Karla was very responsive and flexible. She set up a handy man that met us at check in and brought us straight to the property and gave us a really good run down if the place. Pictures did not do this house any justice, absolutely beautiful.

Amazing stay for a large group! The home is very spacious. Loved the pool area with the inside/outside speaker setup. A/C was ice cold throughout the house. Best part was every room had their own bathroom! Will stay again, thank you Karla!

Everything was fine

This was an amazing place! I was looking for a nice place for a quick family get away, and this placed checked all the boxes and then some. The indoor and outdoor space was perfect.

Karla was extremely helpful. There was some confusion with security at the front entrance but she took the time to call and clarify everything so i could go as smooth as possible. I rented 2 airbnbs around the area. Karla and another owner. I wish I would’ve stayed on both of the karla properties. Im taking my time to share she was excellent because of my other horrible experience with w different owner. Every AIRBNB host should be like karla. Not otherwise. Thank you

This property was absolutely stunning! With 6 bedrooms and 9 full bathrooms, this is the perfect property for a large group! Karla was an outstanding host. In fact, she was the most responsive host we’ve ever had! We had 2 minor issues during our stay. When we texted her, she responded within a couple of minutes, and had the issues resolved incredibly quickly. The amazing property and Karla’s proactivity helped make this a very memorable vacation for my family group of 13!

This home is truly even more beautiful than the pictures! We enjoyed every room and enjoyable space from warm pool, lovely outdoor decks, and beautiful indoor spaces. The large kitchen and dining table was fantastic for our family trip! We would definitely go back again.

The place is as advertised, it's our second time in this house and both Karla the host and Luis the house-keeper were prompt to help us with anything we needed.

Impeccable facilities, great location, exceptional service, exceeded our expectations by 1,000%. Without a doubt, it would be the place where I would always stay in Peñasco.

The house is very nice and very spacious, we stayed as a group of 16 people (9 adults and 5 children) and there was enough space for everyone, one of the rooms is in the patio and fully equipped, which was a plus for us because part of the group was looking for a little privacy. We really enjoyed the pool, the terraces are great. In general, it is an excellent option to stay, the only bad point is that the complex's beach is not beautiful, we drove about 20 minutes to Playa Hermosa.

The house is very nice, just like the photographs, spacious and comfortable for large groups. The area is quite and private. The patio is well equipped for relaxing, eating outside and enjoying. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious. The kitchen is ideal for a large group who want to cook as there is plenty of space. The amenities of the clubhouse are very good, we enjoyed kayaking and being in the club pool. There were some details in the house that were resolved by the hosts, the only thing I could add that was not to our liking was that the drains of the bathrooms upstairs gave off an unpleasant smell and the kitchen utensils (pans, cutting boards, plates) are quite worn and should be replaced. I would definitely recommend the property for a group that wants to enjoy the house!

This is our second year coming here is always a great stay, karla is super helpful and accomodating, Luis has agreat a attitude and also really helpful. Super relaxing and enjoyable with the family.

Very beautiful and communicative

All of our family members enjoyed a peaceful and private experience as everyone had their private rooms with their own restrooms that madd it very convenient for all and also private pool with a whole lot to do at the house in your own private space and many hangouts in property with out the need to get out of there. Also a great community pool with bar and a great restaurant with a great variety of food that we all enjoyed from appetizers all the way to tomahawk steaks pork belly and shrimp in many forms for you to choose from would not hesitate to stay there as many time i have to return to rocky point since in my case there was really no need to leave the property other that to buy our cookout meats and pastries or you can just order food from the restaurant in the community there and host and many place do deliver many types of foods like wood fire pizza and much more definitely a no brainer for a big family that wants to have private and all the pool and house to them self’s

First off what an incredibly beautiful home. I was awestruck when I walked in and saw the massive beautifully decorated interior. There were 12 of us and this place still felt big enough to have our own spaces comfortably. My children loved the pool and no matter where we were there were eyes on them thanks to all the Acadia doors around the pool. There is also a rooftop gathering place where we sat and watched the sunset. Memories were made. Each room has a shower so nobody ever rushed to shower. There is just so much in this home that is aimed towards comfort for its guests. If I was forced to give one constructive feedback it is the beds could be a little uncomfortable from the springs but even so I slept just fine. I would recommend this place over and over for anyone visiting Puerto Peñasco and I will surely be back.

This was the perfect place for our group. Somehow it looks even better in person than the photos. Karla was an amazing host, very responsive with great recommendations and help - her host at the property, Luis, was also incredible. Great access to the beach, restaurant, gym, beach volleyball, and private pool! We would absolutely return! The area was very safe, with easy access into town. The resort also had a front desk which helped us organize taxis into town for 16. This place was the perfect combination of resort and airbnb holidaying. Thank you Karla!

It was a wonderful experience and we spent most of the time in the home there was something for everybody and we were sad to leave the home so soon.

A very nice place.

The pictures don’t do no justice this house is beautiful. Every room has a full bathroom. The rooms are all spacious. It was a total of 14 of us and we all slept great and comfortable. The ac is amazing it keeps the house nice in cold. Every room has its own ac you can custom to your liking. Everyone loved the house and we had a great time. I will definitely be staying here again if I go to puerto Peñasco.

Great for families pool was cleaned and beautiful lots of places to sit at from the pool or the roof with nice and comfortable chairs. Cant say enough of how great this stay was, shout out to luis for being accomodating and helpful, and also karla always answering our questions and concerns. 100 % recommended if looking for private and peaceful vacation.

It was nice to stay at beautiful home. My family and I loved the privacy and quiet area to spend together. All the rooms had their own bathroom which was amazing! The house was spotless! Big with enough space! The kids didn’t wanted to get out of the pool at all! They actually wanted to stay all week or even live there. This home was away from the malecón and clubs which was totally fine because we went to spend time with family not to party plus less noise. We did go to the malecón to walk around in the morning but other than that went back to the casita and spend it more of it there! Definitely would love to stay with my family again! Highly recommended!

The place is excellent, very spacious, has a lot of security so you will not have problems with anyone external to the private one. The pool has a good size and excellent temperature. It has everything you need to spend the weekend without having to go out, it has good spaces to cook both inside and outside the house.

This place is gorgeous and spotless! We booked this home to be with a few families and it was awesome everyone having their space and their own bathrooms. Luis was fantastic and super responsive. Casamigos is the best place to stay when visiting Puerto Penasco . The home is amazing and the pictures don’t do justice . The home is pristine and beautiful. A lot of space for the entire family (14 of us). Also, Loved that everyone had their own restroom. You can’t forget about Luis he was very attentive and always there when you needed him. We definitely will be staying here again .

The photos did not do this house justice! It was amazing! So comfortable for our large family. Every room it big and has its own both room. The back yard is so fun. You really never need to leave the house! 🥳 We felt so safe! Gated community with a fantastic restaurant and 2 min walk from the beach which had magnificent shells. We will definitely be back!! Side note…we love having Miguel check on us every day! He was awesome and such a kind person!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb house in Rocky Point! The house was clean and well-maintained. The highlight was definitely the private pool, which provided a refreshing escape from the warm sun. Plus, the short walk to the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beautiful shoreline. The location was perfect, and the host was accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway! I can't wait to return for another memorable stay.

Karla's place was better than described. i had some problems before reaching our destination and karla was very helpful and understanding hence helping our weekend outing to be a memorable one. Words and photos can’t even describe how beautiful this house is. Its design is beyond perfect. Every detail of the house was flawlessly thought. Decorations and ornaments were perfectly done. The place is pretty safe and calm. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen and living rooms were also cleansed and equipped. You really have to dedicate time to appreciate every detail of it. Besides the private pool, we had access to a lot of external activities and different swimming pools inside the residencial complex. Furthermore, we felt so welcomed by Karla. Her staff was always answering to my questions. That was everything my family and I were looking for even for a short stay. Wish we could’ve stay longer, but we will definitely come back.

A beautiful house with all the luxuries and amenities. It looks nice in the photos, but when you see it in person, it's much better. The host is always available, and they have a manager who helps you with whatever you need. I recommend it 100%. My family was fascinated.

The house is super nice, very cozy and at the same time very modern. The space is much larger than what you see in the photos. The fact that there are many bathrooms gives a feeling of a lot of privacy despite having 16 guests. The area is 15 minutes from Puerto Peñasco, which makes everything very quiet. But you have to consider taking everything or having to drive to go to a store or eat out. We were all very happy at the house, I think the value for money is very fair. We highly recommend this place for a vacation with family or friends. We would definitely come back.

Such an amaIng airbnb! We hosted or family reunion here and it was so relaxing. The house is greatly equipment with even the smallest things that wouldn’t come to mind when traveling. The house was very new and modern. Everything was decorated beautifully and all the bedrooms were well appointed. The rooms were large and spacious with their own bathrooms. The pool area is amazing and the rooftop decks were beautiful and provided a really nice place to hang out and have cocktails at night. The house has very high ceilings and is very open and airy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you will need during your stay. The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions I had. I have nothing bad to say about my stay and would highly recommend this property to any families or large groups .

Highly recommended!!! Don’t be fooled by the pictures, IT IS 1000 BETTER!! The entire house/ casita/ backyard/ heated pool/ grill/ rooftop/ EVERYTHING WAS ON POINT ! It is all we asked for ! We are very grateful to her and her team. My sister turned 18 the day we arrived and we asked her if she knew anyone who could decorate her bedroom with balloons and other decorations. The home was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures don’t show off how truly spacious it is. The beds were so comfy & we all wonder where the pillows are from, because everyone got a good nights rest. The sunsets from the roof top deck were awesome, some took the 3 minute walk to enjoy it on the beach.. Karla literally thought of everything, from the k-cups for the keurig to extra tide pods in the laundry area, the amenities were amazing! Definitely visit the resort pool with the swim-up bar, a less than 5 minute walk around the corner. There’s a small market at the entrance so there is no need to go into town if you forgot anything. We are planning our next trip to this home and will make it a full week next time 😊

Beautiful spacious home—

Karla’s home is beautiful and clean. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The kitchen is the greatest thing ever. Dinning table is the perfect size. The pools depth is great for adults and kids. Top patio is perfect for sunsets and sun bathing. The beach is 5mins away walking distance and even if the low tide is not the greatest thing about it, it still is a beautiful shore. Great experience staying in this beautiful Airbnb.

This home is impeccable. The attention to detail is like non other. So roomy with plenty of space for large families. The backyard is perfectly designed for entertainment. The staff is friendly. The security was very attentive and made us feel safe. We will definitely be back. The only con is that it is a bit far from town. But if you don’t mind the drive then it’s basically perfect!

This house was beautiful and the pictures don’t show how amazing it is. It is very spacious and the private pool was the best part. The house is in a more private area but the security is very good and there is a store,restaurant, another pool as part of the resort. Overall we loved the house and had an awesome time.
