We had a wonderful stay for a week-long birthday getaway with 16 people. The place was everything we could have hoped for -- fantastic location on the beach, spacious, clean, and comfortable for our large group. The hosts were very responsive to questions and issues that popped up. Overall, it was perfect for our family getaway. I'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a beachfront escape in Puerto Penasco

We loved our stay at this home. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, supplied beach towels, was very clean. We felt like we were in our own little world! the only thing you need to bring is sunscreen and beach chairs! It was perfect!

This place is awesome for a big group. The space was awesome, comfortable, and the views were amazing! Both of the houses were really cool and we enjoyed playing pickle ball. The beds were very comfortable and everything was super clean. The location was awesome and not as far from town as I thought. I definitely plan on staying again. Thanks for the awesome house!

We had a large group staying at this property and it was everything we needed! Beautiful views, clean, and so much space! Never had any issues with communication. We all absolutely loved staying here and will be coming back.

This was a true paradise in Las Conchas and had everything one could wish for and more! Greyson and Oksana were so responsive and provided a wonderful welcome packet in advance of our arrival. Everyone had the most amazing time and we would definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

We love this place, we’ve now stayed here three times and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Puerto Penasco. The home is not luxurious or “high end” but it hits all our boxes for relaxation and beachfront restfulness. Thank you for making this place available so that we can create such amazing family memories!!!

Beautiful home and beautiful place !

Bella Sirena does a good job of maintaining a peaceful and safe environment for relaxing and enjoying the pools and beach. The gym has a comprehensive set of equipment that allows you to keep your non vacation routine if you choose to. As for the condo, the two floors allow for a nice separation when you can a big group or those that go down at night a bit earlier. The kitchen is very large and allowed for cooking for a big group easily. Also the view is amazing, you look back towards RP down the beach. Overall a great place for a vacation if you have a larger group!

The penthouse was amazing. Very clean and very generous space. The host was very attentive and welcoming. Love this place and will definitely rent again.

Great place to stay for a large group! Beautiful view and big patio. The host is very responsive. One of the A/C units was broken when we arrived but it was fixed within 45-minutes. Can’t wait to go back when it’s not so hot and use the private hot tub on the upstairs patio!

Great communication from the hosts, this place was a 10/10. Our group will book again in the future.

We had an amazing time, the location is perfect and both of the houses are wonderfully kept. They are always very responsive and will take care of anything that comes up during the trip. We look forward to getting a chance to visit again!

This house was absolutely breathtaking! It accommodated all of my family members with spacious rooms, beautiful courtyards, fun pickleball courts!

The place was great. We would recommend it to others and come back. It was exactly like the photos. I don’t think there was anything that turned out differently than we expected. It is right on the water and has so many outdoor spaces. The outdoor space was my favorite part. You can move from area to area to track the sun. It was great

This house is a classic piece of Rocky point on a beautiful part of the beach in las conchas. The caregiver Javier was friendly and helpful as well as the hosts being responsive. there is great patio space and you can be in the sun or the shade. Noriega's bar inside is a fun spot to hang out with ocean views. The pickle ball court added hours of entertainment, but do not expect a US type of playing set up and surface. This was a wonderful spot for a family get together. We would highly recommend Ocean stories and we'll definitely be coming back.

This is a beautiful condo, the views are endless. It was very spacious and we made memories we will never forget. The beds, linen, and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with essentials. The resort was awesome, the beach was right there! The gym is well equipped! I would absolutely stay here again!

OMG. So very impressed with the hospitality, the communication and the LOCATION. This is a very accommodating place for a large group. There are plenty of beds, bathrooms, linens, and entertainment. All the amenities of home are here along with a very helpful management staff. The setting is just breathtaking. We went tide-pooling at night right in front of the houses when the sky lit up with the stars and the Milky Way. The water was warm and the kids swam in the ocean for days. Javier and his wife Rosario are very helpful and respond to any concern quickly...Cannot wait to return!

Let me tell you we’ve stayed in this area before but nothing like this home. This place was super clean, organized, everything in kitchen was labeled easy to find amenities with everything you could possibly need, even had a amazing bar, patio and grill, lots of activities for the kids, every room had a Ocean view and the beach was literally in your back yard, over all a beautiful home. Hands down will be renting this place for future vacations with family highly recommend it was a great experience. Thank you Greyson and Oksana!

The setup with two separate homes was awesome for our two families. Beautiful views. Pickleball court was fun.

This place is amazing.!!! We have stayed at Bella S. many times before. The 8th floor penthouse was exceptional. The views and comfort were perfect for our family reunion. The "E" tower is facing southwest and is one of the towers closer to the ocean. In the afternoon the two-story balcony does not "bake" in the sun. The upstairs gets a little more sun than the downstairs. The "E" tower is the best to stay in because of the sun exposer and it is closer to the beach. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We had 10 people with us and no problem cooking. The propane grill outside was perfect. The pool table was a great addition to the fun of the area. We had 4 20-year-old college kids with us, and the nightlife was just around the corner from us. Great place, awesome location, and very comfortable!!!!

We had booked at the same resort, but apparently it was a fraud account and Greyson was quick to let us book with them. They made Airbnbs mistake painless. They are the best! The condo was excellent! I would rent there again.

We recently stayed at the house over the 2023 New Year's weekend and had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and the area was extremely quiet and peaceful. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Our stay was made even better by the excellent manager, Javier, who was so helpful and accommodating. Our hosts, Oksana and Greyson, were also amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The location of the house was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do just a 15-20 minute drive away. We definitely plan on staying here again in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Penthouse is very nice and spacious, fit our family of 8 (all adults). Great place for family reunion with plenty of space to spread out when wanting quiet, and also enough seating in both the dining room and living room to gather. The resort staff are very friendly and work constantly to maintain the grounds. Residence is very clean with some normal wear from a higher use type resort condo. Everything worked well with the slight exception of the TV's not connection to the WiFi and remotes needing batteries, we didn't ask for Greyson/Oksana for assistance so it may have been something very easy to resolve but we weren't there to watch TV lol. I know they would have been very quick to respond had I asked. Communication was great and very prompt always. Would recommend Greyson and Oksana's penthouse.

From check-in to check out ~ just lovely. Had everything we need to cook, which I loved, and plenty of fun games and things to do. Air conditioner worked amazing. All ages perfect vacation spot. Will remember this place in the future.

This Airbnb was hands-down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We had everything we needed and more. We had a large group of mixed adults and children and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax or play. Everyone was comfortable and had so much fun just being at this property right on the beach. The whole property was clean spotless inside and out. Anything you could think of was already thought about by the host and graciously provided. Our whole group had a blast at night exploring the sea floor when the tide went out. The house had flashlight to make that possible. Everyone felt safe and secure at this beautiful resort like location. We want to make this trip an annual family vacation at this house and this house only.

Absolutely gorgeous! The perfect spot for a large family. Be sure to wear shoes when going in the ocean. Lots of rocks. I can't describe how perfect this place was for us. The beds were comfortable, a/c worked great, plenty of room. the open courtyard between the houses is ideal for game night or just building a fire and relaxing. Hosts provide nearly everything you need for a great vacation. 5 stars isn't enough.

Fantastic Beach House!!! The layout is perfect for large groups and plenty of space to be together or to have your own space. Good section of the beach with no Rocks at high tide and very little at low tide. Javier the on-site management was great and very helpful. Will be going back again. Pickle ball was a great addition to the activities.

The two houses are connected by a patio and just down the stairs you’re right at the beach. It is a great location, everything is fully stocked, there’s a bar in one of the houses overlooking the bay. They provided beach towels and a water dispenser! It’s a super cool place to stay!

We had the best time at this beach house! Or should I say houses, two fully equipped houses made our large group very comfortable with room to spread out. Loved being right on the beach, with lots of outdoor seating on the balcony. Plenty of both outdoor and indoor activities for kids of all ages. Javier was great and helpful the whole time, and we ordered a delicious meal from Rosario’s catering menu, highly recommend!

Amazing spot. Little bit of a drive to town but that made the beach feel all the more like it was just yours. Completely stocked kitchen and bar with all the gadgets you would need to cook/drink anything you could think of. Amazing views, awesome to be able to wake up and walk down a single flight of stairs to the beach. Well furnished, with hotel style AC units in every room. Couldn’t ask for anything more! Room to spare with the 13 people we took, hope to come back soon.
