A really amazing and special place. Walking distance to Frida khalo and Trotsky; The Mercado and the plaza. Great restaurants around the plaza as well as all over. the Plaza is wonderful at night, full of people and music and performances. And the space is great for large groups or families.

Great place to stay, host is very attentive and great location to see Coyoacán and the surrounding areas of Mexico, will definitely return!!

What a wonderful experience staying at Finca Coyoacan! It was a great idea of my husband to get someone that would help us keeping the house clean and having delicious breakfast every day for all our guests! Jorge referred us to Lety, a beautiful lady that has real magic hands for cooking! Finca Coyoacan is beautiful, impeccably clean, in a wonderful location and full with a great vibe! Thank you Jorge!! We will be back!!

Perfect for our needs! Jorge and his staff met us for our check-in. We were at Finca Coyoacan for 8 nights for our annual business retreat and F1 Mexico Grand Prix. The location was walkable to numerous restaurants, business district, and a large and bustling park/square with lots to do. Since our stay was before Halloween and Dia de lod Muertos, we were able to immerse ourselves in Mexican Culture. Jorge arranged for Leticia to cook breakfast and lunch for us each of the fiur days of our retreat in addition to cleaning daily during the retreat. She was wonderful and the food was made with love. Although none of us were fluent in Spanish, Leticia who speaks Spanish, was patient in explaining everything. The house is better than it looks in the photos. The amount of space was perfect for 5 people. A full living room and dining room on the first floor, four bedrooms and baths on the second floor, and one bedroom and bath on the third floor. Our beds were comfortable. The extras like cotton robes and towels laid out. The only issue we had was inconsistent internet. Jorge was very attentive to the issue and I believe he and his did everything possible to find solutions. I would definitely recommend Finca Coyoacan to anyone with a large group.

Great great place and location

This place is exactly as picture on the site. The rooms are clean and beds super comfortable. We a stayed there with our two daughters and they loved the space the entire house has. Each room does have its own private room. The host is very accommodating with our needs from arriving late to allowing us to stay another night in order to spend time with our family. The kitchen is stocked very well and they even provide fruit and plenty of bottled water. All the showers have hit water. The location is also great with two markets in walking distance and several eating places and coffee shops. The area is very safe for families. At times we came back at midnight and the area was very safe and calm. I truly recommend this place specially if you have children. We will definitely consider this house when we return to CDMX.

Ideal for our purpose of spending family time. The farm is spacious and comfortable and has many details to make your stay very pleasant. Excellent location, as it is close to Coyoacan attractions and restaurants and markets, but far enough away to be a quiet and calm area. José and Jorge's service is unbeatable, the Superhost category is well deserved. Highly recommended place and I would definitely repeat

Jorge's place was perfect for our family vacation. We had 10 people, three generations staying and it suited everyone. The space gave us privacy when we needed it, but allowed us to be together as a family throughout the day. The location was perfect for the main attractions of Coyoacan. Responses from host were fast and they were very accommodating.

This house is amazing. The space is even more amazing than the pictures. My family rented the home for a week in Mexico City. Coyoacán is a beautiful town and this home makes getting around and seeing the best parts easy. You are two blocks from Coyoacán market which is filled with great places to eat breakfast, lunch or shop. Three blocks away from Frida and Diego’s home. Just a 5 minute walk to the town square where there is an delicious bakery that my family loved to walk to each morning. The home is in a very safe and secure part of the city. Entering and exiting was very easy and all of the amenities were top class. We enjoyed the back yard after a long day in the city. Jorge was very quick to respond and even went out of his way to help us in every occasion. Looking forward to staying here again next time we are in the city!

The home is just as described ( maybe even a little better!). The house was sparkling clean from Top to Bottom! The living room has great couches to sit & chat with your friends & family. The dining table accommodated all of us & we so enjoyed sharing our meal at the table. The kitchen is equipped with excellent appliances and very nice plates and cups, we did not do any cooking but we could have ! We had a water filtering/ purification dispenser in the kitchen that came in really handy . We appreciated the coffee, tea & fresh fruit ! We all felt so special! The house is completely updated and still has a great feel of being old historic Mexico. The outside patio is super cool! It’s very private and secure. There’s a room ( business area) with big full length windows to the patio, perfect to conduct a meeting or have a meal ! The view and the natural light make it very inviting! We all gravitated to the patio in the mornings as we woke , had coffee & made our plans for the day. We all ended up on the patio at night too , to discuss the adventures we had that day! The landscaping is perfect & very well kept. The super nice heavy duty hammock was a big hit! The bedroom are upstairs , stairs are well built and tiled ( not squeaky!) Although we did not have children with us , I would say the stairs are very safe & kid friendly. You could not hear people walking thru the house at all! The bedrooms are nicely decorated & come with plush bedding. The sheets were super soft . The mattresses & pillows were very plush & comfortable ! We even had robes!!! It was like a 5 star hotel but better! We also had bottles of purified water with glasses in our bedroom! The bathrooms are all updated and we never had any problems with hot water ( 8 showers !). The house has an excellent security system ( easy to use). It’s located in a really nice neighborhood ( very safe) and we walked to the market each morning. All of us had plenty of space and no waiting for a bathroom 😄! Definitely will return! Love love love the location!!

We had a great time at Jorge’s house. Very tidy, immaculate and lovely house equipped with everything you need. Jorge is a great host, friendly, trustworthy and readily available when you need him. Very nice, polite and he shares all about the area. The neighborhood is safe and very conveniently located. We had a great stay and we absolutely recommend staying there.

The first thing I should say is that this was a wonderful stay, in a beautiful house, in a great location. We were a group of eight adults, one child, and two toddler in town for a wedding. We preferred to stay in Coyoacán, since it is beautiful, safe, quiet, walkable, and has so many great restaurants and bars to visit. Jorge was great with communication before our arrival. A nice woman was waiting for us with all of our keys and key cards upon our arrival to the house. The home security system is very modern and made us feel safe. The house was very clean, and looks just like the pictures. We were all amazed at how large it is, with many bedrooms that have been fully renovated and some of them with their own bathrooms inside. Since I was the one who made the booking, some of my friends thanked me for doing the research and finding this lovely house. The house has a lot of character, and had plenty of space for us to lounge, and for the niños to play with their cars and run around. We got good use of the kitchen, as well as the beverages and snacks that were left for us, and we even cooked a few times. There is also a nice patio outside. Another benefit of this location, is that it’s got a good restaurant right down the street on the corner, as well as a few others nearby, and you can easily walk to the main market, or the center of Coyoacan, or the Frida Kahlo museum in a matter of minutes. We really didn’t need to drive anywhere within Coyoacan. Jorge did pay us a visit to make sure we had everything we needed, and to give us some local recommendations. He was very cordial and friendly. So in summary, I highly recommend this house for a big group, but would even recommend it if your group is smaller and you wouldn’t need to occupay all five bedrooms. With all of the benefits that I mentioned, It’s probably well worth it.

One of the best hosts of all time! I've stayed in lots of Airbnbs, and Jorge is by far one of the most helpful and accommodating hosts I've ever encountered. We had a great stay, the house was lovely and very comfortable, and the neighborhood is also charming. Jorge always went out of his way to be helpful to us, and we would strongly recommend staying here. Thank you so much!

We did a team offsite trip and stayed at Jorge's place. It was a great place to stay and everything went very smoothly! He was easy to communicate with, the place was nice and spacious. Each room was nice and clean. He also had set up some extra snacks and water bottles which was very nice. I did not know what to expect for the neighborhood, Coyoacan, but we really liked it. It did not seem like a very touristy location and there were a number of nice restaurants, coffee shops, and a park area within 10-15 minutes. The only note was it got pretty cold at night (around 40 degrees) and the place did not have heat, so you may want to dress warm. We did have a couple space heaters on one of the nights. Overall, it's a great spot!

Francisco has a gorgeous home. We loved the restaurants, coffee and bakery on the street. The house was comfortable. Good beds, pillows, towels, and even fruit and slippers.

A memorable place. Inside and outside the house. The farm is decorated in a practical, elegant and beautiful way. Safety is exceptional. The staff responsible for the day-to-day operation of the house are stellar, warm to the point of feeling like family! Location is perfect to walk to the nurseries is a vibrant way to start the day, 5 blocks away from Casa Azul - Frida Kahlo Museum and on a walkable distance to other museums (Trotsky and that of problems). Two blocks from the market with fresh meat, vegetables and fruit. Also prepared food (delicious quesadillas and toasts) and handicrafts, a beautiful place to interact with locals. Walking to the center of Coyoacan (10-15 min) is to tour between past and present with national colors and flowers. In short, it is a highly recommended place for gatherings with family and friends with the comfort of being in a homey environment in a neighborhood full of color, history and culture. 5 stars do not reach to evaluate the exceptional of Finca Coyoacán !!!
