Lamento que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Sin embargo, me gustaría aclarar que durante tu estadía no se realizaron trabajos de mantenimiento en el edifico, ni hubo situaciones que afectaran la privacidad de los huéspedes. Los vecinos no interfieren en la estadía de nuestros huéspedes. Por otro lado, es importante mencionar que de tu parte, se incumplieron las normas del alojamiento, ya que ingresaron más personas de las registradas en la reserva y algunas toallas del apartamento fueron devueltos en mal estado. Siempre me esfuerzo por ofrecer una estadía cómoda y transparente, por lo que lamento que esta situación se haya dado de manera tan distinta a lo esperado. Agradezco tu comentario y aprovecho para destacar que todos nuestros demás huéspedes han tenido experiencias muy positivas, lo cual nos motiva a seguir mejorando cada día.

Regarding the kitchen, we’d like to clarify that there are indeed utensils available: there were 3 pots and several ladles in the third drawer. It seems they might not have been as visible as they should be, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll make sure to leave them more clearly visible for our future guests. As for the noise, the apartment is located in a high-traffic area, which can bring in some street sounds. We’ll continue doing our best to minimize this and provide a comfortable stay.
