Great place to stay in Sayulita if you have a large group. Our friends and family enjoyed this beautiful home. Highly recommended close to everything and away from the noise.

Our group of two families had a great trip and this home was great! We walked a lot and probably would have rented a golf cart in hindsight, but there was plenty close by. The house stayed super clean and the pool was a great option after a long morning at the beach!

What’s not to love? A pool, hot tub, and easy access to downtown Sayulita. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. Great accommodations. Would stay here again.

Beautiful home, just a 3 minute walk from the beach. The whole house feels very tucked away and private, like an oasis. We loved the open air layout and were thankful that the pool was partly shaded. The hot tub was also lovely in the morning, to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the birds. The hosts were also very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay!

My family and I came for Thanksgiving and had such a great stay! They let us check in early and check out late, which was super helpful. They set up a driver for us to and from the airport and gave us a contact for an amazing chef to come make dinner for us one night. It’s two blocks from an uncrowded part of the beach. There isn’t AC in the main area but each bedroom had AC which was good for sleeping. A cleaning lady came everyday and cleaned the kitchen, made the beds, mopped, etc. it was perfect!

Everyone we dealt with both before during and after the trip was super helpful! We had a great time and would recommend this place to others!

We had a wonderful time in Sayulita! Casa Kiki is beautiful and was perfect for our group. We enjoyed the pool regularly and loved that we were just a short walk from the beach and great restaurants. Host support was off the charts - I'd definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful, very easy to walk into town, and the entire team was super responsive when we needed help with a few trip details. Although it was warm weather while we were there, each bedroom has an AC unit that works well and the pool was lovely! We all stayed very comfortable and really enjoyed our visit.

This spot in Sayulita was perfect! The host was amazing and helped us plan airport transport, golf cart rental, and a private chef dinner at the place. Seriously such a great stay! The maid came frequently and was amazing! The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! But just a warning that there are no ACs in the living area/kitchen/bathrooms, so they get pretty warm. Especially the bathrooms that are open to the outside, they get very very hot by the end of the day. Not a deal breaker, just something to be warned about. Overall, we had a great stay and the location and experience was one to remember!

Casa Kiki was amazing - great place for a group of people and a beautiful property. Lina was an amazing host, we had a small issue with the hot water that she fixed immediately and made things right. Very appreciative and had a great time thank you!

Casa Kiki is a beautiful home, with enough room for my family and 4 young grand children. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the relaxing setting the home provided. Lina recommended a shuttle service and golf cart rental for our stay. The shuttle worked out great. They provided car seats for the grand children along with beverages for the ride to Sayulita. They also stopped at the grocery store for us which was very helpful on the ride to Sayulita. The golf carts were the perfect fit for our week. They are easy to maneuver and park around town. The big sliding doors to the pool area made it secure that the little ones could not venture out there without an adult present. The sliding kitchen windows allowed a nice breeze while cooking. The huge dining table was very perfect of our family of 10. The bedrooms offered a single AC unit which kept us comfortable at night. My children enjoyed surfing lessons on the beach in town and we all enjoyed swimming at Playa de los Muertos

We stayed here with 10 people this past weekend and had the best time ever! The villa is beautiful and so comfortable. It had basically everything we needed, and if we didn’t have it, our hosts were dropping it off nearly immediately. Amazing place!!!

We stayed at Thomas Airbnb for a girls week. It was perfect. Clean and spacious rooms with ensuites, great linens and towels, lovely and peaceful decor, daily cleaning and a beautiful pool. We arranged our golf cart and airport transportation through the host and it was seamless!! The daily cleaning was a bonus and we felt very spoiled!

Thomas and his staff was very attentive and helpful. The house was beautiful and spacious. It’s walking distance to everything. They connected us with activities, sunset cruise, chef and messages which were all so wonderful.

Casa Kiki was perfect for our group of 7! All of the staff were extremely responsive, flexible, gracious with their time and kind. The pool was the perfect temp. Everything was well maintained and clean. The daily maid service is a little disruptive (mainly on check out day) but appreciated. Thank you for our wonderful stay. We will be back!

Highly recommend this large, beautiful home! It was perfect for our group (4 couples). The home is close to the beach, restaurants & a short walk or golf cart ride into town. Estevan met us on arrival & was very responsive to anything we needed. We arranged airport shuttle & golf cart rentals through the host. Excellent experience!

We had a family reunion around a birthday, with people coming from different countries, so the house played a big role. It’s a uniquely designed space for a large group to relax and enjoy an indoor-outdoor life. We could all spread out and have enough privacy. The team of property managers were vere very proactive before and during the trip, also very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. We felt supported and cared for. They connected us with a private chef who made us a spectacular authentic dinner (vegan and non-vegan mix). Altogether, an excellent experience for a week.

Spacious area for our group. Large rooms with plenty of storage space. The pool and hot tub were a plus, especially since there is no bath tub as noted. However, I think the hot tub is heated on a timer, was nice and hot in the evening but luke warm in the morning. Simple walk to town and the beach but far enough away you don't hear the late night sounds. But you do hear the roosters start around 5am. Daily housekeeping and pool/landscape guys stopped by twice but we were out and about, so not invasive at all and was nice to have a clean place to return to after a long day in the sun. Great communication with the house team, very friendly with lots of info and let us know about events happening during our trip. Such a wonderful place to stay, can't wait to return!

We loved our stay at Casa Kiki! Location was incredible. We didn’t end up renting a golf cart and just walked everywhere - even the older folks in our group were fine. Definitely in the quieter part of town which we appreciated. The pool and hot tub were great and very clean. As others have pointed out, there are a few things around the house that need some TLC but nothing that impacted our stay. And Isa is a wonderful property manager that is very quick to respond and willing to help with whatever arises. We loved it!

Our stay at Casa Kiki was nothing short of wonderful. We loved the area of the home and having it very walkable to downtown Sayulita but enjoying the quiet of the residential area Casa Kiki resides in. The pool and hot tub area were utilized daily. As we were traveling with another family, we also appreciated each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom attached. There was so much room to spread out and have places to relax (we loved the decks off of each bedroom and the rooftop area). We easily walked to the ocean and to downtown each day and enjoyed the strolls there. We personally didn't feel the need for the rental of a golf cart as it was easy to walk and navigate to the places we wanted to go. We can't wait for our next stay here. Thomas's home made it an easy place to consider as a 'home away from home'.

We came with my husband and a few friends to celebrate his birthday. The house is beautiful - very spacious, clean, very well done, private. The location is great too! a short short walk to the beach, near some great restaurants, and a short. golf cart ride away from the "downtown" of sayulita. 10/10 recommend!

Casa Kiki is a really special place. It’s beautiful inside and out and was the perfect location for our group of 8 to celebrate my 40th birthday. Thomas and the property manager Isa were extremely helpful leading up to our trip, helping us set up airport transportation, golf carts (highly recommend!) and a private chef for a couple of in house meals. The provided water, cold AC & beach essentials were a huge plus. We did have a handful of issues with the house (broken sink, oven & hot tub) which were unfortunate but things happen and the hosts remedied the best they could. It certainly didn’t spoil our time in Sayulita & San Pancho. We can’t wait to come back.

Highly recommend casa Kiki. Every detail was cared for right from the start. The place is beautiful and a perfect spot four our family to vacation while in Sayulita. The checking process and attention to detail was above and beyond.

Isa set up our transfer to and from the airport and met us at the house when we arrived. During our stay Isa responded to all of our requests very quickly and took very good care of us while we were there. The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of 11.

Great stay in Sayulita. This home has it all and we got great support from the host when there was an issue with the shower. Pool and hot tub are amazing and this was perfect for two families. Quiet part of town and yet easy to walk to everything. Would definitely come back!

We were in town for a family wedding, and can’t recommend Thomas’s place enough. It was spacious enough for eight adults to stay comfortably. Close enough to everything to walk, but far enough that it’s quiet and peaceful. Extremely clean and very well appointed. Would stay again and recommend highly to others! Great location on the quieter side of down and steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub are lovely and a great place to hang out midday when the sun is hot. House is very nice and as described.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely retreat in Sayulita. We booked about 5 days before departure and we were not disappointed! The house had everything we needed and was close to town. The pool was great for our two kids and was a refreshing treat in the hot August weather. The rooms were nicely air conditioned (the main living space is not)! Tomas was such a great host and was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Tomas was an excellent host and made us feel right at home by having homemade guacamole & salsa (the best we had during our Sayulita visit) after a long day of travel. Communicating with him was a breeze as he was responsive to text and answered our extensive list of questions with excellent solutions and recommendations. He was extremely accommodating and helped us organize all of our unique needs from grocery shopping, cooking, scheduling massages, assisting us with transportation to and from the airport, and renting golf carts. The house was very comfortable for us with filtered water, outdoor showers, and a great pool! The rooms and beds were spacious and also very comfortable! Our visit to Sayulita was better than we could have asked for and this was due to Tomas & the epic Casa Kiki!!

We really enjoyed the house. It has a great layout with an open floor plan and amazing big sliding glass doors leading out to the pool. The rooms are very nice and the beds are oh so comfortable! It was perfect for our big group. Tomas, the caregiver of the house was great! He answered tons of questions for us throughout our stay and arranged airport transportation and golf cart rentals for us. We also took advantage of having a meal cooked by Tomas and his team. It was so good, especially the chile relleno! Overall a great house!!

Casa KiKi was such a great find for our family! We loved the layout the most with the kitchen, pool, and living area all being on the same level. The location was a huge plus just being steps from the beach. Also Tomas was a huge help, he responded fast to anything thing that we needed and his cooking and margaritas were amazing! Casa Kiki is a wonderful home. Our group truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nicely spaced out so folks were able to find privacy if they needed it. The rooftop patio is a lovely space to unwind. We enjoyed the pool and its easy-to-use controls. The kitchen is spacious and easy to navigate. The location is tremendous. It's walking distance to all that Sayulita has to offer as well as only a short walk to the beach. Tomas, the house manager, is incredibly friendly and responsive. Anytime an issue arose he was quick to remedy it. He arranged transportation for us often with short notice and provided great restaurant recommendations for us. This house has the option for meals to be cooked in-house and we took advantage of this one morning and had a lovely breakfast. I highly recommend this house if you are headed to Sayulita!

Thomas' place (Casa Kiki) was great - just what we needed for a 4 day getaway to Sayulita. The house itself is conveniently located with about a 5 minute walk to downtown Sayulita (no hills) and 2 minutes to the beach. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the house is easy to get into. The house manager Tomas was very helpful with clear communication and native-speaker level English so we had full confidence when we communicated with him. Overall, the house is really nice, it's quiet inside, the neighborhood is quiet, easy walking distance to the center of town.

Thomas was very responsive and helpful. He helped get us any information that we needed. The house itself was great! Nice kitchen, great pool and a cute rooftop! Everything is walkable from the house. The plaza is about a 10 minute walk. We rented a golf cart to help us get around since we did have a wedding and my grandma with us. The beach is also very close to the house near some cute coffee shops! Would definitely recommend to stay here! I would stay here again as well!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Kiki very much. We were with a group of friends who had rented other houses in the area, and so we got a good comparison with a few other places. Casa Kiki was well stocked, clean, open, and a relaxing and comfortable place to spend our week. We were celebrating a big birthday, so we took advantage of the private chef option. The dishes were delicious and the margaritas were some of the best we had the whole visit. We enjoyed the pool and easy flow of the house very much.

Our stay at Casa Kiki was a dream vacation. The house gives all guest bedrooms their own bathroom. Each bedroom has its own AC that works quietly and quickly. The common areas are spacious and comfortable. The design of the house is beautiful and well thought out. The courtyard gives you your own lush garden and sparkling clean pool with a large hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked and the large refrigerator has a ice maker that uses filtered water. We were given access to the washer and dryer. Although the original booking included the use of a six person golf cart, we ended up renting two 4 person carts. The carts’ rental, pick up and return was arranged by Tom, the care taker/chef. We had two meals prepared by Tom. They were delicious and beautifully presented. We totally enjoyed our stay and a big part of that was thanks to Casa Kiki and it’s fine staff.

We had an amazing time here

This is a wonderful, well-stocked house with everything you need for a great time. We spent hours in the pool every afternoon. The property manger, Tomas, goes way above outstanding to make sure your visit goes smoothly. Everything he arranged for us was expertly handled, from transportation to and from Sayulita to renting a golf cart for the week. The breakfast and dinner he made for us were truly remarkable. His dinner was the best meal we had in Sayulita. If you’re looking for a classic Mexico destination that still feels like Mexico and not over-run with high rise hotels and American chain restaurants, you’ll find it in Sayulita.

The house was amazing, just like in the pictures and was in a great location by the north beach. The house manager, Tomas, was great - he picked us up at the airport, and cooked some meals for us and was an amazing chef. I'd definitely recommend staying at Casa Kiki.

Came here with a group of 10 boys for a senior trip. Beautiful house in a great location. Super close walking distance to town and to the beach. Felt very safe. Tomás was very welcoming and always responded very quickly to any issues. He also set up our transportation to and from the airport which was great as well. Unfortunately the included golf cart was already broken when we arrived, so we didn't have access to that (maybe for the best), but it ended up being fine as you can easily walk wherever you need to go. Beds are very comfortable and AC is super nice to have. Pool and hot tub were great as well and staff stopped by to clean the pool every couple days. Would highly recommend staying somewhere right in town, like Casa Kiki, rather than up the hill, as it is extremely steep. Thanks for a great trip Thomas and Tomás!

Amazing house in a beautiful city! Tomas is an extremely professional and accommodating house manager who arranged all of our travel and fresh guacamole upon arrival! The location was perfect for us to be slightly outside the city but easy to get in (so much bar/club noise in the city late at night). The food all over Sayulita was great and you can’t go wrong. There is a cute coffee shop right around the corner for your morning caffeine fix. The pool at the house was great and kept us cool on hot days. There are a lot of birds and a morning rooster that you will hear early so be prepared with white noise if that is not your alarm clock preference 😀 Definitely recommended!

Casa Kiki is an overall great place to stay. The house manager Tomas is super helpful and very attentive. Everything was clean and worked well. Our little girls enjoyed the pool and hot tub all day without ever being in danger of falling or breaking anything. The house came equipped with a golf cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and even more. Everything you need for the beach and getting around town. We were a group of 7 and the living room/kitchen area was great to hang out and enjoy a meal/drinks. The only negative would be the garbage dumpster across the street which overflows considerably and smells but that’s more of a Sayulita thing and not Casa Kiki. Thanks for everything Thomas&Tomas.

We had the most amazing week at Casa Kiki!! From the communication with Tomas, to the beautiful house, to the amazing dinner Tomas and his family created for us, everything was perfection!! Tomas really put in a huge effort to make sure we had everything we needed, great recommendations and all around a great guy! It was a prime location, a great host and a beautiful little town, we cant wait to come back!

This place was perfect. Amazing open layout, had EVERYTHING you could ask for. Amazing location, even though we never wanted to leave the pool or Thomas's cooking. Tomas and his team made our stay. As the other reviews have stated, you may as well just ask Thomas to cook your whole stay - We loved our seafood night that he prepared, but the steak nachos and chicken Chile relllenos were the absolute best anyone out of our party of 6 have ever had in our lives. Can't wait to come back to Casa Kiki. Thank you Thomas y familia !

Casa Kiki was perfect for our 3-generation family of 10. Grandparents stayed in the ground floor bedroom, and after a day, the 3 and 5 - year olds were negotiating the long flights of steps just fine. The house is well-appointed and attractive but not fancy.....you don't feel like you need to be worried about little (or big) kids damaging things. The 6-person golf cart is a huge plus. They're at least $50/day to rent. The house manager Tomas takes the worry out of any arrangements that need to be made...tours, transportation, Covid tests the day before leaving, preparing meals if desired (great for the 1st night), etc. Tomas and Tom (the owner) are super easy to communicate with and respond to any and all questions promptly, as well as offering some suggestions and tips. I will definitely come back to Casa Kiki when I visit Sayulita! The one very slight negative is the beach close to the house. Unless we happened to hit a particularly rough day, the young and the old did not feel comfortable going into the water. We were very happy going further to Playa de los Muertes. At least half always wanted to walk, and the rest took the golf cart.

This house is a fantastic place to stay for a large group. It’s about a 10 minute walk from town, and includes a golf cart for those times you’re too lazy to walk! We also did an in-home dinner with Tomas cooking, and it was great. I do recommend bringing earplugs because you can hear the roosters in the morning.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect. A 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is gorgeous, clean and better than any resort or hotel. Tomas and his family made our stay perfect. The food was better, cleaner and more affordable than any place is town. 100% recommend this Airbnb and Tomas to cook for you! As a host, Tomas was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The Airbnb was perfectly situated and the golf cart was a major convenience. Highly recommend this listing.

Casa Kiki was everything we expected and more. The house itself is beautiful and our group enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living spaces and took advantage of the pool as it was very hot and humid during our stay. The location is great as it is in a quieter part of town, very close to the beach, but only a 10-15 minute walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. We visited Chaman around the corner almost daily for delicious snacks and the best pina coladas! Probably the best part of our stay was Tomas, our host. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with our stay and even helped us arrange extra transport when part of our group was delayed. Take advantage of his amazing cooking! You won't be sorry. We can't wait to visit again.

Casa Kiki was so much more than we expected! The house was beautiful, location was perfect and the overall experience was a 10/10. Not only were the accommodations great, the house manager was AMAZING. I could not say enough good things about him. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our time. This house exceeded our expectations. It is bigger than it appears in the photos. It suited our group perfectly. We are a family with grown children and their partners so everyone had their own room and private bath. The options of lounging areas was perfect as several in our party got sick and needed to relax in the house for a couple of days so it made recuperating much more comfortable. We did yoga on the roof top patio almost daily, watched the lightening storms from up there and enjoyed our morning coffee watching the clouds roll by. We spent alot of time cooling off around the pool with beverages. Tomas was very attentive and also made us the best guacamole and salsa on our arrival. Do not say no to his margaritas!!! They are outstanding and same with the Chile Rellenos! Sayulita is a gem and this location on the north beach was perfect for us. Quiet but still close enough to all the excitement that we could choose our adventure on any day. The golf cart made for super fun and quick outings. We also loved Don Bonitos for morning smoothies, Chaman for breakfast, Tropical House's food was so good and service was exceptional (you know its good when you hug the waitress on your way out), and pizza at Venezia was a treat!! All within a short walk from the house. Thank you so much for treating us so well and being a huge part of our family trip. Sayulata's warmth and charm will not be forgotten.

We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay at Casa Kiki! Tomas helped us with everything that was needed along the way and made our stay both enjoyable and carefree. Not to mention the property is beautiful in every way and so close to the beach and quaint neighborhood streets. We are looking forward to our next chance to stay at this amazing getaway!

Casa Kiki is a blast on the outskirts of Sayulita. Would recommend to anyone traveling in group of 8-10 people. Beautiful rooftop view, steps from the beach and private pool make it a great spot to relax.

The house is beautiful especially the palapa! Convenient to all the great shopping and food. Having the golf cart is definitely a bonus to get to Playa de los Muertos. We loved staying at this Sayulita gem! The pool was key for our enjoyment on hot afternoons and each room has AC. Tomas was an incredible house manager - he picked us up from PVR and we arranged to have him and his sister cook us a couple of meals which we HIGHLY recommend! The food was so delicious and the guacamole was one of the best we’ve experienced in Mexico. We did not use the golf cart as it seemed difficult to operate/find parking and it only took 10-15 minutes to walk into the town. The WiFi also worked periodically so we tried to limit work meetings on the one day we had to work at the Airbnb. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here if you are in Sayulita!

We spent three weeks at Casa Kiki and loved it. Prior to booking this place I spent a great deal of time looking at reviews of various places to decide what would be best for our family. I chose Casa Kiki primarily based on the good reviews overall, the location near the beach, and based on all the good things people had to say about Tomas, the property manager. Having a good property manager in Mexico is critical, because things inevitably go wrong or break. Things did go wrong over the three weeks we were there, and Thomas was always there to take care of it - sometimes within minutes. Tomas is a gem and a great cook. We did use Tomas to shuttle people back and forth to the airport some of the time (which was cheaper than the normal shuttles), but be aware that his SUV can really only carry three people comfortably. Overall, we loved the house. We were just a block away from the beach, close enough to town - but not too close. There is a great coffee spot nearby (Don Bonito) which also has breakfast, lunch and great yoga classes. We found many great restaurants in town, the food was one of the best parts of the trip. We spent a LOT of time at the Frente al Punto beach club, which has great food and free chairs and umbrellas all day for customers. The closest beach to Casa Kiki is beautiful but the beach is steep there so its not a great place to catch waves, at least in the summer. We had one major rain storm which turned the ocean water brown for a few days but then it cleared up. It was the rainy season but it didn't bother us much. There were often light rain storms in the evening, and we loved the lower temps and watching the lightning off the top porch. And the sunsets there are to die for. We loved driving around town in the golf cart, and spent a LOT of time in the lovely pool, which was critical because July is HOT in Sayulita! The air conditioning in the rooms was a life-saver at night, but during the day we had to get into the pool.

We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at Casa Kiki. Our group included 2 families with 3 children and the spacious living/dining/patio area was perfect for all of us to gather for breakfast, chill at the pool in the afternoon, or have happy hour before dinner. There are so many amenities - you'll definitely have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great kitchen, pool, wifi, A/C in every room, top floor patio for AM yoga, golf cart to get around town (a definite luxury!) & beach gear. The location is also perfect if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the downtown. It's an easy walk to the beach or restaurants/bars/shopping when you go out. And last but not least - Tomas who is the house manager - provides 5 star service. He's also a private chef and I highly recommend you plan at least one home cooked meal - breakfast or dinner - with him. Between Tomas and the rest of the staff - we didn't need to worry about anything during our stay and were truly able to relax and enjoy our time there. We would highly recommend staying at Casa Kiki and cannot wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. We were 5 adults and 3 children under 4 years old. This house was the perfect home base for us. Super close to the North, less busy end of the beach, and easy walking distance to town. We used the golf cart to get into town for dinners, which was so fun. There’s a wonderful cafe and yoga studio right around the corner at Don Benito’s which we loved. We spent a lot of time in the home which was very kid friendly. We rented a gate to block the stairs and found that the modular outdoor furniture could be moved to block the pool access which was handy. All of the beds were comfortable and the a/c was crucial. We had Tomas make three dinners and one breakfast for us - he’s a wonderful chef and took such great care of us during our stay. Anything we needed we could ask and Tomas was responsive and accommodating. We would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Kiki! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The 15-20 minute walk into town wasn't too bad either. The rooms were perfect for three adults, three teenagers, and a child. The pool is small but relaxing if you don't feel like going to the beach. Thomas was very helpful and accommodating, stocking the house with groceries and renting a new golf cart right away when the house golf cart wasn't working. Overall we had a great vacation and will definitely stay at Casa Kiki the next time we are in Sayulita!

Where do we begin? Tomas not only made our vacation, he WAS our vacation. All of the things you typically have to navigate on a trip: where to eat, where to drink, where to stay, how to get there, all of this was taken care of by Tomas and met with a warm, hospitable smile. From airport pickups to stocking the fridge, to some of the most delectable meals we’ve ever had the privilege of enjoying, we owe it all to Tomas. Not to mention, the team that he has partnered with to prepare these gorgeous meals could not be more lovely. Carmen and Alma put many ingredients into their gorgeous dishes, but love and appreciation is definitely the first that you taste on the palate. We are so grateful for our stay at Casa Kiki and will be dreaming of the day where we can finally return again for the next vacation. Casa Kiki is the perfect vacation home. Thank you Tom and Tomas!

I just returned from a 5 day trip to Sayulita with a group of 8. This house is amazing, both Thomas (the owner) and Tomas (the property manager) are very communicative. Tomas was so helpful, from arranging airport transportation, taking us grocery shopping, cooking a meal for us at the house and offering recommendations on things to do and places to eat. 5/5 recommend this house and would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from our stay at Casa Kiki. It was great. The house is beautiful. It's in a great location! We were a short walk to the beach and town. Being on the north side of town was really nice. It was quiet and peaceful and just close enough to all the action. Tomas was very responsive from the moment we booked the house to the time we left. He was extremely accommodating to all of our needs and special requests. We opted for light snacks and some refreshments on hand at arrival and had him make us a breakfast and a dinner. Everything was delicious. The golf cart and beach equipment were an added bonus touch that we definitely utilized. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were very clean, and the kitchen has everything needed to make meals with all the fresh ingredients found in town. Great vacation and can't wait to go back!

This is a great home that accommodated our large group well. A great location close to the beach but far enough from town for quiet. Tom was very accommodating to us when we had a last minute flight cancellation and had to change our dates. Communication was great between the host and owner before and throughout our stay.

Tomas (our host) exceeded our expectations for our trip by taking care of every detail. Looking forward to our next stay!

The home is quite lovely and better than expected. Our experience was elevated because of the outstanding house manager, Tomas. His cooking is outstanding and his warm welcoming spirit made each day so great. We left Sayulita but will always have a friend in Tomas. His family was delightful and his mother's tortillas and beans were outstanding. Wow, if you don't use Tomas' services you are missing an exceptional part of this listing. Beautiful home. Great for family and friends. They had the place well organized and clean. Have no complaints. They made sure we had everything. Great communication. Loved that they had the golf cart. It was easy to go to the town. Even though one day we did walked to the town and it was not far at all. Took 10 min walk maybe even less.

The house is perfect, from the layout of the rooms to the decor of the house, Thomas was always very helpful with us from when we arrived until departure. The location of the house is excellent, it is 2 blocks from the beach and 5 minutes from downtown. Highly recommended, without a doubt

This was the absolute perfect place to spend my 30th birthday surrounded by all of my loved ones! Loved the town and the golf cart made it so easy to get around! Will recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Casa Kiki was perfect for our group of 10. The pool and hangout areas in the house made it a great place to relax with the group and the location was perfect being a short walk (or golf cart ride) to town and the beach for when we wanted to explore, but far enough away that we weren’t bothered by any noise from the bars or parties in town. Tomás was also an excellent host, setting us up with meals at the house and other local activities. We would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Easily the best trip of my life and Thomas’s beautiful home in Sayulita had a lot to do with it! It was everything we dreamed it would be and more. Lovely space, fantastic location, amazing hospitality. The property manager, Tomas, was a dream—so helpful and kind and funny—and went above and beyond to make our stay the absolute best. This was a trip and a home none of us will ever forget!

Staying here made our trip all the more special. The house itself is so much “more” than the pictures can convey. The golf cart was great to get around in - even though the house was already very close to the town center and the beach. The pool was perfect. The main living area is open air - which I thought would be uncomfortable - but it was totally fine and made going in the pool all the more pleasurable. The air conditioning in the bedrooms made the rooms so cold and crisp - made for such great sleep! Tomás, graciously met us (with the BEST margarita I have ever had!!) and checked us in and out. He is a gem! He organized a car service to and from the airport. All in all we had a great time! I would recommend it to any friends of mine!!

They make it easy to get to the beach. The house is very comfortable and in good condition. The host is attentive to your needs.

Casa Kiki was an incredible experience. Tomas was the most helpful, kind, and responsive property manager. His beautiful mom and him cooked us a delicious meal upon our arrival with her homemade tortillas. Having the golf cart was incredibly useful and a nice bonus. The pool, sliding windows, and outdoor area was a nice feature. I would highly highly recommend Casa Kiki for your stay in the magical town of Sayulita!
