We loved our stay at Sara’s place. Tiffany, the property manager is amazing and helped walk us through all of the keys and was available for anything we needed. The location is amazing…a short walk to very swimmable Playa Pelada. We loved watching the howler monkeys come by every day. Great local restaurants and great suggestions for local tour guides. We would definitely stay here again!!
Great place to stay and will recommend. Clean home and pool with easy access to beach. Had lots of fun!
We were a family of 8 including two toddlers and we spent almost a week at Casa Memphis. Once we settled in we had a great time, it's really only 200m from Playa Pelada which was great for swimming and watching the sunset. If you like walking on the beach it's about 2km from the main Playa Guiones beach where there was a lot of surfing and a lot of restaurants and shops. Driving it's about ten minutes. We were very comfortable, good AC units, fans, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. Charcoal BBQ was also great.
We had a wonderful stay. The place was well-equipped and exactly as described. It was a great space for our large group of six, we’d definitely come back.

This home is absolutely beautiful — the perfect blend of a private pool and easy walkable beach access. We loved seeing the howler monkey family just down the road, and having Chef Maritza come cook dinner for our two couples was such a highlight! Tiffany, the property manager, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and we really enjoyed walking to El Chivo for live music one evening. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it — especially for the price. You can’t beat it!

Great place to stay near Playa Pelada! We enjoyed walking to the beach, relaxing in the pool and making dinner as a family in the kitchen. Close to Guiones and several other beaches. Thank you!
Had a great time and close to the beach. Had monkeys all around us and just a short walk to the beach!
Loved the proximity to the beach, the market, and restaurants. Laundry room and dishwasher were very convenient. The property was as described and the bedrooms were comfortable, but the living room furniture was not comfortable. Check in and check out were confusing. And it was kinda hard to find the property the first time. Security was a priority and many keys were required.
Can’t beat this location! I love that it is just a bit away from the main part of playa Pelada. It’s more quiet (even with construction across the street) and less traffic noise. Short walk to the best most secluded beach and a short beach walk to the main beach with restaurants and a bar. We had issues with the amount of keys we had to manage and all the locking of doors and separate keys but once we figured out we were given some wrong keys that helped eliminate the difficulty. One of the locks broke while we were there and they were on it ASAP! Very easy to contact if we ran into any issues whatsoever. Kitchen and bedrooms were great with plenty of amenities. We loved how shaded the property was and the pool was lovely. There is an issue with water pressure in the casita and the couple had to use the main house shower the entire time but otherwise everything else was perfect!
