The house is excellent. Everything is as shown in the pictures. Very clean. The chef is amazing. Everything is delicious. The service is incredible. Very good for a weekend of rest.

Casa Los Ángeles is by far the best stay we have had in Malinalco. The house is beautiful, the gardens are excellently maintained, and there are enough rooms. The pool was great. And above all, what makes the stay more enjoyable is the service. Plus, Chef Hector excelled with everything he prepared, even a cake for my daughter's birthday. 100/10

this is a uniquely beautiful property, think large historic English country manor with well kept lawns, gardens and a wonderful pool. we went with a group of friends to celebrate a special birthday together and we had a wonderful weekend together. nobody wanted to leave

The property is beautiful, the views are unbeatable, and the house is very comfortable, as are the beds. The amenities are impeccable, and overall, I think it's a great place to visit at least once a year. It's ideal for visiting with friends and family. Child- and pet-friendly. We were all happy. We ordered from the house menu, and everything surprised us, especially the flavor and presentation of the dishes. Just as a small point, they should take better care of the portion sizes, as there was quite a bit of food left over; otherwise, everything was perfect. Thank you!!!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. The property is stunning, and it's impeccably maintained—full of thoughtful details. The service we received was very good, and the kitchen was excellent. Highly recommended for families. It offers a different level of quality than most places, from the bedding to details like the giant teepee, the fire pit, and the opportunity to eat fresh food straight from the garden.

The stay and service are excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Worth every penny. I would definitely recommend it and would stay again more than once!

The house is very comfortable and has everything you need! Very clean, very good internet. Communication with everyone was very easy and fast and everyone was very friendly. We love that it was pet friendly and the pool was at a very good temperature! We would definitely return to this one or to another of the houses they have! I recommend it!

Excellent house for large groups and families. Spacious, comfortable, well maintained and just as described. Common areas and pool are very much enjoyed. Clear communication and timely attention from the host. Very good value for money. We would definitely come back.

The beds are very comfortable! The pool is huge and the green area is giant! The decor and the house itself is great! Hector, Maribel and Fabiola's service was very good and the seasoning in the kitchen is excellent! If I could give them something to improve, it's the service time, that is, it takes several minutes to come back after finishing a drink, for example. We will definitely stay again!!!

We had a wonderful stay. It’s set in stunning countryside and the photos do not do justice to the setting. Coming from the UK having Mexican food prepared fresh for you every day was a real treat. We paid to heat the pool which was extra but well worth it. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Not sure what more to say other than book this place and you will not regret it! The staff is wonderful and very accommodating (ask Hector for the lime pie), the solar heating of the pool was enough in August for us to swim every day, and although you are a 30 minute walk from town being in the middle of nature is so serene and peaceful.

I stayed here with my whole family, including two young children, and everyone had a great time. The property is absolutely stunning!!! We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors - gardens, pool, paddle ball court, and the grounds in general. The staff was very amenable, and the food was delicious. We went into town one afternoon, and they helped us arrange for a Taxi since it is a bit far to walk, but they made it very easy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and plan to come back next summer :)

Great stay!

Casa Los Angeles is absolutely stunning! Pictures do no do it justice. The gardens are movie worthy the surroundings breath taking. We visited mid July and the weather was cool in the mornings and warm mid day, perfect mountain climate. The home it self is a wonderful country home, warm, cozy full of books and art, stunning views out of every window. Linens are great quality and pristine. Last but not least the service is wonderful, Oscar runs a tight ship, Hector, Fabiola, and their team of 3 more people are masters in the kitchen and make breakfast lunch and dinner that is restaurant worthy and serve the table impeccably. And took great care of us. If you are considering a holiday in the country side, look no further, this is it. We traveled with our 3 boys 22, 20 and 16 who very much enjoyed toe paddle court, pool and pool table. We played in the immaculate lawn and went on long walks within the property. Bravo to the owner and his passion for gardens. It’s beyond! Thank you

Damian’s home is an utter jewel. The grounds, the interiors, the art, the staff everything is spectacular. All of the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The pool is a dream. We will be coming back as soon as we can. 10/10 recommend staying here with friends and family!!!

Very nice house Limoncito, we had a great family stay. The property is divine, incredible gardens and trees, the pool is super warm and very enjoyable. We had very good service and attention from the staff and the rooms and kitchen were very comfortable, good size and nice decoration. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Oscar, Héctor, Fabiola and Salomé took care of me and my family very well, they were always making sure we were comfortable and well attended. If we come back we would love to see the same staff again!

Excellent place, beautiful, clean, quiet. Logically there may be scorpions and spiders at night, but they also leave you raid and you can put it on before sleeping and that's it, peace of mind. The pool is magical, although I do recommend paying for the heater, because if you go out you'll freeze. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at this incredible property in Malinalco with three families—all with elementary school-aged kids—and it was an absolute dream. The grounds are positively gorgeous—lush, expansive, and meticulously cared for. It felt like our own private resort. The indoor/outdoor spaces are what truly set this home apart. We had long, leisurely meals at the beautiful outdoor dining table that easily accommodated our whole group. The kids loved having their own TV room for movie nights, while the adults relaxed in the living room just steps away—still close enough to keep an ear out, but with space to unwind. The pool area was a huge hit too. Every interaction with Damian and house staff was warm, kind, and above all—super responsive. This home was the perfect base for our multi-family adventure,

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Los Ángeles. Up a dirt road and tucked into the mountainside, it is an absolute oasis of beauty and calm. The house itself is spacious and stunning, with plenty of art and books to inspire, and great for gathering groups of friends. (We were a group of three families.) The grounds felt sprawling and also safe, meaning our kids could run for hours without us worrying. We loved spending time by the pool, which was warm and has a very wide shallow end — also great for children. It was so luxurious to have help with cooking and cleaning. The meals that Hector and Fabiola produced were perfect, and they were so nice to accommodate requests from some of the young picky eaters in our group. They were responsive to all of our questions during our stay (how to navigate trips into town, hiring massage therapists, stringing up a piñata), which made is feel right at home in Malinalco. I would 1000% stay here again!

I and a group of 20 women rented this house along with 2 other houses on Damien's compound - it was extraordinary. Staff were super skillful, kind and helpful. Staff and Damien were very communicative. Food was great. They really spoil you here. This is one of my all time favorite places to go for a relaxing vacation or retreat (this is my third visit and it only gets better).

We had a terrific time at Casa Los Angeles, everyone agreed we should have spent more time, Damian was extremely responsive and his team terrific. Will be back.

This is the second time we have come and we always enjoy it, the only thing is that the grill is very dirty and has already fallen out of one side but nothing that could not be fixed

Everything is super clean and is a great location

This is truly a magical place and my family loved every minute of it. We absolutely regret not staying longer. The house is stately, furnished with lovely furniture, beautiful rugs, and artwork. The grounds are impeccable and luscious and fun to explore. It’s the kind of place where you can easily hang out together as a large group, or peel off and find your own space (there’s plenty) to read a book with a glass of wine. The pool is amazing.

Stayed for a whole month and it’s been the best month of our lives. Truly a gem - can’t recommend it enough. The place is astonishingly beautiful, the staff lovely and there are so many things to do here that we never even left the estate once. We thought the pictures were amazing but even they don’t do this place justice. Incredibly inspiring and uplifting experience. A lovely host too. Will be back - often!

This is a special and magical part of the world. There is no better way to experience it than at Casa Los Angeles. The staff are exceptional, the house is extremely comfortable and can accommodate quite a few people seamlessly, the pool is beautiful, landscape and gardens are top notch, and it all comes together in relaxing harmony.

This house is spectacular. It is hacienda style and the grounds are next level stunning. My guests are still awed weeks later. This is certainly worth every positive review. Only points to note. There is no AC. I’m not sure how it would fare in the Summer but was entirely comfy In mid to late December. Excellent stay

Amazing! Had an incredible trip. Everything was perfect - the accommodations/ grounds/ staff/ food- literally everything was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and nice and took care of everything. It's one of those reviews you almost don't want to write cause you don't want people to find out about it!! We had basically all of our meals there and it could not have been easier - Lucy is an excellent cook, and can accomodate any requests. I think if I had to pick the chicken and the mushrooms was my favorite, though everything was delicious. We were so comfortable it was like being at home- the pool was gorgeous as you can see from the photos. The setting/ grounds/ gardens/ atmosphere were breathtaking. We went to relax and relax we did. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable, restful and we already thinking/planning when we are going back!!

This place is amazing! The pool, the house, the pádel court, the property. We loved it all. The food was really good (be sure to plan your menu with them early so they can buy everything early and have it ready). I’d ask for doña Lucy’s trout and the chocolate cake. We went for my birthday and she made a special cake. Queta helped attend to our every need and made the stay very pleasant for us. She was kind and loving to our dogs (who had the time of their life on this land). I’d love to go back but it’s definitely a splurge. The last bedroom listed here is more of a tv room with one long couch, so be sure to consider that when figuring out how many people can sleep there.

The location is very remote so the roads to get there were a little harsh. However, once you arrive the scenery is stunning. The amenities are great. Be mindful of scorpions. The host was very responsive. The staff was great and accommodated to our needs.

A beautiful place to relax, enjoy nature and rest in a property with an excellent design. It is equipped with everything you need and the staff who assist and attend is excellent! The pool is a wonderful size and a delicious temperature. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy, as well as beautiful. We only recommend our host to mention that the last stretch is winding and not very suitable for low cars, better come in a van. Oh! If you're a dog lover, you could make a new friend!

This is a first rate property offering close proximity to the town of Malinalco with its impressive pre-colonial and colonial history, plus a good variety of restaurant options. However, in addition Limoncito offers respite from streets and groups of tourists. Instead, guests take advantage of exuberant gardens complete with organic horticulture options for one’s table, walks on mountain roads, sleeping in well appointed bungalows with all the creature comforts and the opportunity to relax by the pool - perhaps taking advantage of a thoughtful selection of books to let your mind wander and rejuvenate. Staff is excellent.

The house and the garden are beautiful. A little farther away from town, but if you’re a city-dweller, the 15-min trip won’t faze you. The road is not paved all the way to the house, so you should expect a bit of mud and rocks along the way., nothing that can’t be managed. The attention is flawless and we had a great time. The weather was also beautiful and lovely restaurants in town.

My family and I were looking for a place to relax and charge energy, Damian's property was just what we needed. It has a group of people catering to our needs that we were surprised. The facilities are top notch. It's most likely to be back. By the way, the WiFi is also top notch and this was very important for my children

The house is simply wonderful, better than the photos and ideal for disconnecting (however the good internet). We did not go in winter so the pool is kept at a more than acceptable temperature. The amenities are even more than expected, Oscar's attention is unbeatable.
