Super cute and comfortable. I liked that each room has its own bathroom. Everything is very clean and very tidy. The butlers were super friendly and had a nice energy... Check-in was a bit difficult for us because we had low cars and it was complicated on the unpaved road. Everything else is very nice. I would go back again.

The house and the area are just like the published pictures. For those who are going, keep in mind that the last stretch of the road is very rough and low cars suffer a little, but you can get there if you take it easy.

This is a great place to retire for a couple of days and recharge with your beloved ones. Loved the rooms, amenities and the great lake-like reservoir just in front of the house. You have your own dock. Fishing and swimming is feasible. You have everything you need in order to cook, barbecue, heating, jacuzzi and even speakers in case music is due. All in all, I loved it. And would recommend it to anyone, both local and foreign. A note: you need to get your food, provisions and transportation sorted out before you get there. It’s away from the main avenues or streets. So buy food on the outskirts (Guatapé), and rent a car if you’re moving frequently to visit near. There are a lot of activities to do around (jetski, boat sailing, hiking, helicopter tours, etc).

Everything was very clean. Stephany was always attentive to messages. The place was faithful to the description and the pictures. The weather was a bit cold. We hardly enjoyed the pool, but the view was spectacular.

La Finca Bonita is the best place we have ever stayed at. Luis and Paola are amazing, the view is unbelievable, attractions are so easy, renting Kel skis and boat were super easy. We will be back!!!

Excellent place, very nice, very organized and very good service from the moment you make the reservation. The only thing is to avoid going in very low cars. But it's perfect for getting away from the city.

The weather, being "up" in Fredonia, is not as warm as we thought, but we enjoyed it anyway. The service from the butlers and the hostess was super attentive and willing to provide excellent service. The place is true to the photos, all the areas are very nice and comfortable, the house had everything you need, the rooms were very comfortable to rest, cable TV, the kitchen was very well equipped, the place was very clean and Sandra the kitchen assistant prepares a delicious meal and is very friendly. We were all very happy and will be happy to return.

Great place, with all the amenities, Amado the butler and his wife Doris, make the total difference versus similar properties in the region. The property is very comfortable, with fabulous views!

We thought it was a very nice place, very tidy and very clean! The weather 10/10, in addition to the fact that the service was very good, the only "difficult" thing is the unpaved road but it is a very short stretch and we were able to get there well, definitely a place to come back to! ☺️

Just spectacular!!! We wish we could have stayed longer and we will try to rent this place every time we come back to Guatape. The staff was super helpful, the food they cooked for us with our instructions was really good, they went to the store close by to buy things for us and gave us recommendations for wakeboarding.

A very spacious house, by the sea with a pool and charming social area. The beach is practically private as it is secluded from the village. The super comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The ladies who cook were very attentive to our family and they cook delicious food. Laura was very attentive to ensure that we were not missing anything and always resolved our concerns in a timely manner. I'd go back a thousand times to spend holidays with my family.

If you want a private and peaceful home with a large living space, look no further! We had a group of 5 staying very comfortably in this home. Direct access to the water. The house manager was able to get us jet ski's brought right to the dock! We also had 3 masseuses come in for in-home massages! All of these requests were fulfilled quickly and easily by the house manager! He and his wife were incredibly accommodating and his wife cooked us breakfast each morning! We were absolutely in heaven! We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

The place is quite spacious and comfortable, perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house in general was very clean and cozy. The only comment is that the road to get to the estate is uncovered and there are some large stones, so it is advisable to go by van, a car with several passengers barely pass by. Everything else is excellent.
