Emily was proactive and punctual with communication and had lots of great recommendations. She went above and beyond to make sure the place was well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was meticulously clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Located close enough to town, but not too close, and were able to get around in a golf cart with no problem. We visited Secret Beach twice which was about an hour drive by golf cart but totally worth it. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area.

Loved, loved, loved staying at Emily's. A perfect spot on the beach with a gorgeous sparking pool. Emil's place was exactly as listed. It was spotless and had all you needed to cook. Emily's suggestions of local eateries and places to visit was so helpful. Emily helped us book our golf cart so we could get to the condo asap. We enjoyed afternoon in the hammock. We'd happily go back, and highly recommend Emily's condo in a quiet, gorgeous part of San Pedro.

I honestly could not say enough good things about our stay. Emily was proactive in ensuring we had all of the information we required and was readily available to answer any questions. The place was as described and had everything we could need. The view was amazing and the neighborhood was safe and enjoyable. We were close enough to San Pedro to easily access anything we wanted while being far enough away to enjoy the quiet. The concierge was incredibly kind and helpful. The groundskeeper was there daily to tidy up the beach. The pool was pristine and the beach chairs were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Such a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful time at Miramar Villas! The pool is lovely as is the beach view and we liked being away from the hustle and nosie of San Pedro while still close enough to access with a golf cart. The apartment itself was beautiful and well stocked for all our needs.

This us the second time we’ve stayed in Emily’s condo. It’s beautiful, well appointed, well maintained, and accompanied by a great support staff. Relax on the Southside or rent a cart and enjoy the island. You cannot go wrong with this condo and its location!

Beautiful place in a peaceful area. There were several restaurants nearby and we rented a golf cart to get into the business district of San Pedro. Good recommendations for tours and restaurants. Friendly staff and good communication from Emily and Ryan.

We found Emily's place shortly before our trip and stayed at another Airbnb for 5 days prior, which wasn't the best experience. We arrived at Merrimar Villas, and we were blown away by how clean and thoughtfully laid out the property was, along with the vegetation surrounding the property that added that special touch of being in paradise. All of the little details sprange to life as we looked at the villa, but the real treat was when we walked around the building to the ocean side. Wow. From the infinity pool to the loungers, the clean beach with easy water access, and a private dock, we were blown away. We were met by Ezekiel, the concierge, who helped carry things to our room and give us a tour of the villa and all the amenities. The view from our villa was 10/10, and everyone we met on property was wonderful. We will be back. This side of the island called to us and allowed us to slow down and end an amazing vacation with true recharging and connection.

We had so much fun during our stay- the villia is on the far south end of the island so a golf cart is definitely needed. One of our favorite spots (someplace south) was right down the street, and the hula bar is walking distance with yummy food and drinks. The area is safe and we had a beautiful view! Highly recommend staying here if you don’t mind the drive. It’s about 15 minutes from town and a hour from secret beach. We loved being able to see everything San Pedro had to offer as we cruised our way around. Emily was very responsive and helpful!

We stayed at Mira Mar Villas for a week. Great place and great hostess. Condo is well equipped with kitchen ware and nicely furnished. Pool was great. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Located 20 minutes golf cart south of San Pedro. We watched the Broncos pummel the Raiders at the new bar/restaurant called Lonestar Tavern, which is a 5 minute walk from the condo. Highly Recommended!!!

We had the best time at the Villa. The recommendations were perfect! We enjoyed hanging on the front patio. The beds slept well. The host was very responsive. Can't wait to come back!

Wonderful location on the south side of the island. Beautiful view. Clean and refreshing pool. Had everything we needed for bathing, cooking, laundry, cleaning and lots of towels. Emily was very responsive with many suggestions of places to check out including tour guides, cart rentals, taxi services and restaurants. The management staff were wonderful and kind. The condo was quiet, relaxing and safe. We liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the town but still close to restaurants and a bodega right around the corner. Highly recommend. The sunrise is stunning and we enjoyed a walk each morning and coffee on the dock.

An amazing place that made our group feel safe and at home! The pool and views from the balcony were amazing. The home was supplied with things we had forgotten like sun screen and lotion. Also a speaker! All around amazing! Would stay again

Absolutely Perfect Stay! The condo was incredibly spacious, spotless, and perfectly suited for our family of six. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook full meals and then some! It truly felt like a home away from home with all the essentials for a relaxing vacation. The views from the patio overlooking the ocean were absolutely stunning. My husband spent most of his time fishing right off the deck and even caught a barracuda and a nurse shark definitely a highlight of our trip! Zeke was amazing super responsive and helpful. He answered all of our questions and made us feel confident exploring the area. He even connected us with Captain Carlos, who took us on an unforgettable full day of snorkeling, fishing, and a beach BBQ. We felt completely spoiled during our stay and are already looking forward to returning in the future!

Had a great time at Emily and Ryan’s place. South of San Pedro town about 10 minutes. Great location for some peace and quiet at the end of the day but also about as far South as you want to go on the island. Very safe. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings for sunsets. Emily’s recommendation for Someplace South Cafe was spot on. Hula bar is nearby and Island Wonder bar is just a few minutes away. If you are looking for an amazing dinner, Hidden Treasures is a few minutes away but it will cost you. If you are looking for grocery nearby, go to Home Tan. You will find everything you need or want. Zeke the on-sight host was very responsive and helpful the few times I reached out. Best of all was Emily’s recommendation for Capt Jody! We used him 2 days and we had an amazing time with him snorkeling, fishing, beach Bbq and Caye Caulker.

Everything about this rental was perfect. Communication was proactive, check in/out was very easy, and the location was clean and exactly as described. Excellent value. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about dealing with Emily and Ryan! They were always quick to respond with any questions we had or information we needed. Would definitely love to deal with them again. Emily was super responsive with everything including excellent recommendation for a guide to take us snorkeling. Place is exactly as advertised. Conveniently located near a range of places to eat. Kitchen is well enough appointed for us to cook great meals. You can buy fish off the boats if you want. We'll be back.

We stayed at Miramar Villas for 2 weeks over Christmas. It was the perfect getaway for my family of four. We loved the location as it was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. All amenities were a short golf cart ride away. The pool was amazing and we had it to ourselves most of the time. The beach was clean in front of our condo. We saw lots of sea creatures from the dock out front which was awesome. Prime snorkeling and scuba diving is a short 15-minute boat ride away. I loved that there was two bathrooms and the bedrooms were a perfect size. The kitchen was well equipped and the view from the balcony was picturesque. The unit was clean and there were tons of towels to use for our stay. Caesar, the groundskeeper, was always available to assist with our needs. We loved playing cornhole on the beach and using the kayaks available to us. Emily was a very responsive host and checked in on us during our stay. Thank you!!

Emily, your place was perfect. You and the property staff were so helpful and made our first trip to Belize something we will never forget. We packed in so many beautiful memories in a short 6 days because of all of the conveniences you provided. And when we were tired from our adventures, retreating back to our villa was the ultimate in relaxation. There might have been a few naps in the hammock listening to the waves in the ocean breeze. Thank you so much for everything.

Our family of five spent three nights at Emily's place and it was fantastic! Plenty of space, dishes and towels. It was very clean and the view of the ocean, pool and dock were so beautiful. We were met by the manager who made drinks for us and showed us around the place. It is a fun golf cart ride into town which takes about 20-25 minutes and there is so much to see along the way. Emily recommended great restaurants and grocery stores as well as people to take us on snorkeling and fishing tours. I cannot say enough good things about Emily's place. We will stay there again the next time we go to San Pedro for sure!

We had an amazing time! Right on the beach and waking up to that view was the best. The condo had so many amenities and it felt like home. We had the best family time making memories.

Enjoyed the quiet away from town but only a 8ish min golf cart ride from all the action. Pool was really nice and the view of the ocean was great. Even snorkeled off the dock and saw plenty of fish. Great host and staff

Beautiful condo, perfect for families. Everything is clean and well maintained. The patio and dock are great for coffee or a glass of wine.

What a great space! We had 4 people, and the condo was more than enough room! Emily was very extremely helpful before we arrived, with recommendations about cart rentals, airport and taxi recommendations, excursions, etc. The property manager Zeke, met us when we arrived, with rum punches, and all sorts of recommendations for restaurants, things to do, beaches. The space was so clean and peaceful. We swam in the ocean off the end of the dock daily. I highly recommend this space, and if/when I go back to the island, I’ll definitely stay at the condo.

Emily and Zeke were amazing hosts! The villa was exactly as expected. Very peaceful and off the beaten path - will need a golf cart to get anywhere. Follow Emily's recommendations, all the restaurants and excursions were top notch. We loved our stay in belize as a party of 6 and would highly recommend for any adventurous travelers!

We were so impressed by the management of this property! From the owner before our trip to the local company while on the island, we had some of the best response times I’ve ever experienced. And the location is something we constantly mentioned throughout our stay! It’s south of the busy part of town, but an easy cart ride away. We loved how peaceful it was AND that it was one of the few properties we saw that had such a beautiful beach! We couldn’t have been happier and will definitely choose this exact property if we come back to San Pedro.

I hate to say all the good things I want to say about Emily and her condo because that means there will be more people interested in it! First off Emily went way out of her way to help our family with my daughters wedding that took place right in front of Miramar. She helped us with our friends and family coming in as well and so did the people living part time in the units at Miramar and at Sunset beach resort. Everything about that area and the place was wonderful, we had a large group and everyone was so excepting and helpful. The area is our favorite being south of the island, this was our third time staying in the same condo, and we will continue going here. It used to be quieter but this last time it seems it has gotten busier, around the whole island. We love Caesar the grounds keeper, he is very friendly and helpful. The area is clean, safe, the pool is great! There is a fun restaurant called Someplace South close by that we loved, they had great music and food.

Emily's place was perfect for us (3 couples). Cozy with lots of space Very Clean. Loved the hammock, comfy beds and beautiful scenery. Located on the south end of the island where its quiet but so close to everything. Pool was fantastic as well . I can't wait to return. All of Emily's suggestions noted on her website was perfect. It made it so much easier for us to arrange our Snorkeling Excursion with Captain Jody, Getting our taxi to and from and Golf Cart. We were so amazed how wonderful the service was. Thank you again!

This property is immaculate. There are plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms to keep everyone comfortable in their own area and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertaining area. If you want a place to enjoy all that San Pedro has to offer, while still having a chance to escape and relax away from the hustle and bustle... You're not going to find a better location than this villa! I can't wait to return to this location!

We really liked staying at this end of the island. The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck and pool and walking on the beach. Our favorite restaurant was a block away.

These accommodations in such a beautiful destination were perfect! We loved the condo, the pool, the access to comfortable beach chaises right at the water, the dock for fun and the bikes to tool around! The accommodations were just perfect, the on-site staff were awesome and Emily’s guidance to get us there was extremely helpful! Going back for sure!

Why San Pedro? If you’re reading this you’ve probably already decided on Belize or Ambergris Caye specifically. If not, you should go. It’s laid back, beautiful, warm, and easy. There’s a lot to do and see all around. Why this condo? I’ve stayed in a lot of AirBnBs on several continents and this one is top-notch. The area it’s in really quiet, spaced out, and has beautiful beaches. If you’re looking to relax, this is it. The rooms are very spacious and well-appointed as you would expect. The view of the ocean is wonderful. The patio overlooks the infinity pool below and the ocean just beyond. The furniture and the breeze are very comfortable. The hosts’ local recommendations for food, etc were awesome! It was like having our whole trip planned for us, although they should have told us about the chicken drop at Wahoos. Amazing. One more thing to mention is that this condo was impeccably clean . I highly recommend this country, island, condo, and hosts. What a great vacation!

Excellent location. Very comfortable place. We were family of 10 with children. Lots of sand toys floaties for kids. Large enough for all of us. Plenty of towels comfortable beds. Had a great time. Will definitely stay here again.

Our trip was great. Owner was super helpful with transfers, golf cart rental and excursions. Condo was beautiful and clean. Beach was awesome and bone fishing off the pier was amazing. We will book again.

We (family of four with two teenagers and grandparents) spent a week here over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved it. The condo is spacious, well appointed and clean. Best of all, it has own dock and palapa with comfy lounge chairs - the perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous view! The condo is located a couple of miles out of town - away from the hustle and bustle but just a golf cart ride into town for restaurants, diving and other activities. Emily and Cecelia were fantastic hosts, always quickly available for restaurant recommendations or when we needed a pharmacy. If you are visiting Ambergris Caye, this is a wonderful place to stay.

This condo had a big open living/kitchen/dining space and wonderful veranda and view. I was surprised at how well the kitchen was equipped, it had everything we needed and more. The place was extremely clean and very well decorated. We felt at home immediately. We were able to grill our fresh catch outdoors and enjoyed catching snapper right off the palapa! There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance which was very convenient when we didn’t want to venture too far.

Mir a Mar is more beautiful in person. The views are beautiful and the home was so comfortable and very very big!! It was a wonderful accommodation for a large family of 6. We were very pleasantly surprised!! The level of cleanliness was 5 star. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very spacious 2nd floor 3Bd 2.5 Bath condo with everything you will need and nicely furnished. Condo overlooks the beach and pool. A few miles south of town in a very nice and safe area. You will need a cart to get around but that is essential for San Pedro.

This was our second time staying in this villa but the first having Colleen help us with our stay Everything about the place was perfect for our family of 6 . Colleen was always quick at answering if I had any questions. She helped set up our golf carts and a taxi ride to the condo, and had some drinks ready for us when we arrived, ! Belize truly is paradise! This condo is on the south end so it’s a bit quitter, it was a little harder to walk along the beach this time because of the sea grass, so we couldn’t walk very far And someone close by had a dog that barked a lot, but those are minor things compared to the beauty of the island We will definitely be back

Complete luxury on the water! Loved every minute. Hosts were very helpful getting activities arranged and were super responsive when we had a small issue. This was a superb place for a group and an easy drive (with golf carts) to everything. Very quiet and beautiful location.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious, clean, airy, bright, directly on the beach but also with a pool. It even has its own pier to sunbathe on while watching the birds dive for fish. The location is perfect for what we wanted - just to get away somewhere peaceful and quiet while still having easy access to the hustle and bustle of downtown if we wanted it. Everyone we worked with from booking to getting home were wonderful, polite, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for everything, this was a wonderful week!
