Excellent place with a prime location and incredible view. This is the second time that a group of friends have stayed here in the last 2 months, and it's worth spending time together. I highly recommend it, and I must say emphatically that the best thing about that place has a name and it's called Ofelia. She is the kindest person and takes care of us and feeds us with the best seasoning and warmth. That helper lady is a mega plus.

Large apartment and very well located. The area is very good and has attractions around it. Mrs. Ofelia, who helps with the cleaning, is a great plus when renting that apartment. We'll be back soon

The place is really well located, it has a shopping mall right next door and a traditional cafeteria to the other side. There's beach access through a door in the building, it has good security, space for a couple of cars and excellent service. We had a great time, thanks again!!

Excellent view and location. The apartment is very spacious, it is very comfortable, safe and very clean. The photos show only part of how beautiful the place is. It is very well equipped and has all the amenities and more. The beds are super comfortable, and despite being located on a very busy street, you can't hear any noise, just the ocean. In addition to that, Ofelia was always available for anything we needed and was very kind to us. Definitely 5 stars.

Large apartment in a very good location, with plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms available. Just a short walk to the beach, with swimming pools in the building and shops nearby. We really appreciated our host’s availability and flexibility. We recommend this for a stay with a large family!

The place is simply one of the best Airbnb’s in Veracruz. The house keeper is very knowledgeable and will take of every/any small detail during the stay. She ordered and cooked fresh fish which was spectacular. We ran out of water and she took care of it. She even invited our nanny out for ice cream and cooked a traditional Veracruz breakfast for Mother’s Day for me and my family. I am from Veracruz and I can say the location is the best. I would highly recommend for foreigners. Close to a mal, ATM and a huge grocery store.

Lourdes is an excellent host; this is the fifth time we’ve stayed at the apartment, and we always love it. It is excellent, very clean, safe, tidy, and looks spectacular. We love visiting the property.

A very recommended place, the apartment and the building are very clean, it is on the 14th floor so the view is spectacular, do not worry because it has an elevator you do not walk anything, it should be mentioned that the mattresses of all the beds are delicious breaks very well, good towels, good sheets, it has everything you need, Ofelia is very attentive and resolves everything you need!! I highly recommend the accommodation, only one detail the pool is beautiful and with a beautiful view of the sea but it is very cold, we could not use it any day! The location is great in the mouth of the Rio, a good place to move anywhere and there is everything nearby.

Excellent location, everything is very clean and close by. Doña Ofelia’s service is impeccable; she is always attentive. The photos don’t do the apartment justice; it’s spacious, bright, and comfortable. We were very pleased and will definitely repeat the experience on our next trip to Veracruz.

Hello! My family and I stayed at Lourdes’ place for a few days. I highly recomend the apartment. It is located in one of the best areas of Boca del Río and close to downtown Veracruz. The place is clean, well organized and it is run by a wonderful lady, Ofelia who will help you with anything you might Need. She is kind, trustful, helpful and great cook. The building has security personnel and everybody was amiable. Great place to stay!

Fantastic apartment! Spacious in all the rooms, comfortable and clean. The view was wonderful, and there was staff cleaning the apartment every day, so it was kept spotless. The location is perfect for getting around both trendy, commercial, and touristy areas. !RECOMMENDED.

Amazing apartment, super spacious, lots of light, a few steps from restaurants, bars, malls, beaches, etc. Everything works perfect, air conditioned in perfect condition, full kitchen, hot water, clean and functional bathrooms, etc. We will definitely return very soon. The place is perfectly located, as shown in the photos although larger, we had three wonderful days in the apartment. I didn't get to meet Lourdes, but she made sure we had everything we needed. Ofelia, the housekeeper, is a lovely person; she takes care of everything for you. It's a great option for staying.

The pool is also amazing and the security and maintenance people are very attentive and available to help. We stayed 5 nights and we were all very happy. When we return to Veracruz, we know where to stay without a doubt. The cleaning person who comes every day was always there and was also very willing to help us. We were greeted and welcomed by the very friendly and accommodating maid who only spoke Spanish. Luckily, I know a little, therefore, I was able to communicate with her on the behalf of my 5 retired friends. She just could not do enough for us. She came every morning after 9:00 and began cleaning up after us. We have never felt so pampered! A couple times, as we were in the process of preparing breakfast, she cheerfully took over which was much appreciated by the current cook. We only found out on departure, that she does catering. I can not say enough good things about her. She also arranged for a tour guide and transportation for us to visit the surrounding areas on 2 full day excursions. It's a beautifully appointed and spacious penthouse located on the beach,in a very upscale neighborhood, with a mall next door and across the street and a giant grocery store which was quite convenient on our many trips there for necessities. Local transportation can be found on the street in front of the condo. Jose, one of the guards who spoke English, was also very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The penthouse is well equipped with whatever is needed to prepare meals, along with spices, coffee, and whatever is left over from previous guest. There are plenty towels, both for the beach and personal use. Also present are toiletries. The refrigerator produces filtered water, or it can be purchased across the street at the grocery store. We would definitely recommend this beautiful penthouse to anyone. We would definitely book it again. Best ever place and service!!!! Thanks Lourdes for being such a wonderful host. :0)
