tub are excellent. But the best thing is the team that takes care of the food, cleaning and service in general. From the contact with the chef, they helped us do the shopping, cooking, serving. We were all delighted with the experience and really appreciate that these issues are resolved well. Great weekend.

The place is excellent, it's a pretty nice atmosphere and the amenities are great, we had a very nice time playing pool, ping pong challenge, and at night we had a great time with marshmallows and sausages at the bonfire. The house staff are excellent, always attentive to what you need and make sure that you don't have to worry about anything and just enjoy yourself. Ale and Fer's suggestions are excellent so you don't have to worry about minor things. I would definitely consider it again for a reunion and have a great time.

This place is spectacular for going with large groups or for events. Ale's attention was sensational, always attentive and very kind. The staff on the property makes you feel spoiled, they are adorable a 10 of 10 for Bere and Juan, super friendly, attentive and with a mega smile. The facilities are well cared for, a lot of attention to cleanliness, and what is advertised in the post is exactly what you get when you arrive. I would not hesitate to recommend it completely, it is worth every penny you pay for being in this little paradise.

We were looking for a property with many rooms, but independently for a work meeting. Casona de Elefantes gave us more than we were looking for. The team that serves you led by Berenice is incredible, always attentive and willing to solve any need. An additional point, is that Bere is the best cook, she has a spectacular season, so in addition to feeling cared for, spoiled and welcomed at all times, she delighted our palates with delicious dishes. Alejandra's place was AMAZING for my birthday. I had 16 guests plus myself and it was very private, beautiful and peaceful. We were so well taken care of by the team and they were so patient and kind with us. Berenice was PHENOMENAL and so easy to work with. I would stay here again if I could. The food the staff prepared was also so good! In addition, Alejandra made my planning a breeze. We coordinated the menu and some dietary restrictions for some of the guests and she was very proactive and communicative. I wouldn't have been able to host such an event without Alejandra, Berenice and their entire team.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house and its amenities are in excellent condition and the staff is very efficient. We wanted to stay longer, I would happily come back if I have to stay with a large group in the area. Ale is very friendly and answered all our questions.

I booked Alejandras’s home to attend my sister’s wedding in Cuernavaca. My sister wanted both her family and the grooms family in one home; 20 adults, 7 kids. As you can imagine the stress that comes with a wedding and staying with a large group might bring. However, staying in this home was stress free. Alejandra was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me coordinate our stay. She had great recommendations, and answered all my questions. She made herself available at all times. Truthfully she felt like an event coordinator and I cant thank her enough. Now, to talk about her staff. Berenice who helped manage the home was incredible. She helped me plan a rehearsal dinner. She cooked, helped with the set up, helped with all the logistics of planning a beautiful dinner for a large group. This home was perfect for such an event. And on top of all this she kept the home clean and attended to all of our needs. Alejandra you have an amazing team. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Wow! What a memorable weekend! We celebrated my 50th birthday there with about 20 of my friends and relatives. Ale was very responsive and helpful leading up to the stay and Berenice and her team took great care of us while we were there. The home was spacious and perfect for hosting so many people. We definitely were not crammed. It was very comfortable and every bedroom had it's own comfortable bathroom, which was great. 11 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms? Yes! Wow! The library with the pool table kept the boys entertained, and the pool with the loungers actually in the pool was a special place to spend time and relax. The sound of the river behind the property was like relaxing music...the theme song of the weekend. The butterflies were amazing, too!

Our group of 16 had a wonderful stay at Alejandra’s house. It is more beautiful than the photos! We went with 8 adults and 8 children all under age 9, and it was a perfect place for families. The staff was so attentive during our stay, and Alejandra even helped us arrange childcare to come to the house. All of this made traveling with children so much easier! Our group of friends who live all over the United States and don’t have many chances to see each other got an opportunity to reconnect in a beautiful space. We truly hope to return one day.

Our stay at Alejandra's house could not have been more perfect. The house is absolutely beautiful and perfectly maintained, with incredible outdoor space (a courtyard, a lush lawn, a lovely pool), plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of our guests, and a ton of comfortable options to dine and relax. Alejandra was incredibly helpful from the beginning, suggesting activities for us, helping to arrange transportation, and arranging for all of our food & beverage purchases to be made ahead of time. the staff was amazing - they took care of us as if we were at a hotel, and every meal was delicious! We would not hesitate to recommend this house and can't wait to return!

Lovely home for a family gathering. Spacious rooms, comfortable heated pool (air-conditioned pool is optional), jacuzzi for 12 people, maid service, cooks and waiters (optional), very close to oxxo and pharmacies. It has a game room, pool table, pin-pon table, TV rooms, dining room for 24 people, terrace for 24 people, beautiful garden, comfortable beds. Spaces encourage coexistence. Ideal for relaxing for a few days, organizing a meeting or doing planning meetings in groups of up to 24 people.

Everything was good. The service from the girls who work at the house was great. The pool temperature was very good. The food was delicious.

We had a great weekend. The house is very spacious. I went with two people with disabilities, and we were able to move around the downstairs floor quite well. Bere who works there, consented us with everything, moving, super good. We sleep delicious and cupimos quite a few. We arrived fast, easy to get to and you feel safe. I recommend it for family plans and close friends groups!!

The property is warm, beautiful and spotless, it definitely exceeded our expectations in a positive way. We loved the tastefully decor, attention to detail, and cleanliness couldn't be better. Also the location is perfect, you have everything you need nearby although once you're in there you don't want to leave for anything, definitely a place you want to come back to soon.

From the beginning of the search and questions about the house, Alejandra was totally accessible and very friendly. She helped me to have more clarity about the reservation and without any problem she supported me with some adjustments that I requested. In my case, it was rented for a Workshop of Directors and they certainly returned very happy for the incredible service provided by the employees of the house. The facilities made them feel very comfortable and certainly helped a lot with the team integration activity. Thank you Ale for having such an amazing house and such friendly workers.

We rented the house to celebrate my birthday and we were all fascinated. It's just as it appears and better than what you see in the photos. I highly recommend the two cooks to prepare and do all the food purchases, very rich and you don't have to worry about anything. Communication with Alejandra was constant from the beginning and she was on the lookout for everything. If you're looking for a place to stay for 30 people with all the comforts, it's a great option.
