Everything was great. The house was clean and comfortable. Just as a suggestion, some of the bedroom closets had fallen doors and could be repaired. From then on, everything was excellent. I would recommend it.

The place itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The biggest challenge was finding the property because the location on the app was not accurate, making check-in more difficult than it should have been. The bathroom door in the master bedroom also needs attention—the lock was malfunctioning, and we accidentally got locked inside twice. Additionally, the electrical outlet in the second bedroom was exposed and not working, so we had to report it for repair. On our last day, there was no electricity from around 8:15 AM until 4:00 PM, which meant we had to spend most of the day away from the property. With a few improvements, especially updating the location, repairing the bathroom door lock, and addressing the electrical issues, this could be an excellent place to stay.

Overall, we had a good stay. The house is well located, the pool was clean and in good condition, the internet worked without problems, and the kitchen has the necessary utensils. There were five of us, and we didn't need anything. As aspects to improve, it is quite hot in the living room and the fan does not work properly. In addition, the air conditioning in the master bedroom had operating problems and it was not possible to resolve them during our stay. It would also be important to check the bathroom door in that room, as it may get stuck. As a suggestion, it would be good for the managers to follow up on these kinds of issues in a more timely manner. The owner was super friendly With those details corrected, the experience would be much better.

There were no amenities in the kitchen Neither salt, the Damaged coffee maker, the fan From the Living room Damaged floor The towels were damp and smelled bad. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathrooms. The Terrible toilet in the half-bath. Very little care from the manager. We'd have to see if the owner knows about this

The house is in a good location. They have stopped providing proper maintenance. There are problems with the air conditioners, one toilet flushes a lot of water, and the floor fills with water. Otherwise, everything is clean. More crockery and cutlery should be provided. It is limited to 4 people. Maintenance of the closets in the bedrooms. If you do it, perfect. We'll come back.

I liked the place. A few observations for my family party of 5: only 3 forks, slippery tile once out of the pool. (Be very careful!). Not walkable to the beach, not much to do on foot. Great local places to eat on the beach. Oh! And my guess would be comfier sleeping pillows. Maybe air conditioning downstairs….. just a thought. Nonetheless, it was very much worth the price and the late night swim in that pool after a good bbq! We all were overall pleased.

Very nice place. The only downside is that we weren't informed that the pool's half bathroom was out of order on that particular day, and we had to go all the way upstairs to the bathrooms when leaving the pool. Another drawback was the refrigerator; the freezer was difficult to open. Some of the windows didn't close properly. However, the place is quite safe, the host is friendly, the interior is very clean, the Wi-Fi signal is good, there are electronic appliances, and there were utensils, pans, and dishes to use. It's not too far from downtown San Juan, and the streets are pretty easy to get to. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but it's not that small. I would definitely go again.

The unit needs significant renovation and better maintenance. One of the toilets had just been "repaired. The day before our stay, but it was not functioning properly." It would not flush. When I tried to use the handle(Lever), it was loose, and I put my hand on the water. I work in real estate, so I know how to fix little things. When I try to put the lip back, it slips from my hand and breaks very easily, which suggests it was already in poor maintenance condition. Now the owner sent me an invoice for two toilets and wants to take advantage of my stay to start repairing her unit. Now the host is attempting to charge me for replacing two toilets, which she paid $225 for, and charging me $204 for one. Don't think it is right, and feels unfair given the lack of evidence of maintenance and pre-existing issues with this toilet. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations in terms of upkeep, and based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

We’re sorry to hear the stay did not meet expectations. Prior to check-in, the toilet referenced had been repaired and was functioning properly, as documented. During the stay, the tank lid was found cracked, which affected the flushing mechanism. We first attempted to source a replacement lid; however, due to the model, this was not available and the unit required replacement. Only a prorated portion of the cost for the affected toilet was requested. The request was reviewed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center and approved based on the documentation provided. We take maintenance seriously and address issues promptly, as reflected in our other reviews.
