Great apartment, super comfy for a family or 2 couples, just like pics. Parking spot inside is great peace of mind, roof terrace with beatiful pool and awe views. 2 mins walk to the beach and full of restaurants in the area. Music at night from the bars is loud but nothing annoying and would stop 10.30 pm so its super tolerable. I def recommend it

We had a lovely week at Alejandro’s place. Great location in Playa and with the secure and convenient underground parking for our rental car it was a perfect launch pad for going to Tulum, Coba, and Chichen Itza. Groceries and everything you need is a short walk. Apartment was lovely as was the rooftop pool. Music from restaurant downstairs was mostly really pleasant and never went too late to disturb our family. We would stay here again!

Everything was great. We loved the building's amenities, location and service. The apartment is very nice, just like the photos. Just a few details, it's a shower. But it's a minor detail

Just as described. Perfect location to explore the beach, 5th Avenue and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Great for families and also for adults for nightlife. The zo zen yogurt was so good and unique and we loved the smoothie bowls and avocado toast at Arcana, both right next to the condo. We had no issues and were given all the necessary information before we had a chance to ask for it

Beautiful place, amazing location, the reviews from past guests are true about noise, but absolutely not a deal breaker for me and my family. If you are staying there with a baby, or bothered by noise, is good to know before booking. the secondary room does NOT face the outdoor party scene so it is quiet. The pool is amazing, great and clean location. car or transportation is not needed as you are close to everything including to the beach. Only reason i would not stay here again is that there is a bunch of competition around same area, same luxury for a cheaper price I do visit Playa del carmen pretty often. Playa del carmen phone service it self its pretty bad, the WIFI at the apartment its no different than outside service, very spotty, but as well for my family and I ABSOLUTELY NOT a deal breaker thank you alejandro for hosting us.

We loved our stay at this location. Host was quick to respond. The location of the place was perfect for us, very close to the beach and restaurants. It was also very clean. There was music in the evening, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella which were very convenient for us. The view from the pool is splendid. We would highly recommend.

Great condo, very large and well appointed. Excellent location for the beach and a large Chedraui grocery store 7-8 minutes walk. Also plenty of good restaurants nearby. The area around 38th and a perfect location. For the music (mentioned in the other reviews), we loved it! In the afternoon or evening, to relax with friends on the balcony it was tasteful and not aggressive. On the other hand, we would have appreciated better furniture outside (for example chair and sofa) to better enjoy this beautiful balcony. Bedding was comfortable and bath towels were very soft. I would definitely recommend it.

Very nice apartment, very good area, many restaurants within walking distance, you just have to be careful if you don't like noise since you can hear the live music from the restaurants (for my part we loved it)

Apartment as described and photos. The apartment is quiet even if there are bars with music in the house you can't hear big noises. Air conditioning in all rooms and ceiling blades. The rooms are large and both have bathrooms and separate showers. The master bedroom has a nice window with access to the balcony. We had great breakfasts on the balcony. The kitchen is very large with all the necessary tools, microwave toaster bread blender. The pool and two hydro massage tubs on the rooftop are fantastic, with a great view of the sea. There are restaurants of every taste nearby and a stone's throw away is on the 5av. We stayed for 6g comfortably in this apartment. Parking included in the garage is also very useful.

It was a family trip and we were delighted, the apartment is comfortable, spacious, very nice decor and has several utensils if you want to cook something. The pool area is wonderful with an incredible sea view and very quiet to relax. You are one street from the beach and you really have everything close. Alejandro was responding very quickly and was attentive to our needs, so we will definitely stay here again. He lent 🤩 us an umbrella and chairs 🏝️ for the beach which was very helpful so 1000/10 for that. The only thing is that the pool at night is very dark it would be worth if the building put a little more light . 100% recommended this place is totally worth it.

We stayed at Alejandro’s place for a week and we felt right at home. Place was clean and cozy, walkable to many restaurants, beach, very close to 5th avenue and secure access. We would definitely stay here again if we decide to come back to Playa del Carmen.

Perfect location! You can walk to the beach. And a few blocks away there are restaurants and bars on Fifth Avenue. It has parking which I make my trip much easier because I don't worry about where to park the car I rent. Good communication with Alejandro. And at all times someone was at the Lobby.

This condo will give you everything you want in a vacation! Space, comfort, location. It's really wonderful. The loud music at night is the only bit that might feel disruptive but it ends by 10pm and there's so much else that's perfect about this condo and location that it's worth tolerating! Alejandro is a great, responsive host, too. Absolutely excellent all around.

We loved this place! It's in an ideal location, everything is close. You can walk to the beach and 5th Avenue. Restaurants are super close. There is some noise at night as the restaurants are under the departmental complex but all the noise ends at 11:00 pm so you can rest without a problem. We will definitely be back!

Location was perfect. Plenty of food and shopping options. Beach is seconds away. And the A/C worked nicely. only thing we didnt enjoy were the beds. they were a little hard.

This may be the nicest place I've stayed. The condo was spacious, clean, beautiful and in a great location. The balcony is very large and the rooftop pool was also amazing. The neighborhood is also great, with lots of restaurants and action. We always felt safe. If you are looking for a quiet neighborhood, this may not be the place for you. There was live music at the restaurants below every evening which was loud. It quieted down by 10:30 of 11 in the evening. My family loved it here.

You cannot beat the location of this place! Perfect spot minutes to the beach with your own private balcony with live music. There are incredible bars and restaurants all along the street. Alejandro was responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Excellent place and location. Rooftop was wonderful. Host was clear and responsive. You do hear a lot of music from the street below most hrs of the day and into the night, that didn’t bother us but FYI. Thanks!!

The place was just what we expected, no surprises. The beach was just less than a 10 minute walk. Everything we needed was right around us, restaurants, pharmacy’s, local grocery stores, you name it! We recommend this place and will definitely come back for future trips!

When we come back to Playa Del Carmen we will be definitely staying here again. Absolutely book here! The apartment is extremely nice, well decorated and plenty of room to relax. Equipped with beach supplies “towels, chairs and an umbrella". Alejandro, the host was great. The pool is spacious and a beautiful scene. Front desk was helpful providing transportation assistances and any other questions we had about the area. Excellent location. Less than a minute walk to the sands on beach from the front door of the building. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. P.S. Don’t come here if you plan on "working while on a semi vacation". You will probably lose your job. It's too much to do and see here. The food (both restaurants and street vendors), beaches, cenotes, Xcaret, shops and people. All great.

Excellent place, really clean and very complete

Our stay was amazing! Area: The area was really nice, restaurants, pharmacy, and beach were walking distance. Beautiful trees and less crowded compared to 5th Avenue which if you do like those vibes you are right around the corner. The place: Miranda staff was great always friendly, the rooftop pool was all for ourselves which we enjoyed, the gym was perfect too. Inside the condo, we loved the open concept and decor, everything was clean. The downstairs restaurant noise does stop right after 10 pm which was great and the music they played through the day was actually relaxing 😌. We will definitely come back to Alejandro’s place!

Beautiful place to stay, the location was perfect! The condo was very nice and clean, with a very relaxing balcony area. The pool was great never crowded, at times we were the only ones there which was nice. Also the host was very helpful when we had a question, he even allowed us a late checkout due to our late flight. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Alejandro!

An absolutely fabulous condo in an unbeatable location. Simply perfect for a family not only for how spacious, clean and quiet it is but for how comfortable we felt during our whole stay. Alejandro, Fumi and the chaps at the front desk were all incredibly helpful and reliable. We could only wish everyone else in the hospitality industry in Playa had the high standards and professionalism Alejandro and his team have. Re the noise from the restaurant across (Vagabunda) you can barely hear it and it stops at 11pm on the dot. Nothing a pair of ear plugs or some white noise can't solution even with my elderly folks and my one year old baby. Honestly this condo is as quiet as it gets specially in such bang on location. The pool on the roof top and the view are fantastic and again very quiet and private, barely saw anyone up there and there is no bar or music so once again you shouldn't worry about the noise. Should we come back to Playa we would definitely stay at Alejandro's again.

It was the most perfect stay! Beautiful view! Everyone was extremely helpful!Super close to great restaurants and three minute walking distance to the beach. The oxxo sells liquor and is the corner store on the beach, three minute walking distance from Miranda condominiums. The space is gorgeous we will definitely be back. I am grateful that in umbrella and chairs were provided. The Airbnb that we got was room number 313 and had 2 1/2 baths! We loved every single moment of our stay and definitely it is in the perfect location!! We even walked to Bar Loco which if you know Playa del Carmen, then you know Bar Loco is a great second floor bar/ club where the party is popping and the drinks are cheap!!

Amazing location. 1 min from the beach. The very large space. It's important to love blues music because there is a live band every night at the restaurant on the other side of the street. For people that don't want music is not the place

An excellent accommodation. Impeccable, new, spacious, with everything you need to spend a very comfortable stay. Close to everything (beach and shopping street) but with enough tranquility at night. Surrounding with greenery and very good restaurants. Alejandro is always attentive. I would definitely go back.

We had a great time my family and I; this apartment is great, very clean and organized. It is a very cozy place and loved the balcony, it has great I mean great locations, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach like everyone says, it just one block away. The staff in the lobby are very friendly and always eager to help on anything. One, thing I wish it had was softer beds, the beds for me were to hard, I know is this a personal preference and some people like hard beds, but I like my bed super soft so I do not think is a negative factor just my preference. Ooh and the rooftop pool is amazing but you cannot bring your own music. Nothing major, over all this place is amazing.

Location is great! Right on 38th street with all the amazing restaurants (don’t bother eating on 5th street, tourist traps!) walking distance to a supermarket, 5th street and access to the small public beach! Great space, plenty of room and great balcony to enjoy live music across the street!

Simply incredible, the photos do not do the apartment justice, it is much more spacious than what you see, tastefully decorated, it has everything you need to spend a more than pleasant and comfortable stay, the terrace, the pool area, the view, the building staff, the apartment itself, it is great. As if that were not enough, the location is unbeatable, close to the beach, close to shops, many restaurants, on a street that is beautiful at night or during the day, near 5th avenue. Alejandro is attentive to the communication you needed and also flexible. It was a pleasant experience for me and my whole family!! We have definitely found the place to stay for our vacation in Playa del Carmen :)

This was the best place, clean and really close to the beach, I definitely recommend this place.

The condo listing is very accurate. It was located in a great spot close to alot of restaurants. I felt safe walking alone and the staff is very helpful. Transportation is kind of an issue but E-transfers is a good one for the airport and to Cancun. The rain caused a problem with tiny ants and spiders but the host brought bug spray and offered to have a exterminator come which was nice. It wasn't bad enough to ruin the experience. It would have been nice if there was bottled water and small face towels to wash with, but there were a lot of convenience stores also within walking distance. Highly recommend, the price was also very good for the amenities and luxury of condo. Great job!

If you have a chance to book this apartment, I'd highly recommend you do! It was perfect for two couples; very spacious with the bedrooms at either end for privacy. Every restaurant on this beautiful tree-lined street that we had a chance to try was fantastic. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach, a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue, yet the place itself was a quiet oasis. As everyone has mentioned, the rooftop pool is beautiful, and we never had trouble finding poolside chairs to relax on. Alejandro, thank you for your super quick responses every time I had a question, and for handling my couple of requests in such a helpful way!! would love to stay in this apartment again!

The apartment is very clean and large. I will book it again when I am in Mexico playa del Carmen. Recommended for all . Everything top. Everything exactly as described with the location. The pictures are unfortunately not well done and therefore the apartment appears a bit smaller than in real live. In real live everything is much larger and more modern. We felt very comfortable. The host is very helpful and friendly. We were very positively surprised and pleased that it went so well. Thank you Alejandro also here for everything.

Really loved staying here. There were four of us and it felt like enough room for everyone. The location was great and everyone was pleasant. We only had a few minor issues with one of the toilets, but it seemed to work itself out just fine.

Excellent host, we had no problem with communication and the depa exceeded our expectations.

The condo is super spacious! My husband and I loved the live music across the street, we didn't have to pay the price to sit over there and listen to it. The only thing that was annoying is that people go up to the pool area and put towels down on the lounge chairs and leave for several hours.

Beautiful, nicely furnished and decorated home in a great location. Around the corner from 5th Ave, plenty of good restaurants and the beach. Garage in the house super convenient. Great and helpful building staff. Killer rooftop pool with amazing ocean views. The apartment provides a nice indoor-outdoor feeling when you open the balcony doors all the way up. We stayed there with a family of five and the place was very comfortable for us.

If you are coming to Playa and have a chance to book Alejandro's place, just do it! The location is second to none on one of the most beautiful streets in the entire city. The condo was spacious, clean and accessible to everything you would want to do in Playa. We will definitely stay hear again if it is available on our next visit. Alejandro's communication was excellent and the check in / out process was very simple.

We all had a great time, we were working and the Internet worked great. The ideal location to take a stroll to the beach or walk to Fifth Avenue or restaurants nearby. All questions for the stay were resolved in a timely manner. I highly recommend the stay at Casa Miranda. :)

Everything was Perfect, I loved the pool on the ceiling and how close it was to everything.

The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and spacious. We absolutely loved it! The area where the building is located is lovely. It a few steps away from the beach and from 5 Av (where all the restaurants, bars and shops are located), but far away enough that is not too noisy. Checking in and out is very easy and the hosts are very helpful whenever we needed help. The balcony is just perfect and the kitchen is well-equipped.

Everything was as offered in the publication, place super close to the beach, restaurants and bars. I will definitely be back !
