A highly recommended place if you want to rest. A very pleasant place, fully equipped and very nice, as well as clean and very tidy. A furnished apartment with excellent style and very modern. In addition, the host was very attentive and quick to respond.

The apartment is amazing, very nice and very well equipped. The only issue is on the beach, where there are many stones and you have to go in with sandals or appropriate footwear for water, to protect your feet and be able to walk. The food at the restaurant is delicious and at a good price.

My family and I had an amazing vacation. The place is just as shown in the pictures and has a wonderful view, as does the pool and the Jacuzzi. Very relaxing and private. The gym is very well equipped. Álvaro was always very kind and was attentive to any questions or concerns. We definitely hope to be back soon!

Excellent apartment, the view is spectacular, just like in the photos, a very quiet place to rest, the restaurant in the condominium is excellent, excellent communication with Alvaro. Very happy!

Upon entering the condo it was breathtaking! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb, we had everything that we needed and very comfortable for our month stay. We enjoyed whale watching from the deck and having a drink in the evening. On site restaurant has a great menu and very affordable. I recommend Alvaro Ivans condo, you won’t be disappointed . We can’t wait for our next visit!

Fantastic Condo and Amenities, But Location Has Drawbacks First and foremost, the condo was absolutely beautiful and perfectly suited for two couples. It was peaceful inside, with lovely en suite bathrooms for each pair. The balcony offered spectacular views—we even spotted whales breaching multiple times! Its rooftop location was ideal, just steps from the excellent fitness room and open rooftop space. The infinity pool area and margaritas at the pool restaurant exceeded our expectations. We have nothing but praise for the condo, building, and amenities. We were also lucky to meet some of the other guests, who were extremely friendly and made our month stay even more enjoyable. That said, the location had a few disappointments. Although not far from the town center the walk there was dusty and noisy due to the nearby highway. A couple of cute restaurants and a fun local bar were nearby, but options were otherwise limited. The beach was very rocky, so we so we never swam or walked it.

We had a great vacation as a family and truly loved the condo and facilities.

Beautiful high end condo with a spectacular view. Amenities were plentiful and condo staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The pool was beautiful and warm and access to the beach was a few steps away. On site restaurant was nice and affordable and underground parking was perfect. There was some noise from the highway in the back bedroom, but it did not bother us. We would stay again for sure. Thanks Alvaro!

This listing is in a new building north of Bucerias. It is a beautiful 8th floor penthouse and the view ov Banderas Bay is spectacular. The building has beautiful common spaces including a pool room, gym, and top floor BBQ area. The pool was excellent. There were public washrooms in all common areas. Parking is underground. Common areas were very tidy. There is a restaurant on site open 11-5 I think. Food looked good but we only had a few drinks from it. The condo is clean and spacious with a large balcony that has great furniture. Bedroom #3 is smallish. Nice to have laundry. Air con worked well. We ate breakfasts and lunches at home and there is lots of room to cook and good supplies. Wifi was good. We were very satisfied with this listing.

We all loved this beautiful penthouse condo, it was beautifully furnished, spacious and comfortable. It was also very well equipped. The pool, gym, canteen were wonderful. All five of us loved it and would love to stay here again.

We loved the place, it has very nice views, very comfortable, complete and spacious apartment and very clean, the host was super friendly and answered our questions super fast. The pool area is very nice, I definitely recommend it! We hope to return soon.

After a nightmare experience at another location and with no lead time, the host had the penthouse ready for same day check in. We were having cocktails on the terrace in no time and were transported from hell to heaven!

I stayed here for a full week this past weekend, and overall, it was a great experience. The place is absolutely beautiful—brand new facilities, well-maintained grounds, and the views are stunning. It’s clear a lot of care and investment has gone into making the space feel clean, modern, and inviting. That said, be prepared for very strict rules. I highly recommend reading the rulebook as soon as you arrive. They don’t really give you any wiggle room, and breaking a rule—even unintentionally—can quickly lead to warnings or threats of fines. It definitely took away from the relaxed vibe a bit. If you’re someone who’s fine with following clear guidelines and just wants a scenic, peaceful stay in a top-notch park, this could be a perfect spot. Just don’t skip the fine print!

Alvaro’s PH was amazing!!! Very well equipped with fabulous views and very quiet. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room and the condo was spotless. We had the pool/gym pretty much to ourselves for the entire stay and the pool side restaurant (11-5pm) is great with very inexpensive food and drinks so you don’t really need to leave for lunches. There are only a couple close restaurants, but Bucerias Centro is ~25min walk or a 5min Uber ride where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Alvaro was an excellent host! Always available to help with anything you may need. But you won’t need much because his place is perfect. It’s stocked with the basics and more, as far as cooking and necessities. Can’t beat the amazing view! The building amenities are outstanding! The staff are friendly and helpful and always cleaning. Everything was very well looked after. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo was great for our stay. The condo was clean, spacious, has a great kitchen, laundry etc…The views are spectacular and sitting on the deck in the morning/evening was always a great way to start or end our days. The amenities were great and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves the whole stay. The staff were always friendly and the small restaurant on site is great (and cheap!). It was only a 15-20min walk into the centro area for restaurants, shopping and other activities. Our host was fantastic - always responsive and very helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Stunning views!!! Condo was amazing clean comfortable and beautiful. Felt right at home. Balcony has ocean views you can watch the sun rise and set. Even saw some whales. I would definitely return to this amazing place. Thank you for making us feel at home in your place! ❤️.

We had a great time staying here. The onsite restaurant is great and the pool is perfect. The unit was beautiful and the views amazing. Can’t wait to come back the next time. Great for families! The road getting in was under construction during our stay, but we were able to get in with a small car regardless.
