A great place to walk to downtown Tepoztlán!

My friends and I really enjoyed this stay. It's very central, clean and has everything you need to enjoy a weekend in Tepoztlán.

We loved the place; we only stayed one night, but it was totally worth it. It is a very cozy space. It's a place where you can go out and find anything you need for your stay, and the center of Tepoztlán is just one block away, so you can go for breakfast or visit some nice places. We never had any issues with the pool temperature or with the shower. Thank you, Sofía, for giving us the privacy and time we needed. I hope to stay at this place again at some point.

An excellent place. In my case, it was a family trip that turned out great. Perhaps the entrance is a bit narrow for large vans, but apart from that, the place, the bedrooms, and the cleanliness were all excellent.

The location is very central. Ideal for going for a walk and finding everything at hand. Without having to move by car. Despite being downtown, you can't hear the noise from outside. There is plenty of privacy. The pool water is delicious, because it is heated with solar panels🙌🏽. I would definitely come back.

We stayed as a family and it was a very good experience. The pool is warm and when we asked for a little more temperature for the babies, they turned on the boiler immediately. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only thing to consider is that the shower had low water pressure, but everything else worked perfectly. The kitchen and grill are super equipped and we were able to cook a lot. Sofia was always friendly and the location is ideal: you can walk downtown in minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at Sofia's house was wonderful. The house is even nicer and cozier than the photos show. It's impeccable and has everything you need to spend a weekend —or more— in Tepoztlán. It was a pleasant surprise to see that the house has a small library with good books and that in the kitchen there were not only things like salt and oil, but also tea and coffee, for example. The garden and pool area has a beautiful and very comfortable room, and the pool, with solar heater, is very enjoyable. In addition, the location is unbeatable: very close to downtown, but on a quiet street. Finally, the hosts were always attentive to us and responded very quickly to all my questions. We will definitely return to Sofia's house when we return to Tepoztlán as a group.

Beautiful big house in the center. Very nice outdoor area with a pool and lounge are. The house is not super new but welk maintained and clean. The small room with the two single beds is on the 3rd floor and can get really hot because of the big windows, so might not be usable. Overall it was a great experience :)

Very cozy house, impeccable cleanliness. The pool has a pleasant temperature. Everything you need for a family stay. Sofia is very attentive. My stay was very pleasant!!!

Sofia was very helpful and responsive, her place is matching the description. Her place is quite unique, little oasis nested in the middle of Tepoztlán. We stayed there with 3 children and 5 adults, plenty of space for us all. The swimming pool was a hit with the children! If we ever stay in Tepoztlán again, we will stay there again!

Wow! What a beautiful space!! A huge home with large and spacious bedrooms, immaculate and large kitchen, clean swimming pool, outside deck and so much more. Sofia was so helpful and kind. The space is safe and protected and walking distance to the centro with soo many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay again.

Very convenient location, a few blocks walk from the market. The house has all the basic amenities plus some extra (pool, barbecue) that make it very attractive to spend the day there. Hosts are very responsive and attentive to any questions or concerns you may have. Thank you very much Sofia!!

Everything incredible is a super comfortable, central, clean, spacious and very pleasant place, the only thing that failed was the refrigerator that did not cool well and with this heat it was vital, from there on the outside, despite being very central, the place is extremely quiet and relaxing, with a very nice view. Thanks to Sofia who helped us with everything.

It is very central location, easy to find. You can walk to the tepoznieves and good restaurants. It is a very nice place with privacy. Dogs enjoyed the garden. We would definitely come back.

My wife and I and our son, daughter-in-law, 2-year-old grandson spent four delightful days at Sofia’s house in mid-January. The house is located in the middle of town one-half block from the main street. However, it is in center of a block up and away from the road which made it peaceful and relatively quiet. We walked everywhere, day and night, without a care. The people we met were universally friendly and helpful. The market and the food booths inside it were very enjoyable. My son (38) and I (71) hiked/climbed to the pyramid ruins at the top of the mountain located at the end of the main street. If you are reasonably fit and have appropriate shoes, I highly recommend it. The days were warm enough for us (and especially our grandson) to enjoy the swimming pool in the backyard on each of our days. I recommend Tepoztlán and Sofia’s house to anyone looking to experience Mexico beyond the big cities and coastal tourist destinations.
