Very nice house. It is in a nice area. The host's communication was always very friendly, and he responded quickly. The view was amazing, 10 out of 10.

Karla is extremely friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond to ensure that his guests have the best possible stay, provides all kinds of recommendations, and knows Valle de Bravo very well. Flexible check-in/check-out is very helpful; it was a huge plus for our trip. The photos don't do the house justice. Lola, the cook, is also spectacular! If I come back to Valle, I'll stay at this house.

Incredible stay, super fast communication, beautiful house!!

The house is everything you need to spend a weekend with friends or family. Karla and her team were very attentive and flexible to our questions and requests, the manual with the house rules included local recommendations and is a plus. They were open to our requests and made us feel at home. There's no doubt I'd come back again.

A great place to go to relax. The house is very nice. Everything was very clean, spacious rooms, nice common areas, tasteful and Karla was always attentive. Friendly and helpful staff. The view is absolutely amazing. I would definitely consider it to come back.

Everything perfect, the house is beautiful and has everything one could need.

The house and staff are amazing, 100% attention. Ulises and Asi always arrived on time, the house was always tidy, clean and Ulises even helped us with the luggage. There were 11 of us and 1 dog. We all had an incredible time. The jacuzzi was delicious too and Karla was always super attentive. She answers messages super fast.

It was an unforgettable experience in an incredibly beautiful clean and well kept house. We had a wonderful woman who cooked for us all day and even a waiter which was such a pleasant surprise especially for such a great price. The house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially want to mention the wood burning fireplace it was so nice that it was real and not a gas one as it usually is. In the evening sitting with friends in the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view turned out to be an idea we will never forget. This was one of our best experiences staying in Vali Dobra and we will definitely come back again. Thank you so much for everything this was the best birthday we have ever celebrated in such a wonderful home.

The Ultimate Villa Bella Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Villa Bella was simply spectacular. The residence is located in a private building with a privileged view of Valle de Bravo Lake that leaves you breathless from the first moment. The architecture of the house is a real gem. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The grill area is perfect for living with family or friends, equipped with everything you need and with a view that makes each meal a special moment. I especially highlight the service staff's attention and support: attentive, friendly and always willing to help everything go smoothly. As a suggestion, it would be great to have a small guide to local activities or recommendations (restaurants, walks, water sports, etc.), to further take advantage of everything Valle de Bravo has to offer. Everything was great! Very spacious and comfortable spaces to be with your family! Children and adults were happy!!! To go to the lake with the kayaks you have to consider your own car, which can be tricky and if you are hot bring fresh clothes for the interior of the house! The spectacular terrace and the best view!!!! The house staff is always very attentive and have everything you need and everything well cared for and quality!! We will definitely recommend it!!!

Karla's place is 10 out of 10, the views are unparalleled, the house is beautiful, spacious and has all the amenities, the service people are excellent in their work and are always attentive to what you need, in this case, we also purchased the services of Chef Lola, and she is excellent, and also her delicious soups, we never lacked anything and we were always well taken care of

Our stay was excellent since arrival, we were very nice with a detail and a manual with directions to the house, emergency phones and suggestions of places we took into account, very friendly service people at all times and trusted. I had some problems but Mrs. Karla very kindly solved everything quickly. The house is very close to the photos, we enjoyed all the amenities and the jacuzzi, my family, including my dog and I had a great time.

SUCH a beautiful home and Karla and her team were so kind and accommodating and willing to help with anything. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Everything was amazing! When we made the reservation it felt like the house could be a little far from downtown and the things to do in Valle, but it's really very close and that small distance makes all the difference to make the house feel much more peaceful and with privacy. Karla is a super super host! We will definitely be back!

The house is very nice, and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. We were well attended. The lady you housekeeps the home is very nice and welcoming. She was very helpful with everything we asked and she works behind the scenes without interference in keeping the house very clean. Her hospitality made the experience very comfortable. The Sir who helped us with our luggage was very nice and welcoming appreciate his help and he got us when lost. Communication with the host Karla was easy and quick with responding. This house is divine, with a view from each room to Lake Valle. Very spacious, very comfortable, an incredible place to spend an end or several weeks. Karla was very helpful and friendly at all times. I can't highlight enough how amazing it was to stay here.

Really Miss Karla takes care of the slightest detail, the house is excellent: the furniture, the dimension, the CLEANLINESS , the VIEW, the ATTENTION, It is fully equipped, is always ready from start to finish etc…

We only stayed for two nights in this beautiful place but we wanted to stay the whole week. Everything was just perfect! From the check in with Usiel and Maria, who received us at the front gate to help us get our luggage upstairs, all the way to the detailed manual of the house with very precise information about everything you need: jacuzzi, grill, lights, wifi, nearby restaurants & places, etc. We enjoyed a peaceful and quiet weekend with our friends. The bedrooms are very comfortable and have the most beautiful views to the lake. Also, there are plenty of common areas within the house so than you can change the setting whenever you want. It has everything you need to just enjoy and relax with family and friends!

We had an incredible time and really enjoyed the house, it is cozy, beautiful and very comfortable; in addition to that everything was very clean. The super comfortable beds, the hot tub at ease and the view in the beautiful night. The people who took care of us were very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend it.
