Greyson And Oksana

The layout was fantastic for our group, with plenty of room to spread out. The pool table and games were especially appreciated when Tropical Storm Rachel came through. The hosts were very responsive, accommodated an early check-in, and quickly helped whenever needed. That said, the home felt dated, and much of the indoor and outdoor furniture was worn and uncomfortable. For the price, we expected more attention to comfort, upkeep, and amenities. The kitchen was not well stocked for a large group, including insufficient silverware. There were no pool or beach accessories beyond a few towels, and the bathroom towels were small. We also encountered sliding doors that did not seal well during the storm and a grill that required a lighter to ignite. Overall, we enjoyed the spacious layout and appreciated the hosts’ hospitality, but the furnishings, amenities, and condition of the home could use improvement to better reflect the nightly rate.

Getting to and from the beach was difficult for small kids and older adults due to a large dropoff at the end of the stairs. A couple of stairs, a ladder, or even a few cinder blocks would be helpful.
