I cannot say enough about this place and our hosts!! I planned a surprise 50th birthday trip for my sister with our daughters. From the moment I inquired about this property Erika was QUICKLY responsive. I wanted to do as much as we could while we were there so I wanted our groceries pre stocked and our transportation from the airport to be stress free. Erika and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND. Our driver quickly found us and brought us to this gorgeous property. When we arrived we checked in with security which made us feel safe. Fide was awaiting our arrival and showed us upstairs giving us an overview of the layout, showing us the groceries she’d stocked for us and even singing happy birthday to my sister. Every single thing I asked for Erika was there… beach yoga, private chef, shopping recommendations… she quickly responded and was so helpful! traveling away from your home county and to a place you don’t speak the language can feel intimidating but not with these hosts! 🫶🏻

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and well kept and as described in the photos. The host Erica checked on us every couple days and was very responsive if we had any questions or needed recommendations. The views of the ocean and lagoon were beautiful and it was very close to the beach. The security and safety of the buildings was very good as well. The little restaurant on-site was super convenient and had great food and recommendations. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

Ivette’s place was great! Lots of wonderful details & welcoming features. We spent Christmas there and there were several games specifically around the holidays & specifically for families. It was lovely. There were also a number of treats around the home that made our grandkids feel special. They knew we had a little one and set up a pack and play in advance of our arrival, which was a very nice gesture. Fidelia was incredible! So kind and always had great recommendations. She was even able to get us some delicious Cocinita Pibil & the freshest tortillas ever! And of course, the views. On the third floor, you can see the ocean & beautiful sunrise in the mornings & then in the back you can see the lagoon the airport & the beautiful sunset. Spectacular. Everyone serving the property is very nice. The small store was convenient in a pinch. The space is nicely decorated. It is very well appointed with all you need to cook, toiletries, towels, beach toys, etc. Highly recommend

This was our first time trying out an Airbnb in Cancun. We wanted to have the flexibility of exploring town and not be tied to a hotel. From the beginning the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived Fide received us and it felt like I had known her for years. She is truly a wonderful person. The condominiums are older but it does seem that they work hard to maintain them. The condo accommodated our family perfectly. We had ordered groceries prior to our arrival and everything was there. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place where you will receive excellent service, this is THE place.

I e stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never been given better attention. This place is a stones throw from a gorgeous whit sand beach and minutes from world class restaurants. Our family came here to dive and enjoy beautiful Cancun. We did both. If you don’t want to eat out, the kitchen has everything you need for a nice meal. Thanks for the great stay!

I’m a fairly frequent Airbnb customer, and I’ve never come across a friendlier, more responsive host than Ivette. Questions were answered almost instantaneously. She sent a bottle of sparkling wine for a birthday toast. And she extended our checkout time a little to better align with our flight. If there were more than five stars, she’d deserve them. The condo’s setting is stunning with views of the Caribbean and the Lagoon. Nice amenities onsite—pool, small restaurant. Probably best to rent a car, but we managed without one.

Absolutely loved staying here with our family. The location was great! Amazing spot right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive all the time and very helpful with everything we needed. My wife and I had been a little worried with this being our first trip to Cancun with our daughters, but the condo location was very clean and very safe, with full time security and an amazing pool for the kids. Access to the beach and easy to get anywhere we needed on the bus. We are hoping to come back here for sure! I was trying to convince my wife that we should stay longer, but after a week in the sun and waves it was time to get home.

The place looks just as the pictures. The location is on the southern end of the peninsula and an excellent place to watch the pelicans diving for fish. The sea conditions were a little rough for swimming while we were there: 1 day swimmable out of 5. Kevin’s food was high quality: I learned that Arron is a Cordon Bleau chef trained in Chicago. Daniele has worked at many high end hotels and is a solid person to ask about trips, car rentals, etc. The swimming pool is relatively quiet. We enjoyed the apartment, the comfy beds, its incredible views, facilities and had great, responsive reaction for minor issues. Would definitely visit again.

Ivette was super responsive and would even check in to make sure everything was working well for us. The pictures are just a tiny bit outdated but the place and views were still beautiful. Fidelia was also very sweet and responsive whenever we had a question. The beach and pool were easily accessible, just a 1 to 2 minute walk across the lot. There is also a little store right by the pool that we went to everyday. Any essential item you need (I.e. sunscreen, lotion, feminine products, etc.) can be found there, as well as snacks, food to cook, and more. The store even offers takeout or they can deliver to the pool or your condo. The location of the condos is toward the bottom of the strip. About 10-15 minute drive up the strip has all the fun. Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Everyone we met working at the condos (from security, to Fidelia, to the store employees) were so kind and welcoming. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

Accurate description and pictures. Ivette is very responsive and reaches out often to see if you need anything. We had a wonderful stay. Bus stops right outside the gate and laundry service/ on site store were very convenient.

Ivette is a great host with a great sense of hospitality. I have traveled for several years by airbandb, always with very good experiences, but Ivette is superior. Her assistant Fidelina is a sweetheart and always attentive and available. The condominium has everything you need and more than other airbandb (blender, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, steam iron, traditional iron, medicine cabinet, dryers, etc.) Your kitchen has everything you need for cooking, spices, salt, pepper, teas, sugar, water bottles, etc. We were surprised by your welcome with botanites, Perrier water in the refrigerator, and bottled water. I liked that it has sufficient towels and of very good quality for guests and that is especially appreciated in a beach destination. My daughter's flight with her husband and in-laws was going out at night and very kindly allowed them to stay until 6 pm which was great for them. I would definitely stay with Ivette again on another trip to Cancun.

Amazing condo, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were epic, both on the lagoon side and the ocean side. There are views from every room. There are upstairs patios both on the lagoon and ocean side, and a patio downstairs with a great view of the lagoon. The front windows downstairs have an ocean view, and the master has a great ocean view as well. Air conditioners worked great. The beach was super close and gorgeous. The little store on the property was also convenient to buy snacks and pizza. Ivette was extremely responsive and friendly. Also, just FYI, there is a laundry service by the tennis courts, downstairs, and it’s pretty inexpensive, they charged 100 pesos or around $6 for for 3 kilos of laundry. They got it done by the end of the day, it was nice for some end of trip things we needed to wash. Overall everyone loved Ivette’s place!!

Ivette was a wonderful host! She had great communication before and during our stay. We loved the thoughtful little snacks through out the condo, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely return to this beach oasis!

Mom, Dad, and 16yo girl in our family....had an amazing time - perfect for us with a ton of room to spare. Super clean, great amenities, comfy beds, very responsive host, and all descriptions were very accurate....no surprises and completely satisfied and beyond in choosing Ivette's condo. Great views on BOTH sides of the condo - sunsets on the west side were gorgeous and waking up to the ocean on the east side with balconies both places was really neat. Easy, quick walk to the beach and great pool location with a ton of shade was a fantastic surprise. Local cafe inside of the condo (next to the pool) was also a bonus - great locals running the place and had terrific local snacks and food. We made a great choice and appreciate everything Ivette did to make our trip memorable.

Ivette was an excellent host who offers a spacious & very clean condo at a beach complex. There was security at the gate at all times, and at the pool in the evenings. You do not need a car, as the bus can be caught right outside of the building.

This condo was a great place to gather our family together. We enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the two different balconies. The beach and water access was easy and wonderful. There were some convenient restaurants close by and the bus was easy to navigate when we wanted to explore. Our only complaint would be the road noise. For the bedroom facing the lagoon, it was a little hard to get to sleep.

This is a such a beautiful place if you want a change from resorts or need more rooms for your money. The views are beautiful. The pool and beach are right in front of you. Ivette was easy to message if you have any concerns. We loved our stay and would definitely rebook.

Ivette was extremely responsive and her on site manager Fidela was so sweet! She was available for anything we needed. Our flight wasn’t until 7 pm and she let us store our luggage on our last day as well. The place is beautiful and great location next to the beach and pool! Overall great stay for our first time in Cancun!

Great place

Ivette's place was very clean, comfortable, and secure. She is very responsive and gave great recommendations. The third floor balcony views were beautiful especially watching the sunset! The master bedroom shower was one of the best showers ive had at an airbnb with very hot water! It was very nice to have cold bottle water during our entire stay, with some great snacks! Overall loved Ivettes place, pool, beach, and Cancun! Locals are very nice too!

The perfect condominium for our family’s week in Cancun! Clean and beautiful and perfectly situated between the Caribbean Sea and the sound! The water views were amazing! Every day I walked for miles on the beach and also enjoyed the umbrellas by the pool. Ivette, our host, was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

I don't know where to start sharing everything we loved, but definitely, Ivette is the best host we've ever had and we use Airbnb a lot. There was no shortage of details in the accommodation; they had the attention to have everything new: cleaning and cleaning products, games, toys, food, amenities, etc. Nothing was needed, as Ivette was always a step forward, making sure we had everything we needed. The extra cleanliness, everything was sparkling clean. Doña Fidelia is very friendly, and she recommended the best fishmongers we've eaten! The condominiums are very quiet, the sea and the sand are wonderful, the pool is warm and very clean! Thank you very much for both of you for an unforgettable vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Cancun. Our host Ivette was great. She was quickly and easily accessible and frequently inquired if we had any needs during our trip. Doña Fidelia, our on site contact was also wonderful checking in to see if we needed anything. We were a group of 6 adults. The condo was aesthetically pleasing. We were all very comfortable in this well equipped condo that offered spectacular views. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was great! Everything was spotless upon arrival.There was beautiful flowers and sparkling wine when we got there… very thoughtful. Ivette responded on everything I asked and was very informative. There were an abundance of towels we never ran out. The kitchen was full of utensils and dishes and pots and pans to cook anything we wanted to. The pool was nice and the beach was very close. I would definitely recommend this place. The only con was the stairs to the bedrooms they were very narrow and a little steeps so if you can’t do stairs then I would not recommend. Overall a 9 out of 10 experience!!

I LOVEDDDDDDDDD Ivette's airbnb! It looked BETTER than the photos! It was very clean, had everything we needed. The view was beautiful, it had an amazing view from every room! Close to a lot of restaurants. Great wifi. Responded everytime I needed her. Sent help when needed immediately. She’s amazing 1000000/10 will definitely be staying here again!

Ivette’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The 3rd floor loft with its two decks one with view of lagoon and the other of the ocean was breathtaking. A total of 3 decks and everyone room with a view was a plus, plus! She has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for dining in. The small kiddie pool was an added bonus for our littles. The on-site bodega was convenient for snacks. We enjoyed our family spring vacation!

Ivette, the host, was always very attentive, very kind and very accessible. She even contacted us to clarify questions regarding the shower in a bathroom and the next day I sent the maintenance room first thing. As for the apartment, very nice, the accommodation is very comfortable, very comfortable, spacious, incredible VIEWS, 360 degrees of views of the sea and lagoon, I recommend no more than 6 people for greater comfort. The apartment is completely remodeled, very well-equipped, with everything you need.

We had such a nice family vacation at Ivette’s place. This was the first time we AirBNB’d it internationally. We took comfort in the fact that her condo was exactly as described and that getting around town was as easy as other visitors had mentioned. We’ve been to Cancun a handful of times, always staying in all-inclusive resorts, never really experiencing the city. This vacation was truly a unique experience for all of us. We would absolutely do it again.

Beautiful condo with breathtaking views of the bayside and the ocean side. Bus stop nearby where you can take the train up and down the Hotel Zone for $1. Great pool near to the ocean. My wife and kids loved this place. It was difficult to leave. Would like to stay here again in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay with Ivette. She and her team made sure that we were taken care of. It really meant a lot as we all were there to celebrate the bride to be, my sister. The penthouse was very clean and very beautiful. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. Here some things I really liked: 1. We arrived at the Airbnb earlier than expected. We requested to check-in earlier. Ivette and Ms. Fidelia were very accommodating. They were able to get the penthouse prepared for us shortly after arriving. 2. The penthouse had fresh drinking water from a water cooler. This was an amenity we definitely enjoyed. It was more than enough for 8 guests. 3. Ivette welcomed us with 2 bottles of Moscato to celebrate our arrival, The Bride Squad and the Bride to Be. She didn't have to do that. That was very thoughtful of her. 4. We were right off the Hotel Zone strip so we took full advantage of riding the bus for $1! That was great. Transportation wasn't an issue at all especially since we stayed in Hotel Zone. 5. We had access to the beach from the property which was better than taking the bus further down to the beach with the Cancun sign in the front. It was way more people further down the beach than at the property. We much preferred being at the property! 6. We ate at Navios twice for lunch, Taboo Restaurant for dinner, and Chambao for dinner. All easily accessible using public transit. 7. We had a private chef come to the penthouse to prepare a meal for us as well. I would have preferred doing this for two days than eating out at another restaurant because we had a lot of food left over after dinner and spent way less money! I definitely would stay at another property of Ivette's because she was absolutely the best and really knows how to make her guests feel welcomed and oh so very special!

Our stay was better than expected! The views are breath taking. The beds are heaven. Host was so thoughtful and left a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday. The kids enjoyed the pool and beach access.

We loved our stay with this host. It was right on the beach. The place was three stories. The views were excellent and the price reasonable. We felt very much at home. The condo is close to the hotel zone, many restaurants, and nightlife. The host provided really kind touches like a bottle of wine and snacks and waters in the fridge. After a long day of traveling, it was an especially nice touch. Communication was great. The only issue we had was the elevator was broken so my family had to go up four flights of stairs with luggage and anytime we went anywhere. It was nonetheless a great stay. Would recommend this host.

Staying at this beachy apartment in Cancun was absolutely amazing. It was 15 mins from the airport and along the hotel zone so we were able to catch the bus everywhere. There were pretty much 360 views of the beach in every room and the air conditioning worked great. Ivette also responded very quickly whenever I had a question about Cancun or needed food recommendations. She even let us drop our luggage with Mrs Fidelia because our flights landed before check in time. She truly went above and beyond!

We enjoyed our Spring Break in Cancun. The ocean was absolutely beautiful & we went swimming & walked along the beach everyday. Ivette’s place looked just as it does in the photos. The unit was lovely. Ivette was kind enough to let us check in early after a red eye to Cancun. She had ample bottled water waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Check-in was very easy. We rented a car from the airport & grabbed groceries at Soriana which was less than 10 min away. The bus takes you there as well. When waves were too big for us at Ivette’s, we walked 10 minutes towards Club Med/Punta Nizuc. There is a little hut where you can rent snorkeling gear inexpensively. It’s not well marked & looks like it’s part of Club Med but it’s not. Dinner at Navíos is a must if you like seafood & an amazing view. A quaint little fishing town called Porto Morelos was 30 min away by car & Playa del Carmen 30 min further. (1 hour away) This unit is in a residential condo complex which was mostly Mexican nationals and quiet, not a big party scene. There are several vacation rentals available at this property if you want to go with several families, but hands down Ivette’s was the nicest by a long shot. Air conditioning worked well & views were amazing. I also loved spending time on the balcony off the kitchen. The roof top balconies face the ocean on one side and the lagoon on the other. I spent a week researching properties on Airbnb and Ivette’s is exactly what we were looking for. If you’re lucky enough to go to Cancun, I recommend this place 100% even though the exterior of the complex could use a little TLC.

As an Airbnb host since 2012 myself, this property exceeded our expectations. Ivette was super responsive with our endless questions. Due to a number of extreme food sensitivities and allergies we need a well-equipped kitchen as we tend to cook most of our own meals when we travel and this was exemplary. The views were superb even on the street side, and the location was away from the 'crazy-town' part of Cancun which makes up the other end of the island. The complex itself was clean and well cared for despite the salt-water environment, and despite the language barrier the staff around were friendly and we felt safe. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us to cancun again.

Awesome stay. Ivette did everything to make our holiday relaxing. In case of any problems the host reacted fast and efficient. The views are spectacular, the pool is never crowded, so is the beach. Quiet part of Cancun. Plenty of towels, drinking water, welcome wine and much more. Strong wifi everywhere. Recommended.

Comfortable apartment in front of the beach with everything you need. The apartment is only the building deteriorated on the outside and the elevator sometimes does not work properly or it takes a long time, aspects that could be improved the cleaning cost is very high 150usd of alli in the outside. Everything was very good Ivette always available and attentive.

Ivette's home is the perfect way to experience the heart of Cancun without having to deal with the crowds and bustle of the Hotel Zone. We wanted a semi isolated area that also had the white sand beaches and this was exactly it. There are 3 restaurants very close that are excellent and a convenience store. Otherwise, you'll need groceries or transport to get to the restaurants further away. There are perfect views of the ocean and the bay that we enjoyed for relaxing and at sunset. The pool at the complex is very nice and the entire complex is beachfront. We enjoyed our time here very much!

Ivette’s place was inviting. We loved the 360 ocean view, different seating area throughout the condo. Loved convenience from airport, to the beach and pool. Bed was very comfortable and place was extremely clean. She checked on us from time to time to make sure we were comfortable. She was thoughtful to gift us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Place centrally located to downtown Cancun restaurants- recommend Casa Tequila (plant-based options). We would definitely stay again.

I love staying in this apartment, super comfortable and beautiful with beautiful views of the sea and the Lagoon. The location is accessible and close to everything: clubs, restaurants, shops, the beach, etc. Mrs. Ofelia helped us with what we needed and was super attentive to our questions, we never missed anything. I highly recommend it for your vacation in Cancun!

It's a delight to arrive at this apartment. Everything very clean and organized , everything in order besides snacks, amenities , wine and the basics , all with generosity. The views are beautiful . The condominium although older is very well taken care of and everyone is very kind and solicitous.

The apartment was lovely and Ivette was so hospitable. The apt complex itself was a bit underdeveloped and is a 3 star hotel… didn’t feel super comfortable there but once inside the condo it was such a gem

We had a spectacular stay in Ivette’s home. The villa was stunning, spacious, comforting, and spotless - perfect for the week long stay I had with three of my friends. Ivette is such an amazing host that provides instantaneous response times throughout the entire process. The security within the gated community were very kind to us and made us feel safe. We also rented a car and loved that we had access to the private parking. We highly recommend this airbnb would definitely stay here again!

Ivette is an extraordinary host, very kind and super responsive to all big and small needs. We really enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, spacious, in a great location. Ivette had thought of all the little things one might need for a comfortable stay especially with kids. We did yoga at the terrace among the ocean sounds and pleasant winds. Kids had a great time at the pool. Access to the beach was very easy and we went out for walks almost everyday at the beach.

This place is AWESOME! The pictures didn't really sell how great the location is on the beach. The beach is open ocean so it has nice waves. It is for me the best location so as to have a relaxing private vacation on a private beach with lifeguard. The lifeguard actually let us use masks and told us about a place to go walking distance to snorkel. It was a good 30 minute walk along the beach but awesome. The views from the balconies and top deck are amazing. Sunrise on the gulf side and sunset on the bay side. Amazing breezes. Totally felt I was getting healed from all the stress we carry day in and day out from our normal life. We will be back!

Everything was just as clean and beautiful as the pictures! What you don't realize with the pictures is that you literally can hear the ocean waves from the condo! And you the views off the front balcony are of the ocean, and the back balcony are of the bay. So serene and beautiful! Ivette is so kind and helpful, she was always quick to reply to any questions.

This place was great! Nice views on both sides. Perfect access to the beach. It was clean, neat and organized. Ivette is a great host !! We were very satisfied. The location is very good, the beach is beautiful, of course we all know about the problem of sargazo that not only happens in Cancun, also throughout the Caribbean. The rooms are very comfortable and beautiful, the main one overlooking the sea, the kitchen has all the amenities, have beach chairs, tables for children, everything very complete and more. On the third floor they have two beautiful terraces one with ocean views and one on the Lagoon. In short, a very well located place, clean, nice and 100% recommended.

This place was super cute! It was clean and comfortable. Walking up I had no idea how it could possible be 3 stories but I ended up being pleasantly surprised! The only issue we had was the water temperature going out very quick but as soon as I reached out to Ivette, she had somebody at the apartment fixing it within minutes. Actually, any minor issue I had, she was extremely responsive, and friendly. We accidentally locked one of the bathroom doors and again, within minutes Ivette instructed me on where to find a spare key (I mean, can you say prepared?) ...overall a great stay and great host. Thanks Ivette!!!!

This place was so BEAUTIFUL and clean. The views were amazing. We had minor ant problems, but Ivette sent someone right away. This place is Minutes away from the airport and the downtown area.

The condominium is very nice, clean, very well decorated and equipped and the views are incredible. From the front windows you see the sea and from the back, the entire lagoon. Ivette's attention is excellent, answering our questions and being available to our stay at any time. Mrs. Fide, who welcomes you, is also very helpful and nice and willing to help with whatever you need. The guards at the parking lot are equally friendly. It was an amazing experience and I'm sure I wanted to stay there again in the future. 100% recommended.

Awesome place to stay and enjoy sunshine, sandy beach and private sunbathing in the top floor. Would definitely recommend.
