We had a great time. Jean and Mr. Amado were always attentive and very friendly. Great care and hospitality. The house is very large and beautiful, and it has everything advertised. Great for large and small groups. Very good Wi-Fi. My husband and I worked, and everything was fine. It's a private area. My children were happy in the pool. The water is at an excellent temperature, and at night it is incredibly lit up. It has a speaker, TV, and plenty of lounge chairs and armchairs. The barbecue area is ideal for grilling meat for large and small groups. It has the necessary furniture and very nice pool towels. The garden is very large. The children played soccer without any risk. It has 6 spacious and beautiful rooms, one with a jacuzzi, plus a small room with bunk beds. We occupy the 3 rooms that have air conditioning. The house is very nice and spacious, great for large groups. In addition, the service from Mr. Amador and Jean, the host, was very good and respectful; they were always attentive and willing to help throughout the stay. However, there are several points to improve. The rooms on the upper floor do not have air conditioning, and the heat at night is quite uncomfortable, to the point that guests have to be relocated to the rooms with air conditioning in order to rest. The refrigerator is not working properly, and basic items such as a microwave oven and sufficient cooking utensils are missing. The internet is also very intermittent. It would be advisable to reinforce the constant fumigation, since although it is understood that there are insects due to the location, it is an issue that can be greatly improved. In addition, some water faucets are faulty. Apart from these details, the stay was good and the property has a lot of potential.

Thank you for your comments and for highlighting the service and helpfulness provided during your stay 😊 The description of the house specifies that 3 bedrooms have a mini-split air conditioner and the others have a fan, although we understand that in very hot seasons the wind chill may vary for each guest. We also appreciate the feedback on maintenance and amenities, as it helps us to continue to improve constantly. Some points are already being reviewed. We always try to be available during the stay to provide support and resolve any situation immediately, so we would have gladly taken care of any of these issues if they had been reported during your visit. Excellent house, good location, in a very quiet area. Very helpful. Just as seen in the photos, that's how it really is. It has a nice view and large bedrooms with their own bathroom. Everything was very pleasant. ☺️

Everything was excellent during the stay. The house is very nice and is in a quiet area, with a good view of the lake. Jane and Mr. Amado were very attentive to everything. I recommend it.

First of all, I want to tell you that your house is truly beautiful. We had an extraordinary weekend; the screen in front of the pool and the speaker were a total success. I brought microphones and we literally sang until we ran out of voice. Really, the experience was great. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

We were looking for a stay for a wedding, and it was very useful, especially that they accept dogs and were happy and they ran a lot, the rooms separately seem to give privacy, the caretaker was always attentive and the host was always attentive too, it was generally a good experience

Everything was perfect. A beautiful place to rest. You don't even have to go out because the restaurants deliver and if you want to have a barbecue or anything, Amador is always available. That's what we were looking for

I made a last-minute reservation and they had no problem with me checking in almost immediately. The house is very enjoyable, the garden is huge. Mr. Amador is always attentive to what you need without being invasive. The pool is cleaned daily and the view of the lake from any corner of the house is unmatched.

Jean, from the beginning, was very attentive with her messages, following up at all times, very clear with the instructions to get to the accommodation. The house is very nice to spend the weekend and more time if required, our stay was very pleasant, my dogs were happy running in the garden, everything was very nice. The pool is difficult for older people to access, but other than that the house is very nice and everything was perfect during the stay. Mr. Amador is very friendly and was always attentive to our requests. We left with a very good taste in our mouths.

The house is as shown in the photos. I do not recommend it for young children as there are many stairs and it may not be safe. It has everything you need to prepare food and have a good time. The weather is excellent for being in the pool, which is always kept at a suitable temperature. You must be careful as there are many insects (spiders, scorpions) that are ultimately part of the place. During the weekend we stayed there was no internet as they mentioned having a connection problem. The refrigerator was also a small problem because it was not cooling properly and we put some things in the freezer. In general we had a great time and the house seemed very suitable. The host was attentive at all times.

We take this opportunity to kindly remind all our guests that taking care of the furniture and facilities is essential to maintain the quality and comfort that characterize Casa Belle Vue. Incidents like the one that occurred, where some furniture ended up in the pool, should not happen and we trust everyone's consideration to avoid similar situations. Jeanette is an excellent host, the house is beautiful and large, it's worth the cost, just as points that could be improved is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, some had scale, and some sheets had stains. The person who takes care of the house is very respectful and attentive. Thanks Jeanette, I really felt at home!

Thank you. But they let a car in while I was there with my family, terrible security!! Very nice house, a lot of potential. The kitchen is shared with those who take care of the house, including the refrigerator, which is in very poor condition. For 12 people, not even the forks are enough. All the kitchen utensils are missing,

We had an amazing weekend, all the time they were aware of us. The house is beautiful, you rest, you have fun and spend a few very nice days with family. The best place in Teques to spend a few days. I would definitely stay again

The house we loved and I was very pleased that each room has only one bed and its own bathroom, the garden area is very large and perfect for pets, the house is very clean and the communication with you was very clear and really is a very nice house. The only one but, it would be the pool to not have a boiler the water was very cold and it was very difficult to enjoy it. Thank you so much for your support and accessibility :)
