Given the area where we were, this accommodation is very good for the family. The view is beautiful and the decor is sublime. That's its greatest strength. For us, the presence of Jesus, who is the handyman, was our favorite. Dedicated like no other, he made it easy for us and introduced us to Isla Mamey, which is a beach gem. Our host was also exceptionally kind and available. We thank him for his flexibility and recommendations.

Daniel's accommodation options are awesome. The next time I go, I'll definitely stay in the middle one. I think that's the perfect option for me and my family. The dogs were happy. You walk a little and you find some spots to enjoy the water and the scenery. Thanks for the water shoes.

Very nice house and place. The reef at the door is spectacular. It should be noted that there is no beach as such; rather, you have to venture out to the reef with water shoes, snorkel, and pass through there. Just be careful of the sea urchins. Please note that there is a house for rent upstairs, so if you plan to play loud music, it could be a problem.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very comfortable, just as described in the listing. It's a good place to go as a family and with pets. Mr. Jesús, who is the person in charge, once we arrived. He was always diligent and friendly. The facilities are very comfortable. It's great for staying with pets because the property is fenced, and since the beach is shallow, you can swim safely, as can young children. I'll definitely be back!

We stayed at Daniel's place, and it was great. The place is beautiful. We enjoyed every part of the apartment. Both Daniel and Jesús were super friendly. We felt very comfortable. Please note that you should bring groceries, especially vegetables and fruits, as they are the hardest to find, or if they are available, they are not cheap. Jesús recommended that we buy some fish, which was a real treat and we really enjoyed it. We would stay at any of Daniel's properties again.

Everything was spectacular; the place is amazing.

My family and I stayed here for a diving weekend in Portobelo (28 min fron the property). Except for some minor details with the master bedroom door and the toilet in the second bedroom everything was great. All issues were resolved promptly and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony/terrace is breathtaking. Overall we had a lot of fun.

This is already the second time we’ve stayed at this property, and it’s amazing. Daniel is a super host, and Jesús’s help at home with whatever you need makes your stay super comfortable. If you need ice or charcoal, they have it on hand. Having the sea just a few steps away is priceless. We will continue to book this amazing place in the Panamanian Caribbean to enjoy special moments.

We rented both apartments at KasaKai for a large family gathering, and the setup was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded, which made the stay incredibly comfortable for our group. The surroundings are beautiful, and both the property manager and owner were attentive and easy to work with. We enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants, marina, and the local atmosphere. A wonderful experience overall — we would happily return.

A dream house... right on the water. Quality snorkeling right in front of the garden. The terrace for eating meals and resting during the day is simply wonderful. This place is a haven of peace. You can hear the howler monkeys and you can even see the sloths in the trees behind the house. Daniel was very responsive to all our requests, as well as Jesus who takes care of the house, a very helpful and pleasant man. He organized an outing for us on the Isla Grande, a boat came to pick us up in front of our house, total luxury. We 100% recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return one day.

The location is absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views and very nice open spaces where you can chill and grill. The small little beach which accessible during the lower tide is very convenient. We could not snorkel because of bad weather, yet we could tell it would be a blast. We did take a boat ride to Isla Grande. We truly enjoyed the restaurants and touring the town. The housekeeper Rodney was super helpful and helped us book the boat ride. Really enjoyed ourselves. We will like to come back again.

Accommodation with a beautiful, spacious location. Sound of the sea in the background. A place where we would have liked to have stayed longer. The caretaker Jesús was very considerate and helpful. We highly recommend it!

The house is beautiful, just as it is in the photos. The view is breathtaking. The service provided by the landlord Jesus was excellent. Everything was wonderful, the only thing is that the full price is expensive, I would return many times if it were cheaper.

The stay at KasaKai exceeded our expectations. The house was very well equipped and had plenty of space, perfect for large groups. The air conditioning, hot water and wifi worked great. Also, the view from the Airbnb was spectacular. The location was easy to find and both Daniel and Jesus were always very willing and attentive.

Daniel is a wonderful host, was available for any questions, answered quickly, his property manager was very friendly, opened coconuts for us that were in the yard, helped us with any questions. The apartment was lovely, spacious, a direct descent to the sea, there are natural pools, calm and relaxing waters, lots of sea animals. The kitchen is equipped, new air conditioners. We'd like to come back here again.

The location is a dream with private beach access!I recommend renting the 2nd apartment for 5 or more people. Otherwise, you share the great garden with "strangers"! But there are 2 extra seating areas and 2 barbecue areas with sufficient distance. Daniel made us a good offer for it! Rodny took great care of us on site. He was always available, but never disturbed our privacy. We will be happy to come back!

We loved KasaKai! It's a beautiful place to rest, unwind and have fun. The beach is exactly in front. Daniel always contacted us quickly. When you arrive at the house, Rodny or Jesus will assist you, who are very kindly there to support you with whatever you need. You can arrive without problems in a sedan car and there are some other shops nearby to buy the essentials, it is advisable to bring everything beforehand. We loved it! We will certainly return. I thought it was a mega plus that they now have a “cuanto app” where you can rent kayaks, buy ice or charcoal, that's GREAT! I recommend them 100%.

This accommodation felt indescribably peaceful, my family and I are very pleased to have found this cozy and beautiful place. Being in front of the sea, appreciating the garden of the house and its amenities is priceless. Without hesitation, we are already planning to return again. The host Daniel was always available for all my questions and it's something I really liked. And an extra plus is the little shop they have, super useful because it's very helpful if you need ice, charcoal or something else.

This is one of those rare AirBNBs that is actually better in person! Rodny, who was on site to manage our stay, was wonderful. He was so nice and helpful. Check in/check out were very easy. Our hosts knew we were coming for my birthday and even left us a gift basket of snacks and wine to help us celebrate which was such a sweet touch! I would definitely come back!

Everything is excellent, we have been before and everything is still in excellent condition and the service is great.

We had a wonderful stay. There were two families and we were very comfortable. The landscape is a paradise, it has direct access to the sea, it is very quiet, the house is super spacious and bright. It is well-equipped and has everything mentioned. The first day we had problems with the water (low pressure and no hot water) but they solved it right away. I highlight Rodni's service throughout the stay.

Thank you for an amazing week at the beach. My boys (19), (16) and 8 had a fantastic time, we did kayaking, and explore the ocean, the beach is right there . We relax every evening with a beautiful sunset and explore and enjoy the beach. So nice.

Kasa Kai was a tropical paradise for my family and me. Daniel and the property manager Rodney were super friendly and made our stay unforgettable. Our son had a blast building sandcastles on the private beach and swimming in the tide pools. But the best part was just relaxing on the spacious patio and taking in the breathtaking view. This place is the perfect spot to unwind and connect with nature and loved ones.
