I cannot say enough about this place and our hosts!! I planned a surprise 50th birthday trip for my sister with our daughters. From the moment I inquired about this property Erika was QUICKLY responsive. I wanted to do as much as we could while we were there so I wanted our groceries pre stocked and our transportation from the airport to be stress free. Erika and her team went ABOVE and BEYOND. Our driver quickly found us and brought us to this gorgeous property. When we arrived we checked in with security which made us feel safe. Fide was awaiting our arrival and showed us upstairs giving us an overview of the layout, showing us the groceries she’d stocked for us and even singing happy birthday to my sister. Every single thing I asked for Erika was there… beach yoga, private chef, shopping recommendations… she quickly responded and was so helpful! traveling away from your home county and to a place you don’t speak the language can feel intimidating but not with these hosts! 🫶🏻

Loved this place. Very peaceful and staff were welcoming and helpful if needed. Beach was right in front of you, did not have to walk far. Views from the balcony were breathtaking. The hosts were quick to respond and friendly and checking in to make sure everything was going well. Will definitely come back again! Thank you.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Leticia was an amazing host from beginning to end. Communication was excellent, and she responded quickly to every question or issue we had, making sure everything was taken care of right away. She went above and beyond to make our trip special by decorating the condo and surprising my wife with a beautiful birthday cake for her birthday. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to our family and made our vacation unforgettable. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described, with an incredible ocean view. Everything very nice and recommended

Ivette and her team is very polite and are always available to help and give you a response. The apartment itself is wonderful and exactly as you see in the pictures. AC works great, good beds and spaces are clean. Don’t really know about the pools and staff there since we were only on the beach or the apartment but definitely would recommend this great apartment!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was clean and well kept and as described in the photos. The host Erica checked on us every couple days and was very responsive if we had any questions or needed recommendations. The views of the ocean and lagoon were beautiful and it was very close to the beach. The security and safety of the buildings was very good as well. The little restaurant on-site was super convenient and had great food and recommendations. Overall everyone was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to visiting again.

We stayed for a couple's get-away with friends. The location was very convenient. Ivette was very responsive to our questions during our stay. The grocery store across the street was a great bonus so we could get the necessities to eat in some of the time.

The accommodation is very good, Ivet is a very friendly person, the cleanliness is excellent, the service is very good, with my family we felt at home. From already very thankful for everything. Highly recommended.

Our stay was wonderful and they were very responsive to my messages. They have security that watches closely making you feel safe. Had a problem with the AC in the living room and was fixed in a timely manner even though I said we didn’t need it (It wasn’t too hot as we were out most the time during the day). The washer did not work but had Elizabeth there to do laundry when we needed it done. They were wonderful hosts and would stay again with them. The hotel next door was easy to rent a car from!! Everyone was friendly! Buses easy to navigate the hotel zone. We rented car for a day to see cenotes and Playa Del Carmen!

Ivette’s place was great! Lots of wonderful details & welcoming features. We spent Christmas there and there were several games specifically around the holidays & specifically for families. It was lovely. There were also a number of treats around the home that made our grandkids feel special. They knew we had a little one and set up a pack and play in advance of our arrival, which was a very nice gesture. Fidelia was incredible! So kind and always had great recommendations. She was even able to get us some delicious Cocinita Pibil & the freshest tortillas ever! And of course, the views. On the third floor, you can see the ocean & beautiful sunrise in the mornings & then in the back you can see the lagoon the airport & the beautiful sunset. Spectacular. Everyone serving the property is very nice. The small store was convenient in a pinch. The space is nicely decorated. It is very well appointed with all you need to cook, toiletries, towels, beach toys, etc. Highly recommend

I cannot describe the beauty of the condo, gorgeous views right outside the living room and the bedrooms. The condo itself was very clean, well maintained with thoughtful touches through out. Beds are super comfortable, well stocked kitchen with all the basic cooking items. Walkable to groceries and restaurants. Well worth the money compared to all inclusive resort. We'll be back again next year!!

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Cancún! The place is bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, with modern decor and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the views from the balcony were amazing. The location is excellent—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still quiet and relaxing. The building amenities, especially the pool and common areas, were well maintained and very enjoyable. The host was friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the perfect place to enjoy Cancún!

This was our first time trying out an Airbnb in Cancun. We wanted to have the flexibility of exploring town and not be tied to a hotel. From the beginning the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. When we arrived Fide received us and it felt like I had known her for years. She is truly a wonderful person. The condominiums are older but it does seem that they work hard to maintain them. The condo accommodated our family perfectly. We had ordered groceries prior to our arrival and everything was there. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing place where you will receive excellent service, this is THE place.

I e stayed at a lot of hotels and I have never been given better attention. This place is a stones throw from a gorgeous whit sand beach and minutes from world class restaurants. Our family came here to dive and enjoy beautiful Cancun. We did both. If you don’t want to eat out, the kitchen has everything you need for a nice meal. Thanks for the great stay!

Very spacious with everything we needed to cook our own meals. 3 pools in the complex, 2 calm family ones and 1 main one. Also right on the beach and near lots or stores and restaurants. Would stay again!!

The place is just like the photos, the host was always attentive since we arrived at the airport, the view is impressive at dawn, everything was super clean, the beds impeccable and spacious for a family of 4. On the day of check-out we got lost and I help us by easing the check-out time a few minutes. We will definitely be back.

We spent six days at Villas Marlin. All was as described - so nice to be able to wake up to a fabulous view!! Squeaky clean and with all the necessary amenities. Hosts were very responsive to my question about setting up the TV. Great to have a supermarket so close. Would certainly return.

I’m a fairly frequent Airbnb customer, and I’ve never come across a friendlier, more responsive host than Ivette. Questions were answered almost instantaneously. She sent a bottle of sparkling wine for a birthday toast. And she extended our checkout time a little to better align with our flight. If there were more than five stars, she’d deserve them. The condo’s setting is stunning with views of the Caribbean and the Lagoon. Nice amenities onsite—pool, small restaurant. Probably best to rent a car, but we managed without one.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful time we had while staying at this Airbnb! Ivette, Elizabeth, and Erika were super responsive. They left clear instructions that answered any question we could possibly think of! The place was squeaky clean and the view was incredible! The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms were clean and perfect. I really can’t recommend this place or host enough. I honestly can’t wait to come back and stay again. The location is phenomenal and everything in the Airbnb just made for such a comfortable stay. Thank you again for being such wonderful hosts! I’ll be back!

Absolutely loved staying here with our family. The location was great! Amazing spot right on the beach. Hosts were very responsive all the time and very helpful with everything we needed. My wife and I had been a little worried with this being our first trip to Cancun with our daughters, but the condo location was very clean and very safe, with full time security and an amazing pool for the kids. Access to the beach and easy to get anywhere we needed on the bus. We are hoping to come back here for sure! I was trying to convince my wife that we should stay longer, but after a week in the sun and waves it was time to get home.

We really enjoyed our five nights at this condo. We normally stay at Live Aqua all inclusive resort but I needed a separate workspace and a simple resort room wouldn’t do. This had two stories and I was able to work great out of the lower level bedroom. The internet speeds were perfect! The only negative I might say is the facilities like the pool and bar are outdated and need maintenance so if you are looking for something fancy, you might not love it here. But the condo itself was well kept and clean. Also, the communication and support was perfect and we really appreciate it. They even were flexible with our checking and checkout time and with AirBNB that is rare! In short, it’s a great place to call home if you are looking for a lot of space, great restaurants and stores close by. If you consider yourself a “high end” traveler, it might not be for you. But for my wife and I, it absolutely met our expectations. The value matched the price.

We lived in this place for several days. Very convenient location. Great ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable. Looks exactly like the photos. The host is very proactive in communication and very responsive to our questions. We really enjoyed the stay there!

Beautiful condo and location. It is convenient to stores, restaurants etc…

The place looks just as the pictures. The location is on the southern end of the peninsula and an excellent place to watch the pelicans diving for fish. The sea conditions were a little rough for swimming while we were there: 1 day swimmable out of 5. Kevin’s food was high quality: I learned that Arron is a Cordon Bleau chef trained in Chicago. Daniele has worked at many high end hotels and is a solid person to ask about trips, car rentals, etc. The swimming pool is relatively quiet. We enjoyed the apartment, the comfy beds, its incredible views, facilities and had great, responsive reaction for minor issues. Would definitely visit again.

Ivette was super responsive and would even check in to make sure everything was working well for us. The pictures are just a tiny bit outdated but the place and views were still beautiful. Fidelia was also very sweet and responsive whenever we had a question. The beach and pool were easily accessible, just a 1 to 2 minute walk across the lot. There is also a little store right by the pool that we went to everyday. Any essential item you need (I.e. sunscreen, lotion, feminine products, etc.) can be found there, as well as snacks, food to cook, and more. The store even offers takeout or they can deliver to the pool or your condo. The location of the condos is toward the bottom of the strip. About 10-15 minute drive up the strip has all the fun. Our stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Everyone we met working at the condos (from security, to Fidelia, to the store employees) were so kind and welcoming. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

We traveled as a family of 6 and this place was perfect for us. Everything was as it was described. Great access to the beach and pools. Beautiful views from the living room and bedrooms! It’s within walking distance from Soriana (grocery store) which is handy. There are good restaurants in the area as well. Ivette, Elizabeth, and hosts were very nice and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 8 were happy to find this place, if you're looking for a spacious, clean place with nice spaces, it's here! It has 3 large pools, a small bar that serves all day, the sea is beautiful and safe, crossing the street you find many restaurants and squares with attractions, our hosts were always aware that we did not lack anything, the best, in the middle of the week they made us deep cleaning at no cost. Thank you very much for everything!

This is a beautiful place, with lovely hosts. The views are superb and the beach is very accessible. It was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Ivette is a great host with a great sense of hospitality. I have traveled for several years by airbandb, always with very good experiences, but Ivette is superior. Her assistant Fidelina is a sweetheart and always attentive and available. The condominium has everything you need and more than other airbandb (blender, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, microwave, steam iron, traditional iron, medicine cabinet, dryers, etc.) Your kitchen has everything you need for cooking, spices, salt, pepper, teas, sugar, water bottles, etc. We were surprised by your welcome with botanites, Perrier water in the refrigerator, and bottled water. I liked that it has sufficient towels and of very good quality for guests and that is especially appreciated in a beach destination. My daughter's flight with her husband and in-laws was going out at night and very kindly allowed them to stay until 6 pm which was great for them. I would definitely stay with Ivette again on another trip to Cancun.

Amazing condo, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were epic, both on the lagoon side and the ocean side. There are views from every room. There are upstairs patios both on the lagoon and ocean side, and a patio downstairs with a great view of the lagoon. The front windows downstairs have an ocean view, and the master has a great ocean view as well. Air conditioners worked great. The beach was super close and gorgeous. The little store on the property was also convenient to buy snacks and pizza. Ivette was extremely responsive and friendly. Also, just FYI, there is a laundry service by the tennis courts, downstairs, and it’s pretty inexpensive, they charged 100 pesos or around $6 for for 3 kilos of laundry. They got it done by the end of the day, it was nice for some end of trip things we needed to wash. Overall everyone loved Ivette’s place!!

Ivette was a wonderful host! She had great communication before and during our stay. We loved the thoughtful little snacks through out the condo, plenty of towels and fully equipped kitchen. We would definitely return to this beach oasis!

Mom, Dad, and 16yo girl in our family....had an amazing time - perfect for us with a ton of room to spare. Super clean, great amenities, comfy beds, very responsive host, and all descriptions were very accurate....no surprises and completely satisfied and beyond in choosing Ivette's condo. Great views on BOTH sides of the condo - sunsets on the west side were gorgeous and waking up to the ocean on the east side with balconies both places was really neat. Easy, quick walk to the beach and great pool location with a ton of shade was a fantastic surprise. Local cafe inside of the condo (next to the pool) was also a bonus - great locals running the place and had terrific local snacks and food. We made a great choice and appreciate everything Ivette did to make our trip memorable.

The welcome and approach from Elizabeth the local host was excellent. Views unbeatable. Sea wild but amazing. Great place to spend a few days and would gladly return. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. We also hopped on the local bus which was fast and fun. Fully met expectations. Try it. You won’t be disappointed. One note of caution (totally outside of hosts control) was the rude and aggressive cigar smoking guy who is a fixture by the pool. Avoid at all costs.

Ivette was an excellent host who offers a spacious & very clean condo at a beach complex. There was security at the gate at all times, and at the pool in the evenings. You do not need a car, as the bus can be caught right outside of the building.

My family had a wonderful vacation at this place. The place has a great ocean view and is very cozy, clean, and matched as described. There are many great restaurants nearby and supermarkets as well. The public transportation was very convenient, so easy to use, cheap, and safe. The staff at the apartment was so kind and nice. Highly recommend it for a family trip.

Great view and location paying for the view. Go to Walmart to buy groceries, the mall across the street is bare and overpriced. There is a great taco stand within walking distance.

This condo was a great place to gather our family together. We enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the two different balconies. The beach and water access was easy and wonderful. There were some convenient restaurants close by and the bus was easy to navigate when we wanted to explore. Our only complaint would be the road noise. For the bedroom facing the lagoon, it was a little hard to get to sleep.

The location was perfect; right on the beach, right beside a grocery store and bus stop. I felt safe taking a bus almost anywhere I wanted to go. Ample towels and bedding.

This is a such a beautiful place if you want a change from resorts or need more rooms for your money. The views are beautiful. The pool and beach are right in front of you. Ivette was easy to message if you have any concerns. We loved our stay and would definitely rebook.

Our flight wasn’t until 7 pm and she let us store our luggage on our last day as well. The place is beautiful and great location next to the beach and pool! The apartment was exactly as described. The view was amazing. The house was pristinely clean and we really appreciated the quick response by staff. It was our first time in Cancun and it was the perfect location and the beach was not crowded. Elizabeth was so helpful with our checkin and very responsive to my questions. Great location. Great swimming pool and beach right downstairs. Shopping mall with a good supermarket right across the street. The full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer perfectly fit our family's lifestyle. Perfect experience!

Beautiful. Everything we love it

Ivette's place was very clean, comfortable, and secure. She is very responsive and gave great recommendations. The third floor balcony views were beautiful especially watching the sunset! The master bedroom shower was one of the best showers ive had at an airbnb with very hot water! It was very nice to have cold bottle water during our entire stay, with some great snacks! Overall loved Ivettes place, pool, beach, and Cancun! Locals are very nice too!

My husband and I stayed at this apartment for eight nights, and we definitely recommend it. A+. Elizabeth was our host for the stay, and she was EXCELLENT. She was very quick in replying, very friendly, and very attentive. The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is very clean, and the towels are very soft. For those who like to cook their own meals, the kitchen was wonderful, it had everything you could need. Lots of dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots and pans. Wonderful balconies with beautiful views of the ocean and wonderful evening breezes. It has a washer and dryer that work great. The location was also perfect, not in the middle of the craziness, but within walking distance to the beach, convenience store, grocery store, drug store, and restaurants. There is a small mall right in front of the apartment and a larger mall about a 15-minute walk. We definitely will book this apartment again. We are in love with the apartment, it really is as shown in the photos!! The hostess was helpful at all times. The complex was very nice,the pools were clean,the safety was incredibly comfortable,it was like being at home. Something to accommodate the air in the room ppl does not cool and the smart ones should place roku as the one in the room ppl,surely they do it because the owner is super friendly and accessible. I would honestly recommend it and come back!! Toooodo beautiful!

Beautiful condo with amazing views. Location was great, across the street was a hospital, grocery store, firefighters and a police station. We felt very safe and all the staff was very friendly. The pool was good size with plenty of room for everyone, we could bringer own food and drinks and guards were really enforcing the pool rules. Easy access to the beach with showers available. Stove was a little tricky to turn on but we managed and the TV remote in main living we never got it to work despite getting new batteries. We asked for help but we never heard back in regards of the remote. No major issue with that since we were out most of the time. Other than that we had a great time and we would definitely love to go back.

The perfect condominium for our family’s week in Cancun! Clean and beautiful and perfectly situated between the Caribbean Sea and the sound! The water views were amazing! Every day I walked for miles on the beach and also enjoyed the umbrellas by the pool. Ivette, our host, was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience!
