Alberto was super helpful. The photos do not do justice to how beautiful the hotel and condominium is. We really appreciated the early check-in and the option to stay at the hotel after check-out. Also, the staff were super nice and welcoming. You get the benefits of a hotel experience while paying much much less. We definitely would come back.

We love Velas Vallarta!

The place is a bit old but it feels well maintained and very clean. The amenities and service are almost like a hotel, although it does not have the hotel's cleaning and linen change service. The common areas are excellent, the pool is around 1500m2 and there is a garden for children to run. Good beach access too. Your kitchen is well equipped. Overall, it's a recommended place to take the family on vacation. Thank you.

Alberto was an incredible host, very friendly and responsive. The resort was pristine, beautiful setting. Location is walkable and cheap Uber rides anywhere. Suite was definitely dated but clean, spacious and comfortable. Good value for the experience!

The accommodation is located in the hotel complex, the territory of which is like a big botanical garden. The swimming pools can be used from early morning until late night. Very spacious rooms and our family feels like home.

We were thrilled with our stay at Alberto’s Velas Vallarta property. It was a great fit for our family of 6. Having a kitchen with kids was so helpful, and the resort had everything we needed. The grounds of Velas are stunning with the gardens and the staff are kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend this place more, and hope to come back again!

We are a family of 4 with two teens and had a great time staying here. We enjoyed all the amenities in the resort - restaurants, pool, store, etc. It was very safe and walkable to the Marina which had plenty of restaurants and shopping.

This place was perfect for our family. Alberto communicated with us the entire time and even met us in person at checkout. He checked in throughout the week to see if we needed anything. This resort is perfect for kids. It’s big enough for them to explore, but confined enough to feel safe. Our room had plenty of space for our family of five and the beach and pool area was amazing. Highly recommend this place and Alberto’s hospitality.

Great condo for our family vacation! We loved the beautiful property, and the pools and beach were spectacular. There was lots of extras we enjoyed including the poolside restaurant and the entertainment in the evenings. We would definitely like to come again to Alberto’s place.

Spectacular accommodation in every way! The apartment is super spacious and well equipped. It has everything you need to have a very comfortable and quiet stay. The rooms, living room and balcony are super large and comfortable. And the great added value is that it is inside the hotel and you have access to all its amenities and activities!! The pools are huge and very clean, and the access to the beach is very clean and wide! You practically don't need to leave the hotel for anything. Alberto was attentive at all times and always very flexible to help with anything we needed. This is definitely our new favorite place in Puerto Vallarta.

Very nice place. We spent 2 full days without leaving the hotel since the outdoor area had everything you need to have a great time. You can use the facilities, and there are activities at no extra cost. If you go with family, they will have a lot of fun. The hotel staff takes very good care of you. You feel safe at all times. The location is far from the boardwalk. The bus has no schedule. For Uber, consider that if there are 6 or more, the cost to the boardwalk is $500 to $600 round trip. Walmart $80 (for your information, the hotel has taxi service and they have affordable fixed prices). Oxxo is a 15-minute walk away. The condominium is as shown in the photos, clean and beautiful. It has a kitchen with everything you need. For us, it was not a problem that the TV in the room did not work and the other one's power button was broken. It was a minor detail that did not outweigh how much fun we had. As a family, we left happy. Thank you, Alberto. Your service was a 10. Believe me, if you allow us, we will come back. We loved it.

I have stayed at Velas Vallarta many times. The property is well taken care of. The pool, restaurants, and service are the best. Alberto was an excellent host. He was friendly, available, and responded immediately to all of our questions. He went above and beyond for us. The condo was very clean, comfortable and orderly and it was exactly as described. We loved it. I would not hesitate to rent from Alberto again.

We loved the place! Alberto was amazing and responded right away to our questions! Since there was just 3 of us, he picked us up from the airport and spent extra time showing us around the area. The condo was clean and spacious with a great balcony view! It was also nice having access to all the resort amenities. Location was great and just a quick taxi ride from the airport or to the port where you can catch a tour to any of the local activities (lip lining, ATVs, whale watching, etc.). Brenda at the concierge’s desk was great and helped us book all of our activities! Overall a great experience and look forward to staying there again!

Alberto's unit in Velas Vallarta was everything we hoped for and more! The resort itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The pools are awesome. The unit itself is very big and well equipped. Even though it is in the resort and you can use all the amenities, being own by a private owner allowes the price to be very resonable and makes the stay much more affordable. Alberto did a great job communicating with us, explain all the rules, and made using all that the resort have to offer very easy. He was very attentive to our requests. At check in we were offered by Velas to add all-inclusive to our stay, for about $130 per person per day, but chose not to. We ordered quiet a lot from the pool side bar and the room service and ended up not spanding even close to the all inclusive offer. So my advice- skip it. To sum up - great family stay in an upscale resort, good value for our money, and very nice owner.

Our family had a great stay at Alberto’s place. It is a wonderful location in PV, and to be within the beautiful resort is a huge additional value! Our kids loved the pool, the beach, and the kids club. We liked being able to walk to the Marina and have a kitchen for preparing simple meals. The apartment was well appointed and spacious. Alberto was always available for questions and very helpful.

It's a great place with great views. The staff is very clean protective of Covid-19 and very attentive to all your needs.The ocean is great the pools are probably some of the best.We really didn't eat there since we were going on tours and to different restaurants but the little we ate there its good.

This is a must stay location! The condo and Alberto are phenomenal. The condo is even nicer than the pictures, the balcony is huge, the two bathrooms are also large, the AC works really well, the rooms are great sizes, and everything was clean, there was even drinking water in the fridge of us. Staying here you have complete access to the Velas Vallarta resort. You can eat at all of the restaurants, have 24 hour room service, and participate in all activities hosted at the resort. You just pay for the food, you can give the resort your room number and pay when you check out with the resort, the price of food and drinks there is very cheap. Alberto made the trip stress free! We booked the rental last min (on the plane to Puerto Vallarta) and Alberto was responsive to us immediately. He answered all of our questions with great detail and patience. He stayed in contact with us through the flight, and taxi ride to the resort, meeting us at the front desk when we arrived at the resort. He walked us to our condo, showed us how to easily use the AC, answered any questions and gave us a quick overview of where everything was in the resort. We had some changes pop up that we needed to make during our stay, and again, Alberto was immediately responsive and 100% helpful. I would stay here again, and recommend this rental to my friends and family. A little more about the resort, it is beach front and the sand is super clean, there are cabanas for you to lounge in, there is a volleyball area, several pools, areas especially for kids, a spa, two restaurants and the grounds are beautiful with lush greens, birds, koi fish, iguanas and peacocks.

Hello! The apartment is excellent, super clean, we had a great time, we enjoyed everything about the resort, we felt very safe and everyone is very friendly. The apartment is very well located near the airport, near the boardwalk, we used taxis to get around the area, super accessible and cheap. I recommend it. Alberto was always available for anything we needed

this was truly the perfect place for our annual family vacation. the resort is pristine!!!! beautiful with tall, lush trees and gardens, tons of beach chairs and canopies by the pool, the service is 100%!!! the servers and all of the staff truly give a 5 star service. the resort is super clean, they take pride in maintenance. the food is also very good and very safe to eat. you have rhe option to buy all inclusive wristbands for food and drinks or pay separately. the unit is large with tons of space. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great to have as we traveled as a family. the balcony is large and has all the views ! Roberto is an excellent host and was easily and readily accessible before and during our stay. he had wonderful recommendations for outings and restaurants in the area, he provided flexible checkin and checkout options, and he even greeted us personally with his beautiful family on day 1. we will definitely be back for future vacations and so happy that we may have found our forever stay in PV.

Wonderful place to rest as a family, everything looks perfect as in the photographs of the post, wonderful place surrounded by green areas, super clean pools and the water with an ideal temperature is not hot but it is not cold !! You just need it in order to spend the whole day in the water without worrying and without k te de frio ! All the staff with a smile on their face and willing to help with everything you need!! Congratulations on these places that make you feel at home!!
