Beautiful, huge home with plenty of space for everyone with helpful, responsive host. As others have mentioned, the casita (the front house with 2BR/1ba) sits right against the street and can get very noisy at night. Between partiers and fireworks it's loud, but if you turn the fan on high and wear earplugs it's doable. The beds are really comfortable. There is a courtyard area with grass, plus a backyard with pool and sauna(for most of the year I think the pool is a cold plunge, but it's so much fun to go back and forth from the sauna). The living room area with TV is actually cozy for such a large house, and perfect for watching a movie at night. Vilma the wonderful housekeeper comes every day to tidy and do laundry, and you can order and pay for breakfast ahead of time. We did this on our first day and it was a fun way to kick off our trip. Erynne is a wonderful host - this is our second time in one of her houses and we recommend without reservation!

This house was the perfect getaway from all the hustle in the city. Pool and Sauna were a huge plus. All the rooms were decorated to the them to the tee. We all felt so welcomed by Chris and Erynne. I highly recommend and will be booking in the future again.

What an incredible property! Right in town and so spacious. We had the best wood fire pizza made by Vilma and very much enjoyed the pool and sauna!

Comfortable beds, beautiful space, great location. The daily housekeeping was a great perk with fresh sheets & clean laundry (our absolute favorite perk) every day. We also got dinner and breakfast cooked for our family for a reasonable rate. The home cooked meal was delicious (although the dinner portion was a bit small). The (not heated) pool added to the scenery. Sauna was a nice touch. The master suite was huge. The detached casita in front of the house does face the street & is subject to noise, so bring ear plugs. Across the street, there’s a little store that sells drinks and snacks, as well as a pharmacy. The large supermarket is a 4 min walk. Overall, our family loved the stay!

This was the second house we stayed at in Antigua that is owned by Erynne and Christopher, the house is amazing, very clean, and fully stocked, we were a group of 9 and had so much space, everything was more than described, the staff was great we used the pool, outdoor grills, And wood burning sauna and all were great. It was very inviting and we all felt at home, and the views were great. Very centrally located within walking distance to so many restaurants, coffee shops, and anything you would need. Erynne was amazing with any questions we had or requests, couldn’t recommend more and look forward to returning in the future

Excellent house for a large group. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill, Argentine grill and pizza oven was a hit. Outdoor sauna and pool were great with beautiful views in the morning.

We stayed with five couples and had a fantastic time! The house is beautiful, with comfy furniture, lovely gardens, and stunning views of the Agua Volcano. We enjoyed the sauna, pool, and used the TV for photos and music. While we didn’t cook, we made coffee each morning; powdered milk, coffee, and sugar were provided, and the housekeeper was amazing—she prepared milk, brought fresh fruit, and cleaned daily. The location was perfect for the restaurants we chose, parking was easy, and check-in was smooth. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a group getaway!

It is a large and beautiful house a few blocks from downtown Antigua, within walking distance to the main restaurants and attractions. The house is one of the most complete I have visited, it has many utensils and the amenities offered by the space are varied and comfortable from a swimming pool, sauna, to a small jacuzzi in the master bedroom.

This house was absolutely perfect; beautiful, spotless, with comfortable linens, a great layout, and a gorgeous pool to relax in. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Vilma, the ama de llaves. For an additional cost, she prepared delicious breakfasts that made our mornings so easy, and she even went out of her way to get us Guatemalan tamales I had been craving. Her warmth and care elevated the whole experience. Highly recommend!

The home was actually more than what was expected. The only negative (if any) is that the front apartment was noisy at night. I think it might have been that there was a festival of lights this weekend. But the main house was very peaceful. The entire place is gorgeous. My family and I were 8 and we fit comfortably. We enjoyed the pool, sauna and even had homemade pizza in their pizza over. Beautiful gardens. The location is very central to all. Thank you for recommending Santiago as a guide/driver, he was amazing! We definitely plan to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality, Erynne! Your housekeepers were friendly and helpful too! A definite must!

Your home is spectacular! We enjoyed it so much. On wedding day, we had local folks come by to do the brides and our families hair and makeup. It was very special to have the 2 cultures come together and enjoy each others customs😊.

This was a lovely place to stay in Antigua; the location was excellent for anything you could want to do in the city. There was plenty of space for all three families traveling with us.

Thank you to our host, but big thanks to the crew onsite who did a great job to help us clean and organize daily, as well as provided breakfast for us. The house was super nice and had a pool and we used all the amenities. The only down side is we had a lot of hot weather and there aren’t enough ACs available. Location was great!

Our stay at the house in Antigua was amazing! It’s a beautiful colonial-style home with spacious bedrooms and two separate buildings for privacy. The first has two bedrooms, a bath, and a cozy living room. A garden corridor leads to the main house with a well-equipped kitchen (coffee, salt, oil, filtered water), dining/living areas, a small bedroom with bath, plus a pool and wood-heated artisan sauna. Upstairs, the huge master suite has a jacuzzi, walk-in closet, and terrace with volcano views — perfect for coffee. Daily cleaning and laundry service by friendly staff made it even better. The location is ideal — minutes from the main park, near restaurants, shops, and local processions. We highly recommend it

We had a big group for a wedding and this was perfect. The photos hardly do the place justice, it is a garden oasis in the city. Several good restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. Very walkable and pretty city!

Perfect location! Within walking distance of so much but yet it isn’t too loud at night. The house is large and very comfortable for a group. The staff was very helpful.

The gardens and the kitchen were so perfect! We cooked a couple big meals at the house and it had everything we needed. What a perfect location! Right in the heart of the city with great restaurants nearby.

The house is even more beautiful than the pictures posted! We were a group of nine including family and friends that went down to Antigua for my daughter’s wedding. Everyone was comfortable and loved the house. What stood out was that each room has it’s own personal bathroom, except the two rooms at the entrance, they share a bathroom; comfortable sofa big enough for a large group, ample space to hang out, bbq area we used one night, the pool was a plus and even though we didn’t use the sauna it was available. We also loved that a housekeeper came in every morning and kept the house tidy. For a small additional fee breakfast was provided which made it so nice to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings at the house instead of rushing out to find food. She also left us clean towels every day and the rooms were cleaned. She was very helpful and friendly. We hope to come back again! It was even better than we had imagined and close walk to all the top spots. Thank you!

It’s a beautiful home on a great location, supermarket is close by and convenient. The cleaning ladies came in the morning to make our beds and take the garbage out plus little detail like she brought fresh flours and had them on vases around the house. Host was very helpful and responsive. Antigua Guatemala, it’s a beautiful city, pictures don’t do justice to its beauty. Great food and coffee but most of the people are so friendly, I will be back.

Beautiful home in the heart of Antigua! when you first walk through theres a little Casita to the left that has a living area, tv, bathroom and two bedrooms with full size/or queen beds? in each room, then you go into the main house which is stunning. The first floor has the majority of bedrooms, a huge kitchen, upstairs the master bedroom is huge the toilet is awkwardly placed because the door is right there, and the shower pressure was terrible upstairs (suggest showering downstairs), and then a small loft bedroom up the stairs from the master bedroom. we didnt get a chance to use the pool or sauna but wish we could have! So many good restaurants close by, great location, responsive hosts. The cleaning woman is available to do laundry if you need her, but the dryer wasnt working that well to dry our clothes it kept turning off a few mins into the cycle. overall it was an excellent stay, would love to come again!

Perfect location, beautiful home with tons of space both indoors and outdoors. The pool was too cold to use in January but very pretty and cleaned daily. We had no complaints at all during our stay.

The house is very comfortable with everything one might need. The kitchen is super equipped for those who like to cook. Everything was really good, the only thing is that there are no blackouts and for those who sleep in the rooms of the apartment it's a bustling thing. The house is very comfortable.

Antigua Oasis was a really beautiful place to stay in Antigua Guatemala. Especially if traveling with a big group. Minor adjustments that could be fixed to make things much better. Overall would recommend this place to anyone that is traveling with a group and that wants a place that is central to everything.

It is a super cute house. We rented it for my wedding weekend for my whole family and it was perfect super comfortable and divine in excellent condition. It's important to know that 3 of the rooms are very small but the rest is super good and comfortable. The people who help in the house are really nice people we really loved it.

This was such a great home for our group; our housekeepers, Vilma and Maribel, treated us so well, totally focused on making our stay the best it could be. They prepared an amazing dinner for our arrival night, replete with the very best traditional Guatemalan dishes. We can't wait to return with our extended family! This far exceeded our expectations in every way.

The house was beautiful. We used it for a 40th High school reunion and 11 girls were there. The hot tub was great!!! Doña Aura was there to great us and cooked for us during our stay. Food was delicious!!! She definitely knows her Guatemalan foods. She was so helpful. Definitely would stay here again!!!

This house was just as advertised, was clean, safe and fully private. It included an awesome large roof top patio as well as a small walled in courtyard. Our hosts were very responsive and friendly also. We would definitely consider coming back.

The house is impeccable. Actually, there are practically two houses in one: at the front, there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and living room, with a garden in the middle towards the main house, which has 5 bedrooms, a very large and full kitchen, a very comfortable living and dining room and, in the background, place to be outdoors, swimming pool, grill rack, bread oven and many more. It is very comfortable, practical and pleasant. We were a large group that needed many bedrooms and it worked perfectly more. We stayed for two nights and we would have liked to stay many more days to continue enjoying it. Antigua Guatemala is a very magical city, with wonderful architecture and entono, with very good restaurants and places to go for a walk. We hope to come back some day.

We had a wonderful stay at Erynne and Christopher’s! The home is exactly as described and shown. Please keep in mind that these are old homes so have realistic expectations. However, Erynne and Christopher take very good care of the property. They operate the house very well and the house keeper is extremely friendly. The area is fantastic putting you directly on Quinta Ave with lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, banks, ATMs. For my health junkies, there is a wonderful business next door combining a plant nursery/restaurant/healthy + organic groceries/products (fresh juices, gluten free products, body products, etc.) I would 10000% stay here again and highly recommend booking this home. Also to mention the area is very safe and quiet. Thanks Erynne and Christopher for a wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at their home. It is exactly as it’s described. About a 7 min walk from the center of town. Restaurants and stores very near by. It’s easy to find as long as you follow instructions. I definitely would want to stay here in the future again. I’m pretty sure I will be. Our only problem was that we only stayed one night.

Christopher and Erynne’s house is fantastic. It was perfect for my husband, our two teenagers, and me, with plenty of space for everyone. Though we could only stay for one night, Erynne kindly allowed us to check in a bit earlier. The rooftop was a great spot to relax and take in the volcano views, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evening. The location is very convenient, within walking distance to Antigua's main attractions and numerous restaurants.
