Everything was perfect. Rafael and all his staff are first-class people. I had the opportunity to propose to my girlfriend in this house and it was an unforgettable experience.

Spending Christmas in this house was a truly magical experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a breathtaking lake view. The location is simply spectacular, offering a serene landscape that is perfectly complemented by the festive spirit. The house itself is a dream come true. The spaces are spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and elegant atmosphere. Every corner of the house is designed with attention to detail, which makes you feel at home away from home. The living room, with its fireplace, was the perfect place to gather on cold nights and share Christmas stories. The pool is definitely one of the highlights. Although it was winter, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy a relaxing dip while admiring the scenery.

Rafael's place is amazing. I'm used to come to Valle de Bravo but this is by far the most stunning view you can have of the lake and the mountains. The service was great, we had everything we needed. Ansing experience overall!

The place is so beautiful, looks way more better for real than the pictures, we had so much fun at every space of the house course has many beautiful spots for enjoy like the fire place , the waterfall , the terrace , garden area is big enough for do everything you want and the swimming pool and hot tub was wonderful. Everything about this stay was absolutely SPECTACULAR. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing. All of the amenities, including pool and jacuzzi, kitchen, grill, fire pit etc, were clean and ready to be used. The house staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend 10000%. Cant wait to go back.

House with an unbeatable location, spectacular views, safe subdivision and with a very nice urbanization, very comfortable since it has well planned accesses to the social areas. Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Our experience was better than expected, and we had high expectations! Communication with Rafael were perfect, and Alfredo and Monica treated us right during the week. We did yoga on the lawn each afternoon, and New Year's eve fireworks were incredible. Thanks so much for a great week.

The house is spacious, the photos match reality and the view is spectacular. All the rooms have windows that allow you to observe the beauty of the outdoors, the beds are comfortable. We liked that everything was perfectly clean and accommodated, the service from Diana, Monica and Alfredo made our stay perfect.

The house is absolutely spectacular. The view is just as advertised and the home is very open and airy with so many beautiful outdoor spaces. The decor is just what we would expect with so many areas to relax and enjoy the view. Alfredo, Diana and Monica were terrific and very helpful throughout our stay. We will be back in October!

The house is very beautiful, the view is amazing. It is not recommended in the rainy season since it rains after 3 am and does not stop raining. In general, everything was very good!

The house really has an incredible view of the lake and very kind, hospitable staff. The variety of the expansive outdoor spaces is definitely a highlight. Rafael was very responsive and helpful with any questions.
