Emily was proactive and punctual with communication and had lots of great recommendations. She went above and beyond to make sure the place was well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was meticulously clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Located close enough to town, but not too close, and were able to get around in a golf cart with no problem. We visited Secret Beach twice which was about an hour drive by golf cart but totally worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Loved, loved, loved staying at Emily's. A perfect spot on the beach with a gorgeous sparking pool. Emil's place was exactly as listed. It was spotless and had all you needed to cook. Emily's suggestions of local eateries and places to visit was so helpful. Emily helped us book our golf cart so we could get to the condo asap. We enjoyed afternoon in the hammock. We'd happily go back, and highly recommend Emily's condo in a quiet, gorgeous part of San Pedro.

I honestly could not say enough good things about our stay. Emily was proactive in ensuring we had all of the information we required and was readily available to answer any questions. The place was as described and had everything we could need. The view was amazing and the neighborhood was safe and enjoyable. We were close enough to San Pedro to easily access anything we wanted while being far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The concierge was incredibly kind and helpful. The groundskeeper was there daily to tidy up the beach. The pool was pristine and the beach chairs were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Such a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Miramar Villas! The pool is lovely as is the beach view and we liked being away from the hustle and nosie of San Pedro while still close enough to access with a golf cart. The apartment itself was beautiful and well stocked for all our needs.

This us the second time we’ve stayed in Emily’s condo. It’s beautiful, well appointed, well maintained, and accompanied by a great support staff. Relax on the Southside or rent a cart and enjoy the island. You cannot go wrong with this condo and its location!

Beautiful place in a peaceful area. There were several restaurants nearby and we rented a golf cart to get into the business district of San Pedro. Good recommendations for tours and restaurants. Friendly staff and good communication from Emily and Ryan.

We found Emily's place shortly before our trip and stayed at another Airbnb for 5 days prior, which wasn't the best experience. We arrived at Merrimar Villas, and we were blown away by how clean and thoughtfully laid out the property was, along with the vegetation surrounding the property that added that special touch of being in paradise. All of the little details sprange to life as we looked at the villa, but the real treat was when we walked around the building to the ocean side. Wow. From the infinity pool to the loungers, the clean beach with easy water access, and a private dock, we were blown away. We were met by Ezekiel, the concierge, who helped carry things to our room and give us a tour of the villa and all the amenities. The view from our villa was 10/10, and everyone we met on property was wonderful. We will be back. This side of the island called to us and allowed us to slow down and end an amazing vacation with true recharging and connection.

We had so much fun during our stay- the villia is on the far south end of the island so a golf cart is definitely needed. One of our favorite spots (someplace south) was right down the street, and the hula bar is walking distance with yummy food and drinks. The area is safe and we had a beautiful view! Highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind the drive. It’s about 15 minutes from town and a hour from secret beach. We loved being able to see everything San Pedro had to offer as we cruised our way around. Emily was very responsive and helpful!

We stayed at Mira Mar Villas for a week. Great place and great hostess. Condo is well equipped with kitchen ware and nicely furnished. Pool was great. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Located 20 minutes golf cart south of San Pedro. We watched the Broncos pummel the Raiders at the new bar/restaurant called Lonestar Tavern, which is a 5 minute walk from the condo. Highly Recommended!!!

We had the best time at the Villa. The recommendations were perfect! We enjoyed hanging on the front patio. The beds slept well. The host was very responsive. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful location on the south side of the island. Beautiful view. Clean and refreshing pool. Had everything we needed for bathing, cooking, laundry, cleaning and lots of towels. Emily was very responsive with many suggestions of places to check out including tour guides, cart rentals, taxi services and restaurants. The management staff were wonderful and kind. The condo was quiet, relaxing and safe. We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still close to restaurants and a bodega right around the corner. Highly recommend. The sunrise is stunning and we enjoyed a walk each morning and coffee on the dock.
