This is an amazing place! The house was spotless and the staff was wonderful. It is very private which we loved. Just a fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic experience at Casa Ninos. From the time we arrived until we left, we felt at home and had everything we needed. I recommend the cooking services by Lilly. She is a phenomenal chef, and very kind. It’s an absolutely beautiful property, more than comfortable for 6 of us. It’s right on the beach, and a 15-minute drive to Tulum town. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something simply stunning and peaceful. The furniture and design are very tasteful. Tips: rent a car and while the Tulum seaweed problem is an issue (not particular to this property - but it’s everywhere), but it blew out of the area after the first day. Highly enjoyed!

Spectacular house but also comfortable - a wonderful open kitchen/dining/living room space, the master suite is a gorgeous freestanding casita that feels like a honeymoon suite, the other two bedrooms are simple and elegant. The house and its excellent outdoor areas Hig are right above the stunning beach, very private. The house has everything you could want, and the housekeeper - who is an excellent cook - and groundskeeper were lovely and eager to meet all of our needs. 6 minute drive down a private guarded road from Tulum’s happening main strip, so you’re close enough to visit but also completely removed from its crowds and music when you come home. You can also walk north on the beach to reach those same places, it's fun to wander onto some of the fun/funky beachfront hotels for a drink or a meal. We spent some time checking out the other houses in the area and it seems like it's the nicest one... Barbara was a lovely, warm, and attentive hostess! Highly reccomend.

Absolutely beautiful location! Views out of every room and nice outdoor areas including a stunning private beach. The house is nicely decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Barbara, Lilia and Magdaleno provided great service and delicious food. I was happy we rented a car since it is about 15 minutes from Tulum restaurants and shops and we wanted to explore the area (and taxis are expensive). We loved how natural the setting was and how secluded the house was. It was exactly what we were looking for and I would definitely come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fabulous home. Fabulous location. Fabulous hosts. We spend 5 days/4 nights over Thanksgiving. We had some issues with getting a car out of the airport and Barbara arranged one to be delivered letting our kids explore a little. As well as had a fabulous taxi person show up one night that took us to another area. Highly recommend!

The best house in the area for absolutely everything. We had a car so it was easy to move around and enjoy the beach food joints. The view from the house of the sea takes your breath away. The whole beach was empty with amazing sea to ourselves. The house is exceptionally situated and beautifully designed. Loved it. Staff are the best and could not have hoped for better.

Barbera is possibly the very best Airbnb host we’ve ever had. We threw a lot at her and she was amazing through it all! Kudos to the owners for finding her! Casa Niños was perfect for us. The house is right on the beach with absolutely beautiful views. The house is well appointed. The outdoor deck is perfect! There is an option to have the house staff cook your meals for you and I highly recommend doing so! Lili provided us with delicious, flavorful, healthful food and it was really great not having to cook! The house staff Lili and Madgaleno are fantastic assets to the house as well. Don’t waiver on this one, you’ll love it!

Great house, beautiful location.

My family and I were floored when we arrived at Casa Ninos! Such a beautiful place with beach access. My family and I splurged on the meal services and we were not disappointed. Lili and Magadaleno (cooks and caretakers of the place) created wonderful dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. First time I didn't have to cook for my big family (there's 8 of us). Barb, the co-host, was our main contact and she was so gracious in helping us plan shuttles, car rentals, activities, food. She immediately answered all our questions about Tulum. You will not be disappointed if you stay here.

We absolutely loved our stay at special Casa Ninos. Bárbara was without a doubt, the best Airbnb host I have ever had - she is so great to communicate and coordinate with: so quick to reply, offer suggestions, answer questions and ask us what we want. We highly recommend going with the meal plan - our meals prepared by Lili were extraordinary. So delicious and healthy! This house is the best way to do Tulum during Covid because of how remote and private it feels (even though it's only 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the hotel zone.) Highly recommend staying at Casa Ninos - worth every penny!

Wow, no review or words can do justice. First, the location - you are essentially in a biosphere with practically a private beach. Second, the staff are lovely, and can make a great meal and a killer guac. Third, the outdoor deck is straight out of a dream - this is where you will spend most of your time. This was hands down the best beach house and experience for us thusfar. Barbara is sweet, wonderful and so transparent. If you are thinking about booking...stop thinking and book now!!

Barbara’s place was beyond incredible. The staff at the house are so helpful, provide daily cleaning services and can cook incredible meals for an extra fee. It is well worth the price. I would recommend this house to anybody looking for a stay that is close to the trendy tulum area but a bit off the beaten path for extra privacy. Although the beach is not per say private it definitely feels like it for the most part. This place has everything you would want and more.

Barbara and the house staff were amazing!! The location of the home is a little secluded and wonderful. It’s in the perfect location to go off of the beaten path and explore!! The views of the ocean is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Tulum.

Wonderful place and amazing experience! The place is very secluded, the views are amazing. You have your own private beach. I fully recommend staying here, it beats staying at a hotel by far. We had some initial minor issues with the Air Con but the host was very quick at solving them. Thanks for the hospitality

The villa was peaceful and charming. It was perfectly located - just a few minutes from the busy Tulum beach strip, yet private and secluded. The sunrises are beautiful from the deck. The staff was helpful and respectful of our space. We loved staying here.

Our time spent at Casa Niños truly felt like we were in paradise. Located deep in the heart of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, this oasis of nature and wildlife, combined with stunning architecture is guaranteed to give you an ever-lasting experience. Tucked away from the center and the beach town of Tulum, we needed a car to get to the house which we picked up from the Cancun Airport. It was no trouble at all and we had no problem finding the location. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by Magdaleno and Lilia, the grounds keeper and housekeeper who were wonderful throughout our stay. They both were incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and kind. As we entered the house, we were astounded by the architectural beauty, cleanliness, and attention to detail of the space. The ocean is literally your backyard and can be seen from nearly every angle of the house, it is simply breathtaking. The term “Vacation Getaway” was created for this place! …But words won’t do it justice, this place is a must-visit spot! During our stay, we spent a lot of time lounging on the patio and the private beach. We swam, snorkeled, paddle-boarded, wake-boarded, kayaked, all of which were included at the home. The water is clear and the beach feels endless. However, we also visited the nearby cenotes, the freshwater lagoon, the jungle, and also the beach town of Tulum to go for a walk and get a nice dinner. We enjoyed a 100/100 stay, and all agreed that this house was the kind that belonged on a television show. Thank you for this unforgettable experience we can't wait to come back soon.

Excelente property. Be adviced you are paying for privacy here. Going into town can take over 1 hr so plan accordingly. One of the best properties in the Rivera Maya.

Just amazing

This place blew us away. It was absurdly beautiful and secluded - a couple miles from the primary hotel section of Tulum. The staff is friendly and will adjust to whatever schedule you like, e.g. 9am cleaning, 11am cleaning, etc. This was probably the best place my group and I have ever stayed at. We will be back.

This is a gem! The villa is simple but perfect. Comfortable beds and sitting areas and an excellent well equipped kitchen. The location on the beach in the biosphere could not be more perfect. The caretakers are so helpful and kind and not at all intrusive. Highly recommended!
