This place is absolutely beautiful and is located in the heart of Antigua. It's just a couple of blocks from the Central Park and within walking distance of countless coffee shops, restaurants, and local shops, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The home is ideal for a large family or group, with plenty of space to relax and gather together. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, and the outdoor dining table is perfect for sharing meals or spending time together after a day of sightseeing. One of the best features was the daily housekeeping service, which kept the home spotless and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff also offers laundry service for a small fee, which was incredibly convenient during our trip. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Antigua. It combines a fantastic location, beautiful accommodations, and outstanding service, and we would happily stay here again.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed in. The details and space were perfectly put together. It was spacious, from the large living room to the large outdoor space to the upstairs sitting area. We loved having the hot tub at the end of the night to unwind, especially after the hike. It is also very walkable to all over Antigua! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with suggestions and information. There was also a housekeeper that would come tidy up during the day. Luis was respectful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay. The house is even nicer than we expected: very clean, comfortable and with everything you need to enjoy a few incredible days. The kitchen is fully stocked. The pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing. The location is excellent. The area is very safe, quiet, and perfect for resting. We definitely fell in love with the house and will be back. Wow. This place was magical. We stayed here while we were visiting Antigua for our vow exchange and this place was so perfect to stay with our closest friends at. The set up was perfect with the addition of the casita. The garden/backyard was gorgeous, and the master suite was so spacious and had amazing views. The pictures didn’t do this place justice. The housekeeping staff was also wonderful and kept the place spotless throughout our stay. Cannot recommend this place enough! Felt so private and like a little escape yet was walkable to everything we wanted to do.

Fantastic place! On the outskirts of the center which felt quiet and welcomed after long days of exploring the city. Traveled with a large group and we all felt comfortable. Pool and hot tub was a hit for adults and kids (though be mindful of the loud noise from jacuzzi heater.) Aura, the house keeper and cook, was super lovely and her cooking was excellent. Place is in a private gated community. Felt safe everywhere we went. We would happily return!

The house was absolutely gorgeous with everything we could possibly need! Erynne and housekeeping were great at communicating throughout the stay. It was an amazing location as well - perfect as a place to recharge and relax between getting our steps in. With the variable weather, we were able to take advantage of the pool, sauna, outdoor grill, balconies... I can't recommend this place enough to anyone with a larger group or family. We were more than comfortable and still had privacy amongst ourselves, even with young children in tow. Will absolutely be keeping in mind for future visits!! Muchas gracias!!

This stay was an absolute dream. We stayed here for our wedding weekend with two separate families, and everyone fit so comfortably. The pictures truly do not do it justice. We stayed in the master suite, and it felt like a dream come true — a private hot tub inside the suite, two balconies, and the most beautiful views. The entire property felt stunning, safe, comfortable, and perfect for such a special weekend. The hosts were beyond kind and accommodating. They arranged breakfast for us on the morning of the wedding, helped coordinate transportation options, and were so flexible and easygoing the entire time. Their transportation recommendations were amazing and honestly the most affordable we found, even compared to options from our wedding planner. We were able to take a large private shuttle to and from the airport at very late and early hours, and they even recommended the best timing based on traffic and our flights. To say they accommodated us is an understatement. Thank you

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The house was spotless, super comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is excellent and perfect for enjoying La Antigua in peace. Communication with the host was great at all times: attentive, friendly and very concerned that we had a good experience. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility and hospitality during check-in. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed at. You can tell they put care and attention to detail into the place. 100% recommended and we would definitely come back.

Wow. I don’t even have the words to describe how beautiful this Airbnb is. We stayed here for our wedding and it was absolutely stunning. Our host was exceptionally responsive and her management crew came daily to clean. I cannot recommend this location enough. It is truly stunning.

This Airbnb looks like it’s out of a Vogue magazine. The courtyard is stunning and the local flora hang beautifully around the porch. It is perfect for pre-wedding photos, which is exactly where I got ready right before my marriage and the Ruins de Santa Clara. The master bedroom is extremely spacious. The double bedroom is beautiful with very comfortable sheets. But my favorite were the lofts one which is a bedroom with an adjoining bathroom. Perfect. The other loft is a perfect sitting room for unwinding and watching a few shows.

Great home centrally located in Antigua! Walkable to great attractions, shops and restaurants. Very beautiful and unique home with great indoor and outdoor space. Had everything we needed for our stay as a family of four with two kids. Would stay here again and recommend to those traveling in the area.

This place was beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was great too. Everywhere we wanted to go was a 10-15 minute walk. We were fortunate enough to be there during Semana Santa. One night we were in the hot tub when fireworks were set off over our head. The next day the procession went right by the house. We would live there if we could. The only item of note is that there is a rooftop bar two houses over. You can hear the music throughout the day but it never bothered us. It wasn’t too loud. It was actually pretty nice when sitting in the hot tub 😁. I would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance.

A really lovely AirBnB right in the heart of Antigua's historic district and close to our wedding venue (Capuchinas). The house is beautiful with the quintessential indoor/outdoor living spaces that we love about Guatemala -- and the rooftop is 1) huge and 2) offers beautiful views of the city! Chris and Erynne's home was the perfect backdrop for my groom's getting ready photos and hanging with his friends before the wedding. Highly recommend!

Definitely a great spot to stay if you're visiting Antigua Guatemala! Just a few minutes to walk to all the restaurants and easy uber rides. 10/10 recommend.

The house is exactly as described: spacious, comfortable, and perfect for large groups. Everything was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the house has everything you need for a very comfortable weekend. We were traveling in several cars, and although the listing mentions space for three, thanks to the help of the house staff, we were able to fit a fourth small vehicle within the allowed space, always taking care of the property, which was a great help for our group. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Antigua, and we hope to be able to return in the future.

Perfect Family Stay — Even Better Than the Photos! We had the most wonderful family trip here with our kids. The home is truly stunning — even more beautiful and spacious in person than the pictures show. It feels like a private oasis right in the heart of Antigua. The location couldn’t be better — close enough to walk to Central Park, restaurants, and shops, but peaceful and quiet for downtime with kids. The amenities made it extra special for our family. The pool, outdoor spaces, and well-equipped kitchen gave everyone room to relax and play. There was plenty of space for both together time and quiet moments. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families visiting Antigua!

Such a beautiful house right in town.

The house is located in a peaceful, safe and beautiful neighborhood. Spacious and comfortable house. The only downsize is you have to walk to get to any restaurants or amenities, but the walk is manageable if you have no small kids or elder people. We took Ubers to get to further places in Antigua.

Absolutely phenomenal! From the oasis secluded arrangement to the very accommodating host, I could simply not have picked a better stay. The residence was everything as advertised and more! Would highly recommend.

Excellent Airbnb, the place is very beautiful and exactly as photographed! Kitchen, garden, and rooftop were my favorite and you get amazing views from the rooftop. The description is spot on. The maintenance was excellent as well as house keeper arrived daily at 11. Only downside I would say is that there is construction next door and is very loud in the morning which made it challenging to rest, loudest for the master bedroom. This should not be an issue if you are an early bird and wake up at the break of dawn anyways.

The villa was a perfect place for my family and I to find respite after a each day spent in beautiful Antigua and adventures in the surrounding area. The housekeeper (Aura) was super helpful and friendly, and having them cook breakfast is 100% worth it.

This home was gorgeous - exactly how the photos display! It is clear that every little thing has been thought through and executed, with comfort, aesthetics, and functionality in mind! The master bedroom is a dream, the backyard with pool, sauna, and BBQ was perfect, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Our extended family of 11 LOVED it here, and the humongous dining room table, as well as the massive couch in the living room, was a perfect central point for all of us to gather. Erynne was very responsive, and the household staff is so attentive and accommodating and it was just an overall stellar experience. We'd return in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay! House was just as described! Aura, the housekeeper and cook, was so attentive to our every need! She also made breakfast and dinner for us several times, and it was delicious and so reasonably priced! Beds were very comfortable and we loved the outdoor patios on the 1st and second floors, as well as the hot tub!

Beautiful, huge home with plenty of space for everyone with helpful, responsive host. As others have mentioned, the casita (the front house with 2BR/1ba) sits right against the street and can get very noisy at night. Between partiers and fireworks it's loud, but if you turn the fan on high and wear earplugs it's doable. The beds are really comfortable. There is a courtyard area with grass, plus a backyard with pool and sauna(for most of the year I think the pool is a cold plunge, but it's so much fun to go back and forth from the sauna). The living room area with TV is actually cozy for such a large house, and perfect for watching a movie at night. Vilma the wonderful housekeeper comes every day to tidy and do laundry, and you can order and pay for breakfast ahead of time. We did this on our first day and it was a fun way to kick off our trip. Erynne is a wonderful host - this is our second time in one of her houses and we recommend without reservation!

We loved our Christmas time stay! Communication was great, both check in and check out were easy. The central location was very convenient for walking around Antigua, and then the place itself was amazing. Beautiful spaces, a very pleasant courtyard, and an incredible deck. We were able to watch fire coming from a volcano, and had a 360 view of the fireworks on Christmas Eve from around the town and up into the mountains. Just a really special experience.
