We had a very comfortable stay, as if we were at home. Everything was clean and there was everything you need in the kitchen, bedrooms and in general. I thought the price was fair for the type of house. RICHARD was always attentive. He responded quickly and was a very friendly person.

This is the second time we've stayed at this house. It's worth it!

We only stayed for one night, but we had a great experience. The house was very well maintained and exactly as described. The pool was a big hit with the kids and gave them a great place to play and enjoy themselves. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated our entire family. Richard was very attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with any requests we had during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was certainly amazing to be in this beautiful place, Richard was always very kind, the house is beautiful and my family and I enjoyed our stay to the fullest, we will certainly return but for more days🙂. The place is a super quiet area, you can go for a walk or run and enjoy that tranquility and security. The service and the house deserve more than 5 stars. House is amazing! The location within the El Tigre golf club is unbeatable, the security of the subdivision and the tranquility that is experienced there! The house matches the photos 100%. It's very large, super comfortable and clean. The pool area is amazing with a view of a lake and the golf course! Richard was always attentive to what we needed and always helped us with our requests, we will definitely be back, highly recommended!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay in Nuevo Vallarta! From the moment we arrived and prior, Richard made us feel completely at home – responsive, thoughtful, and clearly committed to making sure every detail was just right. The house itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing family vacation. The location was ideal – quiet, safe, and just a short walk or drive from stunning beaches, great restaurants, and everything we needed. The kids had a blast, the adults got to truly unwind, and we made some unforgettable memories here. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of comfort, style, perfect views, and hospitality, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back! I would personally rent this place long term if I lived in the area or even for short term. It is in a perfect location and so incredibly peaceful.

Everything is fine, I would add a cleaning service for the cost, such as taking out trash and keeping kitchens and bathrooms clean There were cockroaches in the downstairs bathroom The main bedroom door does not close or opens on its own The very friendly host

Just Amazing

The accommodation is very nice and private, the area is beautiful. Communication with Richard is also very good, he is very friendly. The house is as shown in the photos, very large and nice.

Richard’s place in El Tigre is absolutely a beautiful setting on the first hole of El Tigre Golf & Country Club. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful pool and plenty of room for families or groups. Richard is unbelievably responsive as a host and makes sure you as a guest feel right at home. The neighborhood has so much to offer from an amenities standpoint. There are several places outside of the neighborhood you can take the shuttle to or walk to including the beach club. The neighborhood makes you feel safe, welcome and it’s a relaxing but active neighborhood. Richard is a great host and will definitely take care of you.

Richard is a great host, he was very clear and helpful, he communicated very well and assisted with anything we need. The house is amazing, it’s exactly like in the pictures and very spacious and our dog could run around and chase iguanas. It is also very private so very safe to go for a walk around. Definitely looking forward to go back!
